Very nice Knowledgeable about all my questions. We actually visited their site to look at the granite we chose. Meghan helped us there. She talked to us about the choices we had picked and took us out to see the granite. Was a fun thing to do. She was helpful with helping us understand our options. Very nice. Then Jeremy and Paul came to install our granite. Again, both were very nice. Took care of everything. Patient with my questions. Patient with me watching everything even though I tried to stay out of the kitchen. It was too interesting not to observe. . I appreciate the way they both were. Stone Mark was incredible! We had some stunning countertops installed in our new build house in Prospect, they turned out beautiful. Like any new build there are always some hiccups; Jeremy our sales person at Stone Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, got exactly the part of the slab we wanted for each room, and pushed to get it all done before our closing! Thank you Jeremy and your staff at Stone Mark for a great experience and job well done! We will be back for our basement in the future.

We just remodeled our kitchen and Stonemark installed beautiful quartz counters for us. The staff who handled scheduling was responsive. The gentleman who measured was great to work with. The installers were professional and knew what they were doing. We had a weird colored spot on the side, but they hustled and came and fixed it. My counters are PERFECT. I am a happy customer.

Went there and got the shock of my life when the price quoted was half PLUS a barnhouse sink was in the deal. They do an excellent job of explaining the process, what is expected of you (removal, plumbing, etc.) along with keeping you informed of their progress.They gave me two dates, one for template and one for installation and there was no issues with the company meeting the dates. Several follow up calls to ensure the date was good for us along with day of call to alert us when they were 30 minutes out.Installation guys were top notch. They arrived on time (BIG BONUS), walked us through the process, completed the job, cleaned up after themselves and conducted the entire installation in a very professional manner.As for the granite, extremely happy with it, all measurements were spot on, and the smoothness and rounding of the corners were perfect.If you looking for new install or a retro, I highly recommend this company.

They forgot to schedule our measurements, delaying our install by over a week .Then it took them 5 weeks to cut and get the counter tops. All said, were out about 3 beyond what we planned and have been without a working kitchen for 2 months. Will not work with Lowes or these guys again .

My kitchen Reno went pretty smoothly with Lowes except for the poor quality granite counter tops with this company. I have a small galley kitchen and I guess they let me think I was getting custom made counter tops when in fact they had a split right in the middle of my back splash that is an eye sore. I hide it with one of my appliances. It was also installed crooked. So this made me wonder if they tried to use a remnant piece since counter is pretty short to begin with. Second thing is 18 months later my edges around my sink are crumbling and there is a chipped area on one of the other counters....this is not my first kitchen with granite but it will be my last with this company :/

I have used StoneMark for 2 granite countertop installations in the past 2 months. StoneMark granite is the absolute best. Midge was extremely helpful in assisting me in selecting the granite for my kitchen counters and bathroom vanity. She walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. Sam came out a few days later and made a laser template to make sure my countertops were a perfect fit. About a week later, Ryan and Carlos came out to do the installation. They were very professional and friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. I am blown away by the level of customer service and quality that I have received from StoneMark Granite. I will absolutely use them again and again.

Dani kept me informed and provided me with revised quotes when I requested changes.Sam Norton did the templating of my countertop. My countertop was precisely measured with a laser and software.Derrick Cole was the lead installer. Derrick use to have his own business installing granite countertops. Personal care was taken to level the countertops, glue, and seal them.While I never met the President/Owner of StoneMark, I can say that it is well run business and the process is well defined. Employees are treated well and that is a sign of a successful business.
