Aaron went ABOVE AND BEYOND to not only repair my vehicle and do it well, but he also did it under a very tight timeframe. I was rear-ended in a small accident and needed my car repaired before moving out of state in under two weeks. I went to many body shops in Lubbock and couldnt find one to help in time... Aaron made it happen and did a beautiful job on my SUV. I would also like to add that Aaron was very kind and respectful, which I sincerely appreciated.Having a free loaner car is great, too! I would HIGHLY recommend this body shop.

I cannot say enough good things about paint doctor! They took care of the paint scraping and bumper repair we needed, and not only did they do it in a timely manner but they were so nice! Spike explained everything that I would need including the potential cost, and he did it in an educated and experienced manner. Car was in there a month. Was not their fault but when I got the car back it was not in the condition I dropped it off. Somehow they used a quarter tank of gas on a car that gets 40 mpg, they broke and tried to hide a couple pieces from the interior I have yet to find where they go, they didn’t use the same color white when they repainted it and they stained the seats which now requires a professional cleaning. Most I could forgive but breaking and hiding interior parts and also using plain white paint on a pearl white car is a huge no no. They did get us a rental and a few other things but overall disappointed.

I went to the Paint Doctor for an estimate on some hail damage on a used car I was considering buying. They did an excellent job and were very thorough. I really appreciated the time and effort they spent helping me make an informed decision.

Shane, Aarron, and Spike did an awesome job on the car plus took real good care of me. I didn’t know who I should go to and Shane of Paint Doctor contacted me and had my car in the shop shortly after some hail damage. Car looks better than before!!! I can now take it to car shows, cars and coffee gatherings, meets when available now!
