These guys were great to deal with. I called to get an estimate, they came out a couple days later, and got my quote back the next day. Very nice estimator, office staff, and installers, very fair pricing and the install was very professional. I would highly recommend them for a glass shower door.

Not great glass cutting. I took a piece of glass in to copy and it’s not the right fit. I don’t have time to get it redone by them before the weekend. Just has to copy the other glass and didn’t get it done right. The people working there are really nice. Maybe I got a rookie glass cutter. ?

These guys are great! I had a need for a mirror for my wifes project. Called several other companies and perceived that the size of the project was a bother to even speak with me.Called LGE and they took the time to walk me through the cost, the process and even helped me understand I did not need to adhere the mirror.I was so impressed as was the wife that weve ordered two more mirrors for her projects. If you need any type of glass, I highly recommend this company. Great prices and great customer service.

This company (LGE) was brought in by a general contractor to remove a new $1000 glass shower door so the shower could be repaired. When they removed the door, they lost all the screws that had the dark finish which matched the door. When they came back to reinstall the door, the magnetic strip which holds the door closed no longer worked. The door was installed improperly. It was crooked so the magnetic strips no longer lined up. I complained, but no one ever came back to evaluate the problem. It was clear that the installers did not know what they were doing. They had their money and were not going to come back to address the problem. I had to hire (and pay) another installer who easily fixed the crooked door. Because they had lost the screws which belonged to the door, they just used ordinary metal screws which dont match the dark finish of the door. They also used oversized screws which stretched out the holes, so my repair person could not install the the proper screws. He used marker to darken the screws so they dont look as bad as shiny metal on a dark door. The door was permanently damaged by LGE. This was a new, expensive door. I would never hire them or recommend them because not only did they damage a new door, but they ignored my repeated requests for them to come back and fix it. I should also mention that the price they charged was many times higher than the expert I brought in.

These guys are great! I had a difficult corner shower that I tiled myself. The walls were not straight or level. Im ashamed to say this situation made me a very difficult customer. There was one area that was out an1/8th of inch, a small measure by most standard. I called them back a week later and I was happily surprised they were willing to replace a section of glass at no charge to me. I dont know if they made any money, but they made a happy customer. Great job!
