Got car inspected. Helped me get in and out quickly when no one else in the area would take me until after break time! Super hot day, so they let me wait in the a/c office.

The current owner is great! He is well versed in every area and stays up to date on his training. I have walked in the past and he was studying the Snap On training for his scanner.

Dont even bother to be honest. I went there last year to get my brake pads and rotors replaced and I told the owner more than once if your mechanics see that all the rotors need to be replaced then replace them since all the parts are here now. She told me that only the back ones needed to be replaced. And after returning the rotors that they didnt use to get my money back for them from auto zone a week later my car began to shake on the highway as I braked the rotors in the front did need replacement after all. And this past week was just super annoying they dont know how to explain anything. Never going back again.

This place was great. Drop off my 2010 Evo-X there with a aftermarket clutch. They were great with the price for labor versus other shops I call 1200 - 1700 with out parts. The woman in at the front desk was kind and friendly as while as the workers. Shop was clean and I went inside to see my car how it was looking. The guy was working on it tell me everything and he had no problem putting on the aftermarket clutch on. After it was done the car drove smooth and no problem what so ever. Differently going back there for works. 07/15/19

I call around asking for a quote for replacing a clutch on 2010 Mitsubishi evo x. Other places was charging $800-$2000 for labor. So I call Brazusa they gave me a great quote that I cant resist. So I drop my car off. The place was clean and the service was great. The woman I spoke to she was kind and friendly and the ppl that works there to. Im differently going back here again on my next visit. Ooh my car was fix and runs great. Going to tell my friends to go here now. 07/13/19

Great experience. After searching extensively for a shop to do my coilovers for under $400, Brazusa quoted me $100 less than any other shop I talked to. They allowed me to bring it in the next business day after and took my car in as soon as I brought it to the shop. The employees were all extremely friendly and helpful. After my coilovers were installed I noticed the alignment was off a little too much for me to make it to an alignment shop. Without hesitation, they took my car back in and eyeballed the alignment so I could drive on it temporary to make it to Tewkesbury. Would recommend and will go back when my car needs work. Thanks guys. Rides amazing

Came here with an absolute emergency, and Greg took the car in, fixed the issue, and made everything alright. Other shops wanted me to drop the car off, but Brazusa took it right in, and had me back on the road in a few hours. Brought my truck there for a diagnostics issue that appeared when my car didnt pass inspection. The mechanics dont know anything. I was 1st told it was the catalytic converter, changed it for $1100 picked up the vehicle and next morning went to use it and it wouldnt start, I had already put in a new battery so knew it wasnt that, the cleaned something out, another $100, left again and car died within 1 min. I finally took it to a different garage since they wanted me to leave it again and said it was common for an old car, I decided to leave, went to another garage and problem resolved for $600, all along it was the computer. ONLY GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!

I went to brazusa with my 2011 honda accord for my 100,000 mile maintenance. The mechanic gregg told me everything i needed, i got my quote and the work got completed before the end of the day.Gregg is very knowledgeable and will tell you what you need... no more...no less.Highly reccomend this shop for any automotive repair.

My car has been there for 14 operating hours and no work has been done . i keep getting the run around and when i call they answer and hang up .. Brought my car because a no start ..the lady says they have to start it to do a diagnostics first .. Ummm if it starts i wouldnt need a diagnostics
