My car needed some work from hitting an animal on the road. The work done on my car was above and beyond. The insurance company said I didn’t need a new bumper, but they fought for me to have a new one because of the age and material integrity of the original bumper. When I got my car back, it was detailed inside and out. They worked on my car in a timely manner and truly went above and beyond. They are kind and do amazing work! I could not be happier with the work they did!

So I went to get my car estimate to see how much it would cost, I also had my insurance estimate with me as well. This guy named Tanner Neal helped me and he didn’t seem to much of a people’s person. I thought he was rude and didn’t really even talked to me at all. I also thought I would make appointment to drop my car off, but instead he told me I needed to contact my insurance to recalculate my estimate. I thought they do that once the car is in shop. I will be contacting the owner about Tanner Neal.

GREAT body shop! I had 5K in hail damage, busted windshield and grill, Precision fixed it all and make it EASY! From the very sweet lady on the phone and the front desk to the amazing guys that repaired all the damage THANK YOU! Great customer service, very professional and fast.

This body shop did an outstanding job on repairing my car! And let me tell you this, I have never had a repair shop clean the inside of my vehicle before! On top of that, they scrubbed all of the dead bug splatter of the front end of my car! Thats not even where the repair was done! I highly recommend this body shop! From the time I called the 98th street location and talked to Kristen, I knew I was going to the right shop!

They were very courteous. The bodywork and paint was excellent. They even cleaned the inside of my wifes van! The exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely use them again. They made me feel like my business was appreciated! I have dealt with many body shops, and this was the best by far.

I dropped my truck off for hail damage and a quote on other work. This business failed to get me a quote in over two weeks so I can get all the work on the vehicle done at once. I was promised it could all get done at once and they failed to provide this service so I could get my vehicle back in a timely manner. The truck was also not ready when I was told to come pick it up.

They did a amazing job on my repair. My car was so clean inside and out. So impressed! I spoke to the gentleman who applied the paint and its clear they take pride in their work & for good reason. Quality work and quick return.

Worst repair shop! Would give then negative stars if I could. Have taken back vechile 4 times to try to fix air leak around passanger door. Even took it to loop289 location as well. Still not fixed! Also had to send another $90 to get alignment done correctly. Pope automotive said the alignment was unsafe to drive on!
