I called late on a Friday afternoon and had to get 2 vehicles inspected. One was coming up to the last day for my mother in law and the other was for a vehicle we just purchased! We were in and out within a half hour or so even with a couple cars in front of us! Thank you Paul for accommodating us and thank you to the inspection tech for being thorough! We are beyond grateful! 😊

The guys at this shop treat their customers with the proper attention to their specific car repair needs. You know ahead of repairs what the issue is and what it will cost. In my case, today they provide me with a ride home which was awesome because I have an injured foot.

I cant speak for most of their services, but that was an almost no wait inspection sticker. The place was clean, as far as garages are concerned and staff were professional. This was my first and only visit, and Id encourage readers to look at other reviews.

Since arriving in Lowell in The Acre 10 years ago, Lowell Automatic Transmission has been my go-to for car service and inspection (as well as gas & oil at the Sunoco there). Lowell Automatic Transmission staff have always been genuinely friendly, honest and accurate. I recommend these professionals highly.

Best and most honest auto repair shop Ive ever used.

Great, transparent service with clear communication and very accommodating. I had a transmission leak in my 4runner, it was quick and easy to make a dropoff appointment during covid. They gave a reasonable and accurate assessment of the time frame. The next day, they called saying the leak seemed to be a loose fitting, but they wanted to keep it overnight to make sure there wasnt another leak. Picked it up the next day, and wasnt charged for the time they spent or the fluid to top up the transmission. Im very happy with their work and will be returning for future repairs; Overall they were friendly, professional, and more than fair, and the quality of service was excellent

Eww!, bought the car less than two years ago, to find out that underneath the car is all rotten and cost me more than 5000 to fix it. They knew about it because I went there to get stuff fixed before the warranty expires, and still cost me money at that time.

Our Honda Odyssey broke down on 495 at midnight. Car limped over to Lowell Automatic Transmission where we left it at night drop off. Paul, Derrick and team handled everything the very next day. Quick diagnosis. Excellent service and communication. Had van back by 5 pm. Highly recommend. They really did a great job for us.

My heart burst! Came in for a state inspection. They were open today—day after thanksgiving— and from my phone call to my time there, everyone was warm and welcoming! I was greeted by everyone that crossed my path with smiles and hellos.I just want to say Thank You Amir! You definitely went above and beyond. I got hit on my drivers side taillight a month ago and only managed to fix the light itself. I still had a pillow-sized dent on it. I came out for my car after waiting only about 10 minutes for ONLY my state inspection, and I ask him if I passed and he responded “I have something even better for you, I fixed your dent. It was a quick and easy fix.” And I couldn’t contain my happiness! I high-fived Amir and told him he made me super happy.I definitely plan on coming here for future services on anything auto related. They definitely put me (my car) and my happiness/satisfaction first. What a surprise and delightful experience.

Amazing shop. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will do business here again. The person that I worked with spent almost an hour of his time just calling around for the part that my car needed and didnt charge me for it! Very helpful and willing to talk about the problem with my vehicle.

6 months ago had some work done to my caddie . at the shop. (Headlight replaced ). Walking out to my car I noticed it was out again. Once at work I called LAT. And was told bring it right in. No appointment necessary All work is guaranteed.WOW!!!!! That sounds great. Thinking the to myself. This will be a full day nightmare Or Labor was not included, or some kind of hidden cost . I was in and out in less than an hour at no cost. So what I’m saying to anyone looking for a place to bring your car. This was, by far, the best place Ive ever been to for any kind of car trouble/repair. My pregnant wife & I broke down on the side of the highway about an hour before they closed. I called and the manager said to bring it anyway and they would look at it first thing in the morning. We were from out of town and he offered a place for us to stay the night since we werent familiar with the area! We ended up staying in a hotel but they sent someone to pick us up from the hotel and bring us to the shop! They were extremely nice when we got there and helpful. My car was done before we got there and it was a pleasure working with them. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!
