Stopped by last week in an attempt to find a grey filler for a crumbling seam regarding a granite install not performed by Mees. Driving around town - coming up empty - because my installer of a few years back told me that I could find what I needed at Lowes (not!). Staff so nice - ended up giving me a partial tube left over from that days jobs. The seam has now been newly filled - looks great. If there is a next kitchen in my future, I will head to Mees.

Cant say enough about my experience with Mees. I bought my granite tops from Misty at the Astor rd. location. She was GREAT! Very patient and helpful during the selection process.

We spent a lot of money on our granite counter tops and they did a terrible job. We are so disappointed and I would not recommend. Every time I look at them I cringe. I want to tear them out and start over but I have already spend thousands of dollars.

I worked with Misty at the fabrication location when I purchased my granite countertop. She was extremely helpful during the product selection and design phase. After installation, she was very responsive in resolving a couple of issues that arose. All issues were corrected satisfactorily and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Misty and Mees Tile and Marble.

Was doing a home improvement project recently and someone said go to Mees Tile & Marble to look for new counter tops. I went and found the perfect amount of quartz in their remnant yard. This allowed me to save a tremendous amount of money! The sales team was very helpful in getting the in home precision measurement and installation appointments arranged and the installers were fast, polite and thorough. I highly recommend Mees Tile & Marble!

Fantastic price, quality, and support. I checked nearly every granite supplier in Louisville and chose Mees based on their price, and I wasnt disappointed.

They were extremely helpful. Working with me on the piece I needed, saved me 60 or 70 dollars.

Leaving a one star review to reflect their very poor customer service. I walked in to the store and not a single person acknowledged me. I assumed they may have been with customers so I walked around for about 5 mins. Then another person walked in and was immediately assisted. The employees all looked at me (up and down at that!) while I waited but I did not recieve so much as a nod. Very insulting experience.

My experience at least Ill was magnificent even though Im not a contractor everyone just jumped up and help me immediately they spent their time with me and took me outside and and show me you no help me find everything I need it got it Mark got my measurements and it got me in and out right away but Mees is 5 * as far as Im concerned.

Mees Tile recommended a man named ARTIE CLAYTON which has hands down been the WORST home remodel experience Ive EVER had done. Artie installed my porcelain tile floors about 2 years ago and after 2 weeks the grout began to sink and crumble. Artie used a grout we DID NOT(he admitted he bought a cheaper grout than we agreed on and I paid for the better grout) agree on and since the installation he has been out once to fix the problem and since then it has become even worse. He now refuses to do anything about it and now my $5,000 floor has to be ripped up and regrouted again. I highly recommend you take your flooring installation to another installer/ tile provider because Mees also refuses to help the situation despite them recommending Artie to install. Artie also had some very questionable characters installing my floor who seemed to be very unprofessional and inexperienced. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MEES TILE AND MARBLE!!!!!*in response to Rick*Mees Tile and Marble DID RECOMMEND Artie Clayton!!! He came out to my house for the estimate and said he recognized us from church. I had NEVER MET HIM. Do you think Artie, a dishonest man, will be honest now, Rick? After many, many attempts in asking Artie to fix the horrible grouting job(sinking, cracking and inconsistent thickness in the lines) he refuses to do the right thing. My comment said nothing about the cleanliness of my grout, Rick. This review DOES in fact pertain to Mees Tile, and the people who are considering doing business with you all should know how awful my experience has been. Once again, ****DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MEES TILE AND MARBLE!!****

Walked in showroom and walked around for 10 min without anyone acknowledging me. Another costumer walked in and was immediately greeted and helped. Still stayed for a few min before leaving. Guess they had no interest in my business.

Went in looking for some marble for the new shower bench we or installing in my bathroom kinda bit high on price thinking Ill look at a few more places

I highly recommend to anyone!
