The service has always been first-rate, and still is. I guess due to .. just 2021 stuff...? The wait time for even simple service is insane. I had to wait 2 weeks for a simple oil-change/tire rotation - and had to take a day off work because I couldnt get a slot until 1:30PM! Still, its worth it. I commute about 90 mi/day (rt) so I need a dependable, efficient car - and they keep my Chevy Spark running like the day I bought it from them.

I contacted this dealership as an extremely interested buyer. After initial contact went great I was then waiting to get a quote from the manager (Marty) who never contacted me when I was promised. I then had to reach back out a few days later, expressing how interested I was. He finally contacted me and gave me excuse after excuse until I grew fed up of begging my case to buy a new vehicle. The lack of customer service in Martys responses have led me away from ever purchasing a vehicle from this car lot and I feel bad for Nick who lost out on a sale because of his managers incompetence to realize a serious buyer. He also lost out on a possible second vehicle sold to my mother-in-law. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.Thanks for the response but I found a dealership in MA that is willing to help me out.

Frustrating at best.... I have done business with Lannen off and on over the years. This was by far my worst ever experience. The techs are great dont get me wrong but when trying to schedule the first admin was RUDE, the scheduler said nothing could be scheduled after 3:30pm. The service manager tried multiple times to tell me I needed to pay for Diag when I knew the issue. This was the start. How do you quote the same thing 3x at THREE different rates $265, $215 (the day of service) the $165 when inquiring at the time of my appt.Lets keep this going when paying CASH I was asked if I could use a check or credit card because they could not figure out how to make correct change. It took the cashier two calculator attempts to figure out BASIC math to provide change and still needed to be corrected. Finally if you are looking at my registration why are you NOT updating the address on the account?RUN

Scheduled the service online, received a response by Lannan Chevrolet Lowell staff with in an hour. No problem scheduling a day and time. The Lannan location is local, and I arrived at the schedule time, I was meet within minutes by the service/staff, he addressed the vehicle and provided me with how long it would be to complete all the services. I resided to the waiting area and on the approx. time discussed, all services were completed. Over all the staff was professional and informative, the coffee was good, and the waiting area/TV made the time move quickly. It appears that the services required were addressed and all systems were a go. Job Well Done!

Yesterday I went in and as soon as I entered the door I was greeted by Pedro. I told him I was here to test drive a 2021 Colorado and he got the truck ready as soon as possible. I wanted to see a few different Colorados as well as some silverados, Pedro was very knowledgeable about each model and year. At the end of the day I decided to go with a 2018 Colorado and during the time of me deciding between the newer or the older model I did not feel as if they were trying to up sell me at all. They had all the papers comparing each prices and how much it would be monthly. I am very pleased by the service and would recommend Lannan of Lowell.

Cmon guys support your EV customer base. Eberytime I stop by to charge there multiple non-EVs parked in the way and the charge station is always shut off. Ive tried 3x to get someone to turn it on but they always sigh and act all surly and say they cant help.When I purchased my chevy Bolt the sales rep said every chevy dealership would allow Bolts to charge for free. Do not waste your time with Lannan of Lowell Chevrolet, unless you want to be talked down to and not get a deal.As soon as they found out I was in the military and qualified for supplier pricing all negotiation stopped. I was told they were “all in” and could do nothing for me.After returning to the dealership a second time, I decided to purchase the truck because even without any dealership incentive the GM incentives were a good deal. When the salesman brought out the paperwork, the price we agreed on went up $1,000 because of a calculation error on taxes. I asked to talk to a manager because this was not the price we agreed on.Jim Blatchford (used car manager) came out to talk to me about the issue. When I asked how we could get back to the agreed upon price his solution was to tell me “I wouldn’t even have made that deal with you. That deal was made with the general manager and there is nothing we can do.” The “deal” he was referencing to was entirely GM factory incentives that I can receive at any GM dealership.I do not recommend doing business with Lannan of Lowell Chevrolet. I can receive the same “deal” at any GM dealership while being treated with respect and not being penalized and talked down to for qualifying for factory incentives.

My truck had a problem starting due to a faulty ECM. Marc at the dealerships service dept. quickly found a service bulletin for the issue. The ECM was replaced quickly and I was on my way, no issues! She had me come in the day I contact Lannan for service (which the place I purchased my vehicle could not accommodate me for a week and would not guarantee me a vehicle). My vehicle was leaking coolant and I should not have been driving it according to Lisa.Once at the dealer ship, I dealt with another gentleman (sorry I forget his name) and then Alex. They both were very professional and very accommodating.My car had to go back a few times to get the job fixed. But everyone one was very apologetic and made sure they accommodated me with a loaner car.My car is not fixed, and I am very happy with my experience at Lannan and when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle it will be with Lannan of Lowell.

Spoke with Avery who was extremely helpful! Scheduled an appointment to look at a used truck. When I arrived the truck I was there to look at was just driving in. I noticed a man get out of it holding a fast-food bag. Apparently it was also a lunch run truck. I walked in and was handed over to a sales rep. Right if the bat questions about my trade in. How much you owe? How many miles? How long have you had it? Not a single hey are you excited to check out this truck. So once we did 21 questions we finally looked at the truck. Truck was dirty, had a baby seat in the back of it. It was clearly someones personal driver. We chatted about numbers. He did the whole car salesman routine. We were off by $50. I went down the street bought a year newer truck for the rates I needed. TThe pushy car salesman model is a thing if the past guys. You have way to much competition to think that will still work. You obviously will still sell a ton of vehicles, but not to me. Stay safe and healthy.

Brought my vehicle in for collision repair. Pete was helpful, responsive and communicative on the expectation and status of my vehicle. He worked well with my insurance company which was a headache I wanted to avoid.When I first saw the vehicle after it was finished, I couldnt do anything but laugh. Ive never seen the vehicle look so good! The mechanics did an incredible job, making the car look better than it did before the accident! They even put on a new sticker and wipers as well without batting an eye. Im sure Ill be back. It was a great experience!

I went in for a routine synthetic oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned the rear passenger side tire was underinflated after filling it 24 hours earlier. Sure enough they found a piece of metal lodged in the tire and were able to patch it. Awful experience! I had an appointment with one person and found out I was meeting with someone else upon arrival. Test drove 3 cars. Two of them had empty gas tanks so we couldnt go far. Salesperson was oblivious to this until I pointed it out to him. I was not asked about price range which I know is a sales tactic. Well I purchased a brand new car at the Honda dealership down the road where there was much more professionalism.

Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Mark took care of me and told me it would be about an hour . Then he told me to have a seat in the waiting area and relax. Car was ready in one hour as quoted. When I checked in with Mark he also explained to me what service maintenance would be required at my next oil change. Explained everything to me and also gave me a copy of all future maintenance. Once again Mark did a fabulous job of taking care of me. Fantastic job done by all at Lannan.

Staff are courteous and the work gets done competently. There is room for improvement on the shuttle front. I went for a oil change 7:30 and was told I would have a shuttle service drive me to work. The shuttle drive was not there and I was told I would to wait 30mins to 40mins for his return. Waiting would make me late for work. How does Cheverlot feel about there employees being a half hour late for work? I got a uber ride to work.

My entire experience at Lannan was great! Elliott was our salesman and we have never experienced a more informative seller! He showed us everything in great detail and even after we left with the car we have called him to ask questions and he has picked up every time and continues to help. He has said several times to call him anytime with questions. He was not pushy and we never felt pressured in any way. I would recommend him and Lannan to anyone looking for a new car. Going into a new vehicle is always stressful. Understanding that both sides need to win and balancing that is difficult. The experience I had working with Marty via email was awesome. Responsive, clear, & open about what would/wouldnt work for us. We made a decision on this first interaction to give Lannan a shot... Walked right in, met Marty who introduced us to Steve. It was so relaxed we got a lot of back and forth done in email so we were there to view the fruits of the labor. Took us 2 minutes to know that Lannan had won our business. Took us another 4 hours to make a choice of want vs need. All with Steve & Marty being very patient with us. While my experience at Lannan didnt end with the purchase of a vehicle (I was looking at one specific, non-Chevy car they had on the lot), it deserves mention. I found the staff from the receptionist Amanda, to John P. in Sales, and Joe in finance to be welcoming, knowledgeable and not overbearing in any way. They were accommodating in holding the vehicle for me with a modest, refundable deposit and great upon my arrival to test drive at the dealership. John P., in particular, was responsive, listened, and gracious when I decided the vehicle wasnt a fit. My deposit was promptly refunded and I wouldnt hesitate to engage with these folks again if I saw something of interest down the road. A positive and professional experience overall.

Very nice staff. It was very convenient for me to get an appraisal, body work and rental in the same place. I had one small issue. They said they couldnt find the tire for my car to replace the bad one and I had to go out of my way to find it for them. Took the job almost 2 weeks to fix a small dent replace my tire and do an alignment. Other then that very nice people and very helpful.
