Very professional, even took their time and didnt rush us w end though we came in 15 minutes to closing. They were knowledgeable about their products and were thorough about the process all the way to delivery. Definitely would recommend to friends and family. We appreciate that they stayed late because we drove an hour and forty minutes to, what we thought we would at least get to just see them but they surprised us and took the time for us to get everything accomplished that would make us be comfortable ordering over email or phone. Thats a compliment, now a days I dread a salesperson asking me do I need any help. For the matter no body anymore asks you if you need help. Customer service is at a all time low. So you should be very pleased with the fact that you have a great staff in your Louisville store. We are definitely more confident about using their cabinets in our home.
Great Customer Service and any issues we experienced were addressed immediately and resolved in a fairly timely manner. While the installers were the contractors doing the kitchen remodel, the assembly was a bit of a challenge, because the installers did not want to assemble the items and of course there was a cost for that added labor.Again, the experience was great and kuddos to Cabinets To Go!
Bad Business Lover my cabinets but the customer service is unsatisfactory. They say that they are dedicated to ensuring a positIve experience as soon as you step foot in the front door, Yea until they get your money. After that its a wait game. And I say that because if you need to order something extra you will have to wait at least 2 weeks or more before you get what you order so make sure you order everything you need at that time. I ordered a set of cabinets. Get my cabinets, contractors come put them in, and get to my lazy susan tray and its damaged. OK contact Cabinet To Go let them know they put in a reorder. One week go by two weeks go by Im checking on the tracking nothing third week and I need to speak to a supervisor manager someone else because Im getting no answers. Supervisor says same thing Im Sorry but sorry not fixing the problem contractor held up, kitchen held up, no counter top no sink kitchen undone for three weeks when it should have been done in one. MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH CABINETS TO GO AND MY LAST ONE WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN NOT A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.
My father and I rehab houses into affordable rental properties. We decided to switch from IKEAs product and installation team (which we were not very impressed with) to cabinets to go and do the install ourselves. That being said, the selection and ordering process was short and efficient, but the delivery was lengthy. We waited almost 3 weeks. However the quality of the cabinets was far better than expected and the assembly was a breeze (despite being a carpenter) in the end we were very pleased with the final product. We are repeat customers as a result. Four stars.
Happy with quality of cabinets. Big problems with customer service. They gave us the wrong counter tops and told us the correct ones were back ordered and expected to arrive in a month. That date came and went and we’re still waiting. Coming up on 5 months without countertops. Called corporate office who directed me back to local store. Very poor customer service. Go to ikea instead!
Worked with manager for 6 weeks on 2 clients kitchen remodel projects. Manager stole clients and sold direct to them. Not only are they an unethical business, I ended up being stuck with several cabinets I had purchased for MY CUSTOMER!
