Who would have thought car shopping was so easy? Iv never walked in a place and felt so comfortable and greeted with such friendly people. By far the best place to purchase a car fast and easy. I called this place and filled out an app,and the guy said he would give me a call I still haven’t heard anything from the guy!! My car was totaled and I was looking for another one and I seen this web page that says bad credit and this is the place for you and guaranteed to get you in a car fast!! That must be a joke. I also told him I hade 3k to put down and he was just rude af and said fill out app thanks by.

I would like to say i was deceived, i was interested in a vehicle on their lot, so i went there and checked it out and test drove it. After we got back from test drive, the salesman Kyle, asked if i wanted to fill out paperwork and get the ball rolling. I told Kyle flat out i did not have any cash then and i would have to think about it. I asked him then what the down payment would be, i asked if it was the $1000 that they have on the website and he replied no, you come up with what you can and they would work with me. So i called today and talked with kyle and asked him if i had a couple hundred for down payment, if i could give that and run the app and see if i get approved for financing and also find out what the monthly payment would be. Kyle then proceeded to tell me that it is not enough and banks just finance the vehicle and they do not finance tax, title, and license. He then told me that i would have to come up with about $1300 for a down payment. So all in all he lied to me when he said they would work with me on down payment on what i could afford down. Also keep in mind he told me when we did the test drive that he does not know much about vehicles and has only been working there a few months. I am VERY UPSET, and disappointed that i was lied to, and wasted my time even going there in the first place. If the owner Seaver sees this post, i hope he gets Kyle some more training because he NEEDS it, and he should not be lying to people and getting their hopes up, only to basically slap them in the face. I would recommend to anyone going there to talk to Seaver only and not bother with Kyle because he does not know what he is doing and lies to people and gets their hopes up for nothing.

Typical scam local used car dealership, counting on financing to approve loans people cant afford so they can repossess. Notice 21 5 star reviews in the same month, all of which sound like a sales pitch.They werent interested in any reasonable offer once I stated I planned on paying cash.EDIT: I was clearly WAY off. I left a review for this dealership instead of one on the southeast side of Rockford. The swift and detailed response I received from a place Ive never done business (sorry) was incredible. I apologize for the confusion. Leaving 5 stars and will check you guys out!
