Second time Ive been to these hacks and the employee Miguel has almost fist fought a customer with the manager Nuab right there, today was very scary both men were very big and it started behind my car so I couldnt leave and was afraid Id be caught in the middle or accidentally hit by someone. I dont understand why the manger feels thats appropriate behavior in any aspect. Probably be the last time I ever come back to the tire shop Ive used for 20yrs, I expect a quick hack job but the yelling, swearing & physical violence is too much

I needed a flat tire to be repaired while in Lowell for an event. A big national chain said they were too busy, so I went to Tire Warehouse. They were also very busy but repaired my tire immediately. I was out in 20 minutes. The service was great. Id take my future tire business to Tire Warehouse if I lived closer.

Had a pretty sizable nail in my tire. Looked up tire shops near me and this place had the best reviews- rightfully so. I was in and out in less than half an hour and they patched up my tire for cheap. Will be going here again in the future.

I got scammed, said they had plenty of the tire size I needed and then conveniently ran out just as I got there. Tried to make me pay 300 just to get it done. Don’t go here or you’ll get scammed.

Excellent service. I was expecting to be there 2/3 hours, I was on my way home 40 minutes later. Pretty good for 4 tires.

I brought my car here for a slow leak. Best decision I’ve ever made. No appointment needed . They were friendly and quick. They also found a nail on another tire and fixed that too. Threw in a tire rotation for me while they were at it. They went above and beyond to take care of my tires . I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend them for all your tire needs!

Had a bit of a wait, but my tire was patched quickly without charge due to the delay. Ive been going here for years and theyll provide honest work. If its something they cant immediately fix they wont just gloss it over.

Second day Ive tried Tire Warehouse. Just as bad experience as the first. Yesterday was told they couldnt get to me because they were to busy. All the employees friends were there hoods open some not even getting tire work done. Today was told there to busy if I want to leave my 1200$ rims and tires there they will give me a call when finished. But the customer right in front of me was complaining about having to leave her car there due to them not finishing. And she said she came to grab something from her car at 10:30pm and it was left unlocked. So no Im not leaving my stuff there.dont recommend this branch. I will be going to stanfield tire tomorrow.

Open on Labor Day! Lucky for me as I ended up with screw in my tire and a leak. This is not my first time at Tire Warehouse in Lowell. I’m not often left with any real impression with any given service anywhere but MUST say - these guys at Tire Warehouse are always kind, always professional.The services are always pretty quick and the pricing has always been super fair. Will only go to these guys, good people - can’t say that everywhere! Best!

I left work with a screw in one of my tires. I drove into Tire warehouse and asked if they could plug my tire. The young worker went right to work on my tire. Took the screw out, plugged the hole and filled my tire all within 10 minutes. Very courteous and polite. Would go back again, thank you!!

Dishonest and rude! I went to purchase a tire today for a Mazda 3 2016 vehicle. I was quoted a price for 120.00 which seems expensive for a small vehicle. Only after I looked on their website and saw they have cheaper tires for 65.00 which was not offered to me.How is it possible that my 2017 Highlander tire was the same price as this small vehicle. Only when I threatened to walk away from the sale were they willing to negotiate.Avoid this place!

I was there 3:50pm Dec 28th for tire repair. The manager and staff were all professional and quick. If my wheels need repair again, I would plan ahead to make sure I specifically go here first.

Noticed I had a flat tire shortly before their closing time. I had roadside change my tire and rushed with spare, my tire had to be patched and then changed. When I called they said they would be closing soon but if I didn’t mind waiting they would try to get it done. With a relief I headed there with my 2 children. They didn’t take as long as I was anticipating and they were so nice . The two gentlemen fixed my tire then showed me where my spare went, because it’s a newer vehicle it’s tricky as it goes under car. They also took care of price because of my patience . Little did they know they were lifesavers that day! Thank you and I will def be returning if I ever need tire assistance again!

Let me start off by saying, THANK YOU SO MUCH! Raul and Paul. I had a flat tire this morning and so I drove to Tire Warehouse. Raul was very pleasant and greeted me. The office wasn’t opened yet, but he looked at my tire and explain what they might do. Paul was efficient in handling the paperwork. They were fast, efficient and professional. Even though I purchased my tires elsewhere, they didn’t charge me for tire repair and correcting tire PSI because I purchased the package deal, worth every cents! I highly recommend! I love going to tire warehouse. Always a great experience. Made an appt and got a call right away from Paul that they are fully booked for rest of afternoon but guaranteed me a spot next day or I can walk-in anytime if I didn’t mind waiting. He set the right expectation and I was in and out next morning to fix my tire leak. I highly recommend. Paul and his staff are great!

I recently popped my 8 month old tire on a curb. Even though I purchased the tires in RI, Paul quickly and happily called the other store to get my customer details and quickly replaced the tire. Flexible scheduling and efficient customer service.

I love my car. It’s an 02’ Camr, so I hope to drive it forever. When I came in to tire warehouse in October the store manager Paul was so nice and reassuring. It was a big purchase for me. It was a busy day but his staff did their work very well and were so polite to me. I got 4 Yokohama tires that day and came back for a follow-up torque the next day.Six months later I’m back for a rotation. Paul was there and greeted me at the door. I will always come back to Tire warehouse for all my tire needs.

I had a fair experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Tires were great. Took about and hour and half to get the new tires with an appointment on the car that was the only frustration with the situation.

It was near the end of their work hours and they still managed to squeeze me in on a new set of tires. They even price matched the tires, which were already a good price to begin with. Would definetly go back to them for any service.

Any time I’ve had an unexpected flat I call and they always make room for me to come in. Workers are all professional and nice. Fair pricing.

Went in to move tire and tpms to a new wheel and put on my Mercedes. They were friendly, helpful and quick. Work performed was good and at a great price. I will come here again if I need similar work done.
