We were looking for Lexus GX for more than 4 weeks. After a 450 mile round trip journey to Houston to look at about 10 different Lexus trucks we found nothing,. Photos had been altered to make them look like they were nice trucks, but they were not! Total disappointment! We went back home and started looking again. We came upon a GX at Carlisle Motors and called to inquire about the truck. I asked for pictures that were not posted online and in about 10 minutes received pictures and a short video of the truck. I called back and talked with Billy about the truck and he agreed to hold it for us with a small refundable deposit. We headed out on our 420 mile journey to see the truck and it was exactly what he told us it was. The next day we were loading up the truck, with Billys help and heading back home on a 420 mile trip. When have you ever heard, or had this kind of service? We were happy that we had gone the 840 miles. The time and effort that was put in to help us was outstanding to say the least and way above anything you would expect!Thanks again Billy!

During this pandemic, this company is sticking customers with late fees. Everybody is having a hard time with there payments . But this place will not give you a break. I will be filing a complaint with the Lubbock business chamber of commerce and the better business bureau. It is a shame everybody else is working with their customers, except this place shame on you....

We had been to a few car and were treated badly and tried to be forced into a car we didnt want due to our credit so I was sceptical.
