Mike and the other gentleman at Town Line Tire in Lowell were very professional and informative. I met the owner as well and he was extremely kind. My experience with Town Line Tire is like no other Ive experienced before. They are truly professional, helpful, and extremely customer friendly. They will answer all questions you may have, and explain exactly what is needed to fix any problem you may have. I brought my 2010 Chrysler town and country minivan to them with front end making lots of noises. I was thinking I needed new struts, however they diagnosed the problem which was just some bushels and saved me probably $400 by not needing struts. So the honest and trust level with them is 100%. They could have said i needed struts, ball joints or anything else. But instead they treated me like a family member and made me feel very comfortable. I am a very satisfied customer and finally found the right place to have my van be serviced or any repairs that may be needed. My service date was September 4th 2020. And noise is gone completely plus had tires alignment, also oil change. Trust and believe this is the place to go. Ask for Mike or Jim, the whole staff team they have is by far a winning team. Be careful when getting an inspection sticker in this place. I found out that they charge State inspection sticker fee ALONG WITH something they call Safety inspection fee. State inspection by law covers all basic required inspections for a sticker. Anything hindering a passing inspection MUST be informed to the customer PRIOR to any additional fees. Also receipts should state what specific work/inspection was done to justify the additional itemized for the customer to be informed.

I can confirm that there is some shady fees going on when trying to get an inspection sticker at this place. My car is practically new, less then 2k miles and they charged a $28 Safety Fee on top of the Inspection fee. I NEVER had to pay anywhere else such a thing as Safety Fee.

Charging a Safety Inspection fee is something I never heard when getting an inspection sticker on a relatively low mileage vehicle. Out of all my years getting inspection stickers in different places, this is the 1st I see where a shop blatantly tries to make a quick buck and no specify on the receipt what justified the charge.

I just had my wheel bearings replaced a week ago. My car started vibrating this past Wednesday. I knew something was wrong immediately. It turns out my lugs on my right tire were loose. Very dangerous! Im extremely disappointed. I drive my 5 year old daughter around. I dont even want to think about what could have happened had i let the vibrating go and not checked it. I hope tbey rectify this. EDIT: I took my car back today to be looked at and I was very happy with the adjustments that were made. Office manager Mike went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. Thank you again!

A dealer told me I had to get my car brakes changed. I took it to Towne Line and they said my brakes are just fine and need no replacement. Very hard to find trustworthy mechanics these days and Towne Line is definitely one of them. Strongly recommend them to anyone looking for an auto repair.

I moved to the are 13 years ago and was so lucky to find this local mechanic. Its tough when you dont know anyone in the area to know who to trust.Bill and Jim are so honest and always take care of me and have taken care of multiple friends of mine over the years. Its great to see local small businesses like this that put the customer first.I dont come in as often now that I have a new car under warranty with most maintenance included .... but anytime something isnt covered by the dealer I always call them first and usually save quite a bit in the process.- Kevin

Always a great experience here. My issue is resolved quickly and is always complete. They take walk ins, you can drop your car for the day and if you dont have a ride, there is a rental car place next door.Locally run, professional service, great Customer service and all of the employees here are great.Highly recommend.

Needed a set of new tires on the hurry and called around and nearby town. No one could do it until the next day since its already late in the afternoon, but Bill jumped through the hoops to get the tires from the distributor the same day, with the most competitive price! I couldnt make it to his shop until right before closing and I would understand if he turned me away, but no. Bill and his technician expeditiously mount the new tires and got me back on the road in less than half an hour. Thank you, Bill and your associate with the awesome service!

I went there a few weeks ago to change one of the wheel of my car, for some problem, maybe even my fault, they took the wrong wheel, I let them know and it was quickly fixed, but everyone got so nervous about it, if I made I mistake charge me for that, but there’s no need to be mad at me, I try to be professional with my customers. At the end they charged me a few buck more for this mistake and told me they were charging me for other thing... Really poor customer service experience.

We bring our trucks here all the time. We like how we can drop off in the morning and pickup by end of day. We have very little down time with our fleet with Bills crew doing the service. Jimmy is great as well in the front office.

Moved to town and needed to have my vehicle looked at for a hesitation when driving. The tow line guys were great, they caught an issue with my transmission and were honest about what my car may need.I highly recommend them for your needs....I just wish they had weekend hours so I could stop by more often for regular services

Fast to get to the problem and fast turnaround time price was a little bit higher then others but seemed to know more and got better parts and lower miles on replacement motor

I called the shop after calling 3 others around the area that told me this would take hours or that i could wait until Monday. Basically, my oil light was flickering and I needed a very overdue oil change and they said to bring my car in right when I called, they changed my oil, they were very nice, did not talk down on me as other mechanics would when youre a woman. Ronnie took care of my car in no time and I was back to work right on time. Thank you guys! I will be back!

Fair prices, and they are upfront about charges before they even begin the service. The service was fast, I dropped my car off, and within two hours had an oil change, an alignment and 4 new tires. The staff was friendly and explained everything.

I have been going to these guys for years they work with you their prices are fair and they do not give you the run around.They will warn you of problems and tell you what needs to be fixed now, and what should be fixed soon, but they do not try to sell unnecessary repairs They do an excellent job keeping your budget in mind when they do there work.

Bad experience on brakes pads and rotor replacement. They charged 3 times the money on parts.I had to go back 2 times to get the noise on the brakes fixed. Parking brakes never worked after the replacement. Wont recommend.
