Having not painted in over 20 years, I needed help. The store personnel are professional, helpful, insightful, and helped me thru two projects, inside and out. The finished product is terrific and competitively priced. Too many people dont have the opportunity or insight to go to this type of provider and get professional help.

Extremely helpful staff for a new homeowner and first time painter!

Came in looking to find a stain that would closely match my flooring. The sales person took the wood I wanted to stain and the next day I had a stain that perfectly matched my flooring.

Bright store and easy to navigate for pleasant shopping experience and color browsing. Friendly and helpful staff, ask if you need help and provide great recommendations. Much better experience here every time than at their next door neighbor, Benjamin Moore. Also love that SW frequently has paint on sale. Planned on painting entire house over the weekend. Went to the first store to purchase Harmony paint due to being 0 VOCs the first store did not have any, guy found another store near by that had 4.He also stated he can get 4-6 more to the store to hold for the next morning. Went in the next morning to find out there is no harmony paint in the area. Had to purchase a different brand. The lady stated it could come in this Thursday (5 days from when we wanted to paint) or later. Had to buy a different brand that had more VOCs, was not found of the new brand or how it covered. Not happy with the customer service was in the store way longer then needed (over 1.5 hours both times.). If I new from the get go there wasn’t harmony paint I would have looked at different brands. I can’t mix two different brands together to cover the rest of the kitchen. So I’m needing another gallon of harmony to finish that area.
