Emma walked me through every detail of our kitchen remodel, always showing me any options that fit my ideas without inserting her own opinions or preferences. It was so easy, even with me changing my mind pretty often! We had our own contractor, and in the end got the dream kitchen I’d envisioned. We couldn’t be happier.

Every step involved in my kitchen remodel from the initial meeting to the final payment went perfectly well and on time. Each and every person involved in the process (designer, estimator, project manager, contractors and laborers) were pleasant, on time and responsive. I love my new kitchen and am so very happy that I chose Classic Cabinets for the job.

Very professional company and did a great job on our kitchen remodel. They remained on schedule throughout the job, and communicated consistently. Our designer (Emma) came up with a layout that we love, and the PMs (Charlie and Ross) were involved to make sure everything was done correctly. Very happy with them!

Drivers treat neighborhoods like trash. Just watched one of your drivers take a barrier from the street and throw it in the grass then get in the truck and drive off.If you want your neighborhood to be treated with respect don’t hire this company.

We have had Classic Cabinets do major work on our house. From the owner through the skilled laborers they are the best of the best. Completely reliable, completely honest and finished on time. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

We engaged Classic Cabinets & Design to complete our master bathroom remodel over the summer of 2019. We truly loved the process from beginning to end. Meeting with Emma to discuss options was a great experience. We only wish our house and their office were closer to each other. CC&D had an excellent vision for our space and created a design on paper that we could see and envision coming to reality. This type of creativity and vision for our small space is exactly what we were seeking. You wont get this from the average general contractor. Mark and his team began the work on time and completed the work on schedule in spite of us requesting some additional tile work to be completed. The entire team was extremely helpful and very nice. They took care to cover all areas they would be walking through and always cleaned up at the end of each day. The bathroom looks amazing and we could not be happier. We are looking forward to eventually having CC&D complete our upstairs bathroom as well.

Kelly, her designer, Mark, the owner and supervisor of every detail.So, my husband and I decided to take the leap and go with Classic Cabinets for our kitchen remodel.Although the main project doesnt start until January, I purchased a chandelier for our entryway, a HUGE chandelier. Mark saw that that was here, and needing to be hung. He mentioned that although they were completely booked, hed try to see if his electrician could get it hung before the Holidays for us.I secretly thought that would be forgotten.Surprise!I got a call last week from the electrician and this morning they came to hang the chandelier.Im impressed!Now, we are excitedly looking forward to our kitchen remodel. Ive waited an entire year to write this review. I needed to see how our custom cabinets would hold up to the daily wear and tear that only a manufacturing shop and office could create. I am so happy to report, they look and function as amazingly as the day of installation! Theyre beautiful AND durable! Visitors always comment on how much they love the cabinets and hardware!Working with Todd was so easy. He was very accomodating, and had great suggestions without being high pressure or pushy. Very refreshing in the tenant finish process!

Classic Cabinets did a wonderful job remodeling my kitchen about four years ago. Sara was our designer, and she was wonderfully patient and helpful--not pushy. I went back yesterday to inquire about a master bath remodel and was told Sara is gone. The woman who greeted me didnt introduce herself and said a new policy required I complete some paperwork prior to looking around or discussing my project. Thats a bad policy--especially for a returning customer.

Classic Cabinets remodeled our kitchen in August of 2018. Every single facet of this company from design assistance, scheduling, quality of craftsmen and willingness to please the customer was absolutely fantastic. Their showroom is great with plenty to choose from different price points. The staff were always very helpful and friendly during our kitchen remodel. We worked with Kelly on the design, and she came up with a great plan! We would definitely recommend to others.

The designer was fabulous to work with - very patient with my numerous changes and what ifs. Job was done perfectly and looks great.

I had a terrible experience with this company. At first it all went very well, smooth talking, guarantees that they could give me what I wanted, long discussions about how their product was far superior to others and their service would outshine anyone elses. All that. In the end, I trusted them and paid 1/2 up front and 1/2 on delivery. I was foolish to do that. Although the cabinets were not damaged and looked OK in the box, they did not look right when I had them mounted! When I tried to have them redone or fixed Mark Hawkins (the owner) flat out refused to consider ANY COMPENSATION. Not replacing the cabinets, not allowing me to return at least the doors for a partial refund so that I could afford to get new doors through a different company, not even offering a discount. Nothing. I found his behavior rude, insulting, and dishonorable (once full payment had been made). I work for a living and these cabinets were expensive. I cannot afford to pay more money to fix what he made a mess of. This has left a bad taste in my mouth about the whole remodel and really just makes me sick inside. There is a world of honorable people/companies out there - find one of them to work with. NOT Classic Cabinets & Design in Louisville!

Horrible! Worst company I had ever had to deal with. They did a very poor job in our kitchen. Would definitely not recommend.

We had bar cabinets and counter installed by them, when the bar came in it was the wrong size and stuck out at one end, their solution was to cut it down and install it anyway. Then they left the unfinished end just raw cut, no stain or finish to make it match. Looks terrible! Then the cabinets they installed did not get finished. Never gave us the glass doors or the shelves to complete them. Wood shelves they gave us for the pantry cabinet dont even fit this cabinet. There were so many other little things in top of this in addition to a rude owner. Zero customer service and very expensive!!! Would not use them for anything in the future.
