Honestly, I didn’t know there were used car places like this in existence. Not only was I treated well, with great service, and as fair as I could possibly have imagined. But, at no time did I ever feel pressured or swindled. Or even encouraged to make a decision that wasn’t mine! Truly an incredible experience and has given me a new outlook on car buying/selling. CANNOT recommend this place enough!!!!!!

I have NEVER had an experience with a auto dealer like this before! My daughter had her car for 6 months and at least twice a month for 6 months her car literally had to go back for repairs. Although they have tried to fix the problem its unknown what that is and the problem still is unresolved. I am very upset about this entire situation and will NOT do any future business with them nor recommend anyone to this dealership!

Recently bought a used minivan here. Denny is the BEST. He was patient, helpful, honest...... Ended up with a great vehicle!! A few days later noticed a small power steering leak and they took care of it immediately with no questions asked. We will be back!!

I purchased a 2012 Malibu Chevy in 2014 as a demo. My car had 20,000 km on it. My tires were giving me problems, and my friends that knew more about cars and my husband said it looks like they have dry rot. I brought my car back to Amherstburg Chevy and they said yes it looks like dry rot and you need new tires. I asked should the tires last more than a year and how is dry rot caused? They said from sitting and not driving it. I said I drive to work in Windsor everyday that is impossible, they must have had it when I purchased the car. So let it go because they said it was common and the tires were still good. I purchased new tires from Amherstburg Chevy about a year ago and since day one they have been loosing air. My husband always complaining that I should bring it back in because they should not loose that much air and he would always fill the tires up again. Several times I mentioned this to the service Dept when I had my oil changed. The last time I said you need to check them, still nothing wrong. I brought my car to another mechanic because my power steering was going (I had a hard time steering). The mechanic said there is nothing wrong with you power steering, your tires had 10 pounds of air in each tire, riding on basically flat tires. I told him these tire have been loosing air since day one.. He said they could not have been sealed properly when installed. I call the Service Dept and they said well it has been almost two years since I purchased them what do you expect? I should have complained more, now I need new tires again because I have been driving on flat tires. My family and I have been to London for medical appointments and Detroit many times in the past two years.. We could of had a blow out and all been killed. Service is terrible and they do not listen to women, especially the supervisor Don very disrespectful did not say sorry to hear that nothing. Worst Service ever cc Rafih auto group

Not your average pre-owned car lot. Windsor Auto goes above and beyond what you may expect of a typical used car lot. Surprisingly, most of the vehicles Windsor offers are only 1-3 model years old, and many have some sort of factory warranty that still applies. Nick, the owner, is nearly always available and more than willing to participate in the buying experience. His and all of the staffs goals are aimed at customer satisfaction even long after a sale is complete. Ive been amazed at the lengths they will go to, even post sale, to ensure the buyer is taken care of. I can say all of this from experience because my wife and I have purchased at least 10 vehicles from Windsor in the past 17 years or so ( yes, we like newer, low mileage vehicles:) ) and we will be returning to buy for our teenage kids that will be driving soon. We highly recommend that you give Windsor Auto a try if you are in the market for a great pre-owned vehicle!

Went in there to trade in my Saab and they wouldnt even consider giving me a chance. I am a disabled, senior who receives social security. They said that I would not be considered for a loan. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to them for a car. They were the rudest people Ive ever dealt with in my life.
