I have had autobody work on two different cars, and they are very good. They got my cars right in, completed the work in a timely manner, and the job was done well! I have returned twice, and I would return a third time, if needed (hopefully not...)

I live in Amarillo, TX and I have driven two of my vehicles to Lubbock just to bring them to Precision #3. This shop is THE best all the around. The way this place is ran is absolutely, hands down the best and with complete courtesy and professionalism. If your vehicle is in need to repair, go see Julian and Joyal Garza. They make you feel like family and you are priority #1. Worth the drive from anywhere to get your vehicle fixed.

Poor quality work and bad attitude were just a couple of things that are the cause of this review. We did not receive parts of our vehicle that were necessary and came with our car when we brought it to them for repairs. It was the most horrible experience we have ever had with any business. They were unprofessional and we are still finding things that were done in properly and items are missing. I definitely do not recommend this particular business to anyone. Do yourself a huge favor and take your vehicle somewhere else.

The horrible wind blew my driver door open and my it began making a popping sound. I went to one body shop and they wanted to charge me almost $700. I decided to get a second estimate and went to precision off west loop 289 and the guys there were super nice and fixed my door for free! I was thankful and blessed that they did not try to charge me like the other shop! Will definitely use them again!

Im new in town and I just had an accident, I dont really know a lot of people here. My friend told me to take my truck to precision body works. I called and they said to bring it in for an estimate. The staff took care of everything, and even had a rental car available for me. They were very courteous. The bodywork and paint was excellent and they even cleaned the inside. My truck was repaired quickly and looks great. The staff is very professional and a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend this business.

Susan and her crew are wonderful. They are open early (so you can go before work!), and were so pleasant to talk to each time I spoke with them. I was rear ended, and they repaired my bumper and even matched my custom paint. It looks great. I had a small issue/question and called, they asked me to come back in to check it out. Definitely recommend.

Service and attention to detail are almost non existent where I live so I was looking for options. I live about 2 hours from Lubbock and decided to take my sons hail damaged vehicle to Precision Body Works because my companys Lubbock branch uses them regularly for repairs and recommended them. I have to say this was one of the BEST vehicle repair experiences Ive ever had. Joyal was courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. She made special accommodations to make vehicle drop off and pick up easy for an out of towner and my sons truck looked GREAT! They didnt cut corners, made sure the vehicle was clean and even handled the supplemental filing with my insurance carrier. I will be sending them a second vehicle soon and would add a + on the 5 stars, if that was possible. I have no hesitation recommending this shop to others.

Repair was good and done quickly, but they kept trying to add to their estimate cost. To the point where they changed their paperwork on the initial estimate and claimed it was the initial estimate. Thankfully, I saved my copy of the true original estimate. Staff was nice, until we challenged them on changing the cost several times. Happy with the repair and the fact that they did finally correct the cost (after arguing), but I wont go back.

Worst service ever they were rude! The women owner was rude . Apparently dont comunicate with there staff . Didnt know what was going on . And argued with about something her staff did wrong very unprofessional!!

This is absolutely the worst place in Lubbock you can take your car to get repaired. They left bubbles in the paint. They left parts of the of the paint uncovered by clear-coat. They installed the bump strip so badly that it bent part of the front fender out and then refused to fix that. The car now squeaks badly enough to give me a headache from that exact region they fixed it (very loudly) and somehow their tech cant hear it.This is not to mention things that went wrong that I would have let slide otherwise: The tire in the section they fixed had a screw embedded in it when I got the car back that caused a slow leak and had to be fixed. The car smelled really badly of paint for weeks.If you end up here because of your insurance, insist on someplace else.
