I would love to be able to say Ive had a positive experience, but the song remains the same when it comes to a dealer standing behind used sales or the service department charging a premium. I can speculate numerous responses along the lines of well, you went into this knowing xyz..., and perhaps Im being idealistic, but discovering a potentially major, and certainly pre-existing issue (and well known online...as seen after the fact) just after purchasing and having no willingness to stand by their sale is beyond disappointment. $200 for a basic inspection with the conclusion of its not leaking oil externally. I could of determined that by the lack of oil on my driveway. Im then told I would have to bring it back once the warning light returns for a surprise part 2 and another $200, during which they run more tests to determine where the failure is? The best part? The speculated problem was estimated to be a $5000 repair. I can promise that I will be looking anywhere but here to get it serviced.

Bought my second car from Napelton today. They do you right. They work with your budget to get what you need with in reason. Straight forward no shady bussiness. They charge reconditioning fee but I will say both vehicles Ive bought from them have had good newer tires. They even went out of there way to bring the car to my house because I did not have a way to get it home because it was a 2nd vehicle and I live probably 35-45 minutes from the dealership. Kudos for that. Thanks guys!

I started my new car journey about two years ago knowing the class of car I wanted but not yet settled on the Make. Last November I dropped into Napleton and was greeted by Charlie. Within minutes we were test driving the car I had zerod in on all the while being upfront with Charlie that I wasnt going to purchase on that day or maybe even anytime soon. Despite the fact that I was possibly a year away from a sale, Charlie gave me the attention of a same day, hot buyer. There was absolutely no pressure from him or his sales manager, Tim Hayes.Charlie checked back in with me a couple months later and I was no closer than I was back in November. However, last week and without arrangement, I called Charlie and said its time to buy. By the time I arrived at the dealership 90 minutes later, my new car was washed and waiting for me, beautifully awaiting my arrival on display inside the Building. As an added surprise, and much to Nates credit, the trade-in and new car sale paperwork were also just about complete, save for for verifications and final signatures.Never once did I feel that I was being taken advantage of, hurried, pressured or facing any of the old-school car selling tactics. Good Sales, was able to answer all my questions about car and gave me many bits of info that was new to this model. I have owned a Honda CR-V for 11 years and recently upgraded to a 2020. A bit of a learning curve there but the Christopher was very knowledgeable and if he couldnt answer my questions at the time he got back to me in a few minuets with the answer.

Audi is a great car but I was not happy with the service I got today. I got a tire alignmnent service and there was an additional charge called “shop supplies” on the bill. When I asked what it was, the gentleman said “ it is something they charge for every transaction”. So it is still not clear what it was. No explanation. Be careful with your bill.

Alex the sales person was pleasant to work with, but the closing paperwork took 2+ hours. Also, most of the sales staff did not wear a mask or was very sporadic in the use. Also, customer use of masks was not enforced at all. We felt very at risk for COVID19 while in the store. The vehicle we purchased could have been cleaner.

Ive been a satisfied Napleton customer for almost 20 years. The service has always been prompt, professional and courteous, and I have never had to go back because something wasnt done right the first time. Gary is an excellent service manager. I can typically get my vehicle in the same week if not the next day, and I always get a nice loaner. The prices can be on the upper end of the scale, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I made an appointment for an oil change and was very pleased with the service department. My advisor Bryce was very helpful and kind. he even notified me that my tires did not need to be rotated because my best tires were already in the front. I doubt many dealerships would do that knowing they would lose the sale on the tire rotation.

Drove 9 hrs to buy a car that I was told by sales Manager Tim Hays was a nice good example of a clean car only to be disappointed by Knicks/paint damage to the passenger side door. Improper fitment of the bumper to the fender that they repainted/repaired and did not disclose. Also the interior driver side bolster was severely worn almost to the foam and smelled of closed window smoking it was awful. When I pointed these things out to sales manger Tim Hays he got upset with me then started to behave in a very unprofessional manner.
