I love taking my car to 495 Mazda. They dont try to up sell, you get fast, reliable service. The waiting area is comfortable, and the wait us quick. I can take my car to a closer dealer, but always drive the extra distance to 495 Mazda because they are so good.

I Brought my car in today for scheduled oil change. Jonathan greeted me when I arrived. He was very pleasant and helpful...He checked me in quickly and explained what service I needed and approximately how long it would take. I also wanted him to price a part for me..I recently drove over a piece of debris on the road and it knocked off my wheel trim. I told him I was going to go to a body shop to have it fixed. He then asked me if he could take a look at the damage. I followed him outside and showed him the loose trim..He then got down on the ground and looked under the car to assess the damage. After a few minutes he was able to pop the trim back into place! He probably saved me a couple hundred dollars in parts and labor! He went above and beyond to help me and I am very appreciative! You are lucky to have such a caring and professional employee.

Best dealership Ive been to. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Shout out to Kristin who took us for a test drive and showed us all the features of the car. Our car was ready for pick-up the next day, smooth experience from start to finish. Bonus: they have a company dog named Whitney who is awesome! Greets you at the door but doesnt jump on you or bark. A great experience dealing with 495 Mazda in the purchase of my 2021 Mazda CX-5 Grand touring car. Sean and Bob were courteous and thorough in dealing with me. This was not the typical high pressure car salesman approach . They were helpful before the sale and most importantly after the sale when they thoroughly explained how to operate the car. I also appreciated the service of the finance manager who did not over sell his services. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest and helpful dealer.

They offer 110% of Kelly Blue Book value on trade in. They made an offer, I said what I came up with and they agreed. Wasted hours here. After I found the car I wanted they came down $2,000 on the trade in offer and wouldnt give me the $750 loyalty rebate that comes straight from Mazda. If they didnt outright lie on the trade in value I would have just gone on my way. Only stopped in because I saw the offer and wanted to see if it was real. Terrible to outright lie like that.

Excellent car buying experience! My wife and I worked directly with Kristen Murphy and Tim Hope who helped us select our new vehicle. No high pressure sales gimmicks and a very smooth purchasing process. We originally bought our Mazda at the same location when it was Lannan Mazda. The dealership has undergone a full upgrade with comfortable waiting room. The team worked hard to meet all of our needs even in a difficult car market. Ive been screwed over at a dealership or two before, and this was by far the best experience Ive had buying a car. Although there is a Mazda dealership closer to my home, Im glad I made the trek to Lowell. Very happy with my new vehicle, and although I anticipate having it for quite some time, I wouldnt hesitate to shop here again.

In the age when car dealerships overall have the most hideous reputation among all retail businesses, and having personally gone through hell with several of them recently, it was refreshing to finally have a great experience buying a car! I did a lot of research, and landed my decision on a 18 CPO CX-9 at 495 Mazda. They handed me the key, and I came back from the test drive ready to buy. No pressure, no gimmicks, no sales tricks, straightforward price (it was the best deal around). Alex at sales was most courteous and professional. I spoke with Albert, a super friendly sales rep, and when I made it clear I was serious, they didn’t hesitate to open the showroom up, and take the car off the floor so I could test drive it. The whole experience was great. We delt with Al and he made the sales part enjoyable. There was no high pressure sales tactics. He was patient and answered all of our questions. It felt like he listened to what we were looking for and worked with in our budget. I would ask for him again and again. The financing side went just as smooth. I recently purchased a new vehicle from 495 Mazda and I had a great experience there from start to finish.I walked in to the dealership and was promptly greeted by the most gentlemanly gentleman, Sean, who made the car buying experience quick and easy. I was not pushed around or pressured or any of that old taboo-used-car-salesman-Bill-Paxton(RIP)-in-True-Lies stuff. I put down my deposit and when the car arrived(it was still on the boat from Japan), I returned to test it out and I was sold just from looking at it. Sean then introduced me to Al who facilitated the purchase process and went through the vehicle with me to show me all the features and amenities. Al was very friendly, knowledgeable and funny and I look forward to seeing both Sean and Al again when I return for service. All in all, if you are interested in buying a new(or CP-O/used) vehicle, this is definitely a dealership I recommend as they dont play games.Thank you Sean, Al and the rest of the team at 495 Mazda!

This was by far the easiest, most stress-free car-buying transaction I have ever made. Domenic was my salesperson. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and its features and very easy to work with. Michael handled the finance portion. He was so nice and patient with me. But the main feeling I got was how genuine he was and I didn’t feel like he was trying to slip in hidden fees or ridiculous, unneeded extras.I felt very comfortable the whole time. I appreciated they did not try to “get me in a car” based on the monthly payments. The deal was pretty much what I planned on, including trade-in and interest rate. They were very respectful of exactly what I asked — the allowed me to check out a car and leave the lot without even gathering my information on our first visit. Shaheen was fantastic with answering questions. When we returned to buy a car, they gave us no hassle on a price for our trade in, had the exact car we wanted, and even managed to get us a more favorable interest rate than the interest rate we walked in with. When I first visited the dealership I met with Mike Consoles and he was very professional and easy going. He gave me the information I needed for the time and welcomed me to come back when I was ready to negotiate. At the time the vehicle I wanted was not on the lot yet. I went back this past weekend and met Kristen Murphy who essentially worked with me going forward. Great quality and service, didnt spend hours on end in the dealership so the process was less stressful. The test drive went great, we chatted a bit so it was pleasant and by the time I was out the door I knew I felt that I wanted to continue my business with this dealership given my experiences on both occasions. After some negotiating I felt that I got the best deal and that Kristen went to bat for me. I pick up my new car today and look forward to my continued business with 495 Mazda. This was my first time at this Mazda and it certainly wont be the last! Their website is easy to use and I was able to make an appointment online, which is so much better than having to call. Their prices were competitive for a synthetic oil change! I got that and a sticker and they washed it all under 1 hour while I waited in their clean waiting room stocked with free beverages, free wifi, and TV. They have their technicians take a video while theyre working on your car and tell you what millimeter your brakes are at, how your tires are, your suspension, etc. and then text it to you which I thought was a really nice touch. Customer service was top notch as soon as I pulled up all the way through to checking out with the friendly cashier. I had requested a tire rotation when I made the appointment but they checked my tires and said that it didnt need it yet, theyre honest and arent just trying to make $ off you! Thank you Mazda in Lowell, you are now where I will be taking my car for all its service going forward.

But from start to finish everything went on smooth. No buying pressure... no BS like offer only for today or this week. Blaine explained everything.. showed all options available and gave me space to think about it. Even their leasing rate was very competitive. This dealership is ok; but iv had much better experiences at others. Had a lot of pushback from my dealer Al when trying to get into a new vehicle. They were not very understand or accommodating for what I was asking and low balled my trade saying it needed a lot more work than it did; I have been quoted by professionals for much less. They simply didn’t really want my car as a trade; shocking in times like this. While I did have a great experience when first purchasing my first Mazda in 2019 - this experience felt the complete opposite. I do however have to mention the service department is good and very helpful, although they do try to upswell quite often and make you pay for extremely minor problems. While I’ll continue to love Mazda and get service from this dealer I find it hard to say I’ll be purchasing my next Mazda or car here.

I had been to another north shore Mazda an hour before going to 495. Obviously I left the other dealership for a reason. I called 495 on the way they had the car I was interested in warmed up, our salesman and all around great person Al was great and informative. I left there an hour or so later after purchasing the car which was ready the following day. The staff goes out of there way to make you feel comfortable and they don’t pressure on you. I will shop there again.

Car purchases can be stressful of course. You come in with a guarded sense of vulnerability knowing you can easily make a bad decision and that its highly unlikely that the dealership is motivated to protect you from yourself. However, since buying my CX-5 in 2018 and now replacing it with a new leased 21, Im grateful for the team at 495 Mazda and at least somewhat more confident in my decisions. Ive mostly owned used cars and kept them long enough to enjoy months without car payments. But recently Ive allowed myself to enjoy some luxury. Not only they have excellent customer service (specially Jonathan, thank you J!), but also they are professional, efficient, will go above and beyond for their customers, and ABOVE ALL, they’re honest and won’t charge you for services that your car doesn’t need. I was quoted around $380 for the 50k maintenance service, and at the end I ended up paying only $130, because they were upfront about what the car needed and also what it didn’t need.And now I don’t mind driving half hour to 495 Mazda, since they are my “go to” dealer, because what they offer can’t be bought...peace of mind.Thank you 495 Mazda in Lowell!

Overall great experience! Due to covid, I had some misunderstanding throughout the phone call with dealer but we got things all clear in the end. Phil is a nice person to make things easier for both of us and Kristen is super patient to walk me through all the details.

The staff at 495 Mazda are friendly and their cost of parts and labor are reasonable and fair!!! I traveled over 75 miles to pick up a $12 part that was “out of stock”at 6 other Mazda dealers. After meeting the manager of parts and a service advisor, I scheduled my repair for the next day because was they were honest about what was wrong with my car... FYI: 2 of those 7 dealership gave me outrageous estimates of over $400 to fix the problem actual cost was under $170
