I’m a New Hampshire resident and I would rather drive my 2009 Camry all the way here to get worked on any time! I love this family and they deserve the best. This time, I had a worn out passenger side cv axel and i went in RANDOMLY and they got it done in an hour! Before it was a rusted power steering line, done fast as well! This shop has helped me maintain my Camry since I was a high school (2015) i thank them for helping me keep my car healthy at even 200k miles. Anyone who sees this review? Go to this shop!

I asked the owner to install the hitch receiver and he want to charge for just the labor for almost $300, lol. I went to different shop, they only charge for $60.

I’ve been coming here for a while now & done a lot to my car already. i’ve had the timing belt, water pump, axle, steering rack & pinion, etc fixed & not once i’ve ever had a problem or had to go back to get whatever fixed again. i’ve been to a bunch of different car shops & something always went wrong & i’ve stuck to ONLY going to Tech Heng since!! super nice people as well!! 🙂

Well I told them what I needed to fix and thay still made me go so they can look at it and tell me they dont repair that makes no damn sense could have told me that over the phone

I when for alternator and battery change they charge me $800 buck. 3 weeks later I when to start my car my battery need to get jump start. Battery that was replace must be cheap and alternator + battery change for $800 is a rip off. First time and would be my last time using them. My family alway go here in the past when the old owner that past away use to be there.

You should stay away from this place ever. The owner and his wife both lied to me over and over and almost made me drive my car with an engine that might blow up. I come in for an overheating problem and I had asked them to change the radiator because it was leaking coolant. On the way there my car got overheated and started hearing sound in the engine. Before they started work, they kept telling me how the engine might be done for but they have to fix the radiator before they do anything. Once they did that they said the car is ready to go. Worried about the engine all this time, I ASKED and ASKED multiple times to check if the engine is still in good shape. He said “it should be fine and I should just come pick up the car”. In order to get them to check the engine, I had to ask about oil levels and oil pressure. They say it’s okay but I needed an oil change and they did it. I agreed. After all this, I was charged $375 for labor plus the radiator $300 from the dealership and oil+filter $30 and ONLY THEN they chose to tell me “sorry the engine is out and I should just send the car to the junk yard for parts”. First they almost put me in grave danger. They couldn’t care less sending me out of their garage with a busted engine that “could blow up” (using his own words). Second they knew the engine was gone and they still worked on the car and charged me for it. Avoid this place at all costs.PS* thank you for reminding all of us. This place will quote you something and when you go there with your car that is not in driving condition. They tell you no that wasn’t the right quote. It will be higher. Taking advantage of you in your bad situation.

Tech Heng is one place I would recommend for mechanics they don’t just care about making money they care about people and their well beings and how they work with you to get the job done. I have met other mechanics who love only to get paid but with Tech Heng mechanics they want to make sure that the job is done right and reasonable price where those two things you cannot go wrong with them. There was a time where I had spent a lot of money on my old car and them knowing my story they ended up giving me another car for the price that I had spent on my old car knowing that God had a plan for me with them. I would have them recommended to anyone looking for great mechanics and great people.

They would rather lie to you than tell you they don’t know how to fix your carOwners husband was extremely rude because I forgot his name even though I’ve met the guy twice in my life, he made me uncomfortable on the phone and in person was very dismissive and angry.Lead me to believe they were working on my car when in reality they left me hanging to figure out they didn’t plan to when I eventually called them.Only redeeming factor here is the previous owner Micheal who was such a good guy he left an amazing reputation and legacy behind for the new owners to ruin.

Overall experience was very good. Went there to replace the front drive shaft of my BMW and brought my own part. The Labor quoted was $350 which was quite steep for a at most 2 hour job.They let you bring your own part is a plus and probably thats the reason they make up margins on labor. Service was same day and prompt.

Avoid going to this place for a car repair or inspection.. Original owner of this place was really honset about his business since he passed away his brother took over this place couple years ago.If you go for inspection at this place they will always find something and give rejection sticker. If you ask them how much you will charge to fix it. The owner’s son works there says 450$ and the owner comes in and says if you repair it today will charge you 300$.. they just make up the prices...Today I had an issue with exhaust and I went to check how much they will charge..the owner looked at the car for not even 2 minutes. He called the shop and gave my car make model and year ALSO PLATE number (which he is not supposed to). I know exactly why he gave the plate number so I can’t go somewhere else for repair... then he gave me 250$ price for exhaust and labor...then I said I will think about it.. then he goes if you come tomorrow it will be 275$ I was like okay fine. Then he knew I wasn’t going to get the car fixed there so he came up with 35$ fee. And said he will minus it if you fix it here. So I ended up paying 35$. AVOID GOING HERE...

I almost never leave reviews. But I recently purchased a new car. I had to get the vehicle inspected and was looking for a new shop. I had to renew my sticker on my beater car and that original shop seemed to be finding problems with my car that was not even related to inspection. I didnt trust my new car with them and went to Tech Heng. Great service no hassle and the family is very welcoming. After that experience I brought my friend and his new BMW 3 series to get inspected here. A few weeks later I had to get my Aux battery replaced. The dealer and other local shops was quoting me $250, $375, and MB Dealer $495 to replace my small battery in my trunk! I decided to buy the battery myself for $125 from the dealer but realized I didnt have a 10mm ratchet to remove the bolts. I took my car into Tech Heng and the owner let me use his tool to replace my battery! I offered to pay and he said it was not necessary. Its so hard to find honest, and trust worthy businesses in the car industry. So many times good things happen at local shops but we often keep those moments to ourselves. But when we feel slighted or caught someone on an off day we are quick to post negative reviews. At the end of the day a nice attitude is always welcome but truth, honesty and fairness is what I really want and what my bank account needs. So from now one for my friends and family this is my first and last stop.

Dont waste your time and definitely not your money going there. I usually want to support small local business but this isnt one of them. An incident happened today with my car seat, l brought my car in with my seat clean and intact. They returned it to me with a huge gigantic stain on my driver side. When l asked them what happened they all denied it and accused me of coming with my car like that. The owner a very cocky arrogant man went as far to tell me l was trying to get a free clean from them. The service l brought my car in for cost me close to $200, the fee to get a seat clean probably less than $40. I was livid when he told me that, l called thePolice who told me thats a matter for small claim. But the police agreed with me when l showed him the stain on a white piece of paper taken from the driver seat. The police went again and place the paper on the seat and got stain on the paper. If the stain was already there like these people accused me of, by sitting on it so many times it would have been absorbed. The stain would have stayed but it would have left no mark on clothes, paper etc. I told them they lost a customer for life and l will make sure l tell everyone l know not to go there. If these people cant be honest about something as small as this and something that could have been resolved as soon as l mentioned it. What else are they untruthful about. Is the work done in your car really get done? I am skeptical about the wheel bearing job they just did in my car, I question their work because of that incident. The woman- l presume is the owners wife offered to clean the seat after she too accused me. I was so livid l told her Ill wait for the officer. Since the officer couldnt do much and advised me to go to small claim, l let them remove their stain on my seat.... HONESTY is a facet of moral character....these people have none.NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE.SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEADACHE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Weve been here twice for auto body work. The first time they did a great job on some side panel damage on our CX-5 and then I took my mother there to get some scrapes repaired on her sonata. Both times they did a great job, were done right on time and had a very reasonable price. Theyre worth the trip and Susan (one of the owners) was a pleasure to work with. Id wholeheartedly recommend checking them out!!

Ive been going to this lace for years. Its not clean and pretty like a corporate auto shop, it looks messy and unorganized. The owner is rough around the edges personality wise, but he is honest and fair, personally I think he probably just needs a vacation. Regardless, I have ALWAYS gotten top notch work done for very reasonable prices.These guys know what there doing, and they dont rip you off. I will continue to use this auto repair shop and I recommend it to anyone.

I wanted to replace My brake pads and rotor for my car, I gave the parts to him and he fixed it for 80 dollars, I am really happy. Because I am student I can not afford much.My parts cost me around 110$ and 80 labor.I would definitely recommend him, get the parts and ask him to fix it, that way you can save money.

My sister went there yesterday to get her car checked. That place has a few good workers and our family was old customer. over a year my sister got a very bad service and posted a review on the page. when she went back, the lady who is in charge misbehaved and told her that it was very unprofessional of her to write a bad review and she shouldnt be here. So if youve had a bad service apparently youre not supposed to write bad reviews, otherwise theyll kick you out instead of apologizing and trying to give a better service and doing better business.

WARNING as this shop does not do alignments I would not reccommend having any front end repairs performed here (as they do not inform you of this fact) Also they will clearly pass a car for inspection to drive on public roadways THAT IS COMPLETELY UNSAFE!

I took my car to this mechanic shop to get an oil change 2 weeks ago they done a really job.

This is my go-to auto repair and body shop. The owner Michael has done this for twenty years and you cant beat the prices. You should at least stop by and get a quote for your intended repair or body work. I have referred this shop to several friends and coworkers and they all love it.

Ive been a old customer of that place, they provided good service till Micheal (owner) was alive. However they are about less service and business now. In my last service they charged me $35 for a tire change. When I went to get my inspection done, the guy who did it put pass on everything on the paper but my car physically turned out to have problems. Later 2 days when i asked them why they did that and recheck my car, they said theyll charge me extra and it went wrong in 2 days. Not did they cheat me but also misbehaved with me. My family members are also old customers of that place. Ill ask them not to go there but i also recommend anyone going there not to trust the mechanics completely while servicing and not go there if possible.

I have been self employed since 1997 and have used everyone in this area for repairs.No one can hold a candle to Tech Heng as far as customer service and satisfaction.When i drive off the lot after being serviced i feel confident not only knowing it is fixed correctly but also knowing if there is a problem mike takes control and gets it fixed rather than trying to blame another reason for the problem.They stand by their repairs and i wouldnt use anyone else ever.
