The best quality work ever I love cars and I took my charger and it was perfect from the service do all the work they did

Caused an unbelievable amount of damage to my vehicle. I just took my vehicle to another shop to have work done because I have been there 5 times already. The other shop found several broken bolts, rusting tape lines, and holes drilled into the bumper. They used self tapping screws to put 8 holes in my front bumper after promising they wouldnt! Everything was covered up and hidden from me. They didnt mention a thing. Now my vehicle parts are hanging on by 1 or 2 bolts instead of 4 or 5.

Just wanted to fix a small dent in my car. Others told me 600$ this guy did it in 40$. Fast service too. Would Definitely recommend him.

It took me a year to write this review, because originally I thought they had fixed all the issues we had before, but I was wrong.The water is still leaking into the trunk, even after few times fixing the problem and promises it will never leak again.So far the worst experience EVER. I have brought my Accord to the Patriots place willingly to help local business, but got screwed many times.I have got a tree branch fell on my car, in results shattered back windshield, numerous dents on trunk lid, scratches etc.When I first brought car there, they said the car will be fixed in 2 weeks, in fact it took 4 weeks and what they did was UNACCEPTABLE quality, literally in fact, they just scammed an insurance company, never done what was stated on the paper.The biggest and most unacceptable issue is water leaking inside of the car 24/7 when in was raining through improper sealed back windshield and improper installed trunk lid. As a result, my trunk was FULL of water, water leaked into the interior as well, soaked wet upholstery on the back row of seats.The trunk lid never got replaced, even though insurance company got billed for, very poor paint work and craftsmanship skills made it undoutable obvious.Please, please, please read this article carefully before proceeding to this body shop, be smart!

My experiemce with Patriots is nothing short of a disaster. The only reason I give 2 stars is because the owner and the workers are very nice and I think they tried. My car was rear ended by a plow on Dec 19th. I looked up local shops in the area and found this one with good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I dropped my car off that day and was told everything would be fixed in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, its still not done. I finally get my car back on Jan 20th (4 weeks). Everything looks pretty good except my airbag light is flashing and it wasnt before I gave them it AND my airbags never deployed. I was told to wait a few days and it will shut off. OK no problem - I will wait. I get home and park my car so I can clean it out and check everything over. I open my trunk and find that it is FULL of water. Not only that but my rear tail lights dont work. I drive back and they reconnect my rear tail lights and say the trunk was like that when they got it? I dont think so seeing as I dropped it off with them the day I got hit and it wasnt snowing or raining so clearly they did not store it properly. I drive back hom and park my car in the garage. The next day I go to start it and guess what? It wont start! I open the hood and of course, the battery compartment is full of water. What did they do? I go to AutoZone and got a new battery. Well at least my trunk should work after all of that right? Nope. I had to bring it back a third time because the only way it would work was for me to slam the trunk closed. They spent a couple of days and made it somewhat better, so good enough I guess. A week later, I go to open my trunk and my rear reverse light is full of water. They had installed a junk yard part and didnt notice it was cracked. No way I am bringing my car back there again so I buy a spare reverse light assembly off eBay and install it myself only to find they never properly installed the bumper. It was missing screws and fasteners (see attached photo).Oh and the airbag light? They never could fix it so I had to go on my own to the dealership and have it fixed...$2,100! Thankfully insurance paid for it but while Im there, they tell me my rear left brakes are seized. I ask them how this could be? I only go to the dealership for service and do it regularly and the last visit the pads were fine. They said most likely improper storage when my car was being fixed. Their words not mine. That makes sense and explains the airbag electrical issue, dead car battery and flooded trunk. So another $500 for brake repair out of my own pocket.You would be the end of the story right? Nope. Now my paint is peeling off! See attached pics. I cant even bring it back because I have no confidence it will be fixed.In summary: NOT RECOMMENDED. I tried supporting a small local business but got burned. learned my lesson and will next time only use insurance recommend places.

This place is great, The best Auto Body Shop in Lowell.I took my car to several shops and not only was Patriots estimate the least expensive, it was also the most complete. Ali made sure to include even the tiny details, like the cost of removing my sport rack in order to paint the vehicle.Ali kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and the final price of the repairs was the exact price I was quoted.I also loved that they presented me with multiple options on how to fix my vehicle, whereas other shops only gave me one option (the most expensive option).I had a great experience fixing my car here and would recommend it to my friends and family!

I had an accident in my Mercedes c300, I called many places in Lowell but I got by far the best quote here. They ordered the parts and did all the work in just 2 days! Very nice and honest people, no shady business, very good work. Cant tell I ever hit a deer! Really recommend this place, best auto body in the area.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a auto body shop. I brought my girlfriends car there based on the 4.5 star review Google advertised. I went into surgery the day after dropping her car off and 2 weeks later when she got the run around for over a week, she picked it up and all they had done was replaced the tail light and the car was filthy. They put extra charges in to the insurance company for trim pieces they did not replace. If I could save even one person from being ripped off at this place I would sleep better at night.

Trustworthy mechanics with good prices. Did my brakes for half the price of another mechanic’s asking rate. Saved me a ton of money and did a great job. Would recommend & go back. Thanks again!

This guys gave me a very bad experience. I brought my car in to replace the bumper. I had an accident, which resulted in the bumper being damaged, the front rail was bent in. I came in with the part and they were to pull the bent rail and then fit in the new bumper. Instead of pulling that rail, they just removed the damaged bumper and fit in the new one without pulling the damaged part. The bumper couldnt fit, some parts couldnt close up that he had to glue it up with glue. Despite expressing my displeasure, the guy wasnt apologetic at all, he was rude and demanded to be paid the 300$ for the work that he didnt do as promised. I had to spare another 300$ and went to another Autobody to redo the work. The new guys did a great job job and it came out perfect.I dont trust those guys at all.

The service was amazing I received an estimate very quickly and got multiple estimates about using new or used parts and different options. Everyone was so helpful and I had all of my questions answered. They gave me a great price on everything. The work was done in 3 days just like they promised, they cut down the time since I had to rent a car. The car looked like new when I picked it up and they even cleaned the entire interior so that it looked amazing. I would recommend them to anyone, the workmanship was phenomenal and they are very fair.

Very satisfied with the work that Ali and his team did on my car. I needed repair of some deep scratches on the rear bumper cover of my car. The paint on my car is a challenging three-stage paint, but that did not faze Ali. Upon completion I examined my car in detail, but the repair was perfect. I have a new favorite body repair shop! This was the first time I ever brought my car in for body repair so I explained my situation and they are very thorough with the details when explaining it to me. They also cleaned the inside of my car and waxed my tires and everything. I even asked him what kind of cleaning agent he used because it made the inside of my car smell as if it just came out of the showroom. Very pleasant experience.

After my accident this was the body shop that my insurance recommend. I was at first apprehensive because I already had a body shop I normally go to. From day one they treated me well, they gave me daily updates via text and my car was fixed 2 days prior to the estimated due date. Extra attention to detail and they explained the situation to me and they also cleaned my car inside out. They even returned my rental for me. I recommend it to anyone who needs repairs. I loved their service! I was in town for a one-week vacation and someone scratched my rental car, I googled the nearest place where I could get it fixed and I was really happy of the result. Wow!! I showed up early Tuesday morning and Ali came right out to greet me (very impressive). I had a replacement bumper that I wanted to have painted. I would have installed it myself but he offered to do it too.. so not only was it painted but they also installed it for a very affordable price AND it was ready to go they next day!!! I cant say enough good things about Ali and Patriots Auto Body.

Ali took very good care of me from the minute he picked up the phone. He saved me time by allowing me to drop off the car without having to go in twice. They had detailed my muddy car inside and out, and conditioned my leather. Most importantly, they had polished out some other minor scratches I had, and touched up some chipped paint. Nobody likes getting into an accident, and nobody likes losing their car for a week whilst it is being repaired. Patriots Auto Body was very helpful throughout the process and was in touch to keep me updated from the quote to the repair.I dropped off my car and did a walk through of the damage and they made numerous notes and circles on the car. The adjuster was out quickly and provided me with an estimate. This place is AWESOME!When your vehicle gets into an accident, going to a shop can be a torturous hassle but these guys made it a breeze. The pricing was great and they got the job done 2 days earlier than we had discussed.The job was perfect and my car looked like new (after a nasty door scrape)

After going to three different mechanic shops for the same electrical issue, I ended up at Patriots Auto Body Repair. I met with Ach and left my car with him and he told me he and his team will perform a diagnose to determine the source of the problem and make sure this problem does not keep coming back and be fixed once and for all. He called me after an hour, I thought he just wanted to ask me about the keys or something, to my surprise he told me the problem was overlooked by the other repair shops and the problem that I endured for weeks was easy to repair. Patriots Auto Body are really good at what they do . Ach was very friendly, professional and most of all very honest . It’s hard to find a professional and honest shop nowadays. I highly recommend Patriots Auto Body, they are the BEST!

We had to bring our car here to get some exterior damage on our Mercedes fixed. I dont know exactly what needed to be done but I do know they had to push out some complicated dents and re-paint. I wasnt familiar with the shop and was a bit nervous because car repair shops are so hit or miss and even more so because we have a leased luxury car.When we got our car back we were shocked. Not only did they do an exceptional job fixing the exterior damage as well as the hundred tiny scratches inflicted upon us by our parking garage, the inside looked BRAND NEW because of how well they cleaned it. Every single nook and cranny was spotless.If anything happens again (I hope not!!), even though they are completely out of our way, we will both take our car to this shop again. They were friendly & professional. They were easy to get on the phone and gave us real estimates for timing. Kudos to Patriots Auto Body!

The bumper came lose when bumped hard on my Jeep liberty sport... Some plastic clips were broken and some plastic pins were missing. They had it snapped back together and bolted in just under an hour. Others quoted more, but I did not want to replace everything new to clean up a few scratches... Highly recommended for a quick fix and an honest quote. I will definitely go back again if I need auto body repairs. They are the best! Thanks Patriots Auto Body!

A perfect experience at this Lowell Auto body shop. Geico insurance sent me here as they are an approved collision center. I came here after i was involved in a car accident, so i needed some body and paint work to fix the damage on my Audi.They managed to Tow my car for Free as my car was not in a condition to be driven, and they gave me a ride home.They kept me up to date with every step they were taking in the process of repairing my car.They managed to get me a rental car thru Enterprise for the whole period when may car was being fixed.They took care of all the Geico insurance paperwork (which was a huge relief as this was the last thing i wanted to deal with)They are really friendly and very helpful. You can tell that they want your business for life, so they are customer oriented and their customer service is top of the line.the big surprise was when i picked up the car, let me tell you, Patriots Auto Body does Wonders, my car was spotless, no sign of damage anymore, it is like i just got a new car.Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I am forever grateful.

Got both of my Accord & Tacoma done there.The accord had the rear bumper painted only but there were paint residue under the trunk everywhere and the back up camera was hanging out when it drove it home..As for the Tacoma, front bumper got replaced and they broke some clips and end up glueing it, well it didnt hold stead along with my fender flare above the tires...they became flimsy on the highway. So I ended up ordering a new pieces and part and do it my self. And when I open it up, it was missing a few screws and a lot of push clip to hold the bumper...Also my shift knob was loose and pedal comander was mess with and set to super+ sport mode, if I didnt catch that when I picked it up I be doing peel out of the garage be tapping on the pedal a little.Overall the guy is nice and very knowledgeable, but he doesnt do the job himself, instead he lets high school kids works on your vehicles.I tried to schedule and bring my cars back, but they always reschedule me the day before the appointment for small jobs.If you feel like a quick fix needed, then this is the place, otherwise go somewhere else if you want it done thoroughly.
