Tbh I dont know what I expected but it wasnt to see the guy who had worked on my car drinking coronas. I took it to another garage the next day for a sticker and they explained that when the last person worked on my car they left the bolts completely loose on my front strut and could have caused an accident at any moment. Also the only words in English where 400 all done 400. So it was a very expensive alternator to say the least. Just disappointed all the way around.

This shop is great. I needed a new engine in my car. I used to work as a mechanic many moons ago, but I dont have the time or tools anymore to swap it out so I decided to call around. Every shop I called either told me they didnt want to tackle it or quoted me a crazy price. Lowell Auto Repair not only told me they could do it, but they quoted me a super reasonable price. I found an engine and had it shipped there, and dropped my car off. Next day I got a call saying it was all set. I picked it up and was very impressed with the quality or work. These guys definitely care and do amazing work. 100% reccomend this shop.

Loc is a very nice man. He has replaced many parts in my vehicle. I give him 5 stars because he always makes time for me and my family.

I called because of all the 5 star reviews and was not disappointed. I was able to bring my car in same day. He showed my the issue and had it fixed in under the 2 hrs he thought it would take. Very reasonable rates.EDIT: I returned with a simple issue and got a different mechanic. Couldnt be bothered to get off the phone. Was rude and dismissive. Still reasonable rates, but Ive taken my business elsewhere.

I got my battery changed at this shop and immediately afterwards my remote start stopped working. They refused to even look at the remote starter and wouldnt claim any type of responsibility. The only reason I went here is becuase they have a high rating but Im starting to realize that they probably rated themselves. If I could I would give them a 0 star rating

They took our car in right away, diagnosed the issue in a few minutes and fixed the problem. There rates were reasonable as well. I will be going back here again for sure.
