We had granite countertops in Colonial White installed in our kitchen yesterday and they look beautiful! It looks very nice with our cabinets and floors. The quality of work is very good. We were very happy with it. The installers were very good and easy to work with and we were very pleased with the outcome. It looks beautiful and really brightens up our kitchen! I cant speak highly enough about Granite America. From start to finish, our experience with this company was superb. The rep who helped us was kind, polite, and listened to our specific wants and needs. She helped us find a slab that met our aesthetic and budgetary needs and gave us an approximate quote with the information we provided. Three days later they had another rep come to our house to formally measure our kitchen, and I was very pleased to discover that her original quote was almost spot on to what the final price was. The gentleman who came to our house was professional and very efficient. Sixteen days after the formal measurement, our counters were installed by a 2-person crew - again, unbelievably professional and polite. They demod and removed our existing counters and installed the new ones, in addition to a new sink, in only 2 hours WITHOUT damaging, dinging, scratching, etc. a single thing in our kitchen (every time we have had work done, something always gets ruined, so this was especially nice). The counters look absolutely gorgeous, the price was far less than we expected and VERY reasonable, and every single person we interacted with at this company was wonderful. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, quick turnaround time, and phenomenal customer service is why I will recommend them to everyone!

Working with Granite America was just a dream. I made an appointment and met with Ashley who took the time to explain the process and help find the perfect remnant for my bathroom counter top. The gentlemen who templated my job did an excellent job, even suggesting a correction to the sink placement to better center them over the vanity. Then, Geeta called to schedule the install. She was a rock star, keeping me informed through the entire installation process. The installers were also excellent, working around an existing mirror, and they left my bathroom clean and neat. I am very happy with the final work. We remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms and they did an excellent job. At the beginning, the cut that was done for my master bathroom backsplash was not to my satisfaction; however, I received good customer service and it was replaced to one that was approved. We love our new granite countertop! Granite America was quick to schedule an estimate and install was within a week after the measurements were taken. Everyone was very nice and professional.

Should have learned my lesson the first time we used them. They do laser measurements.... however, this is the job we got the second time (even messing up our last house). Yes... you are correct, we used them again even after messing up the first time. We just thought every business has their mess ups....so we ventured down this road again. I picked out $100/sqft quartzite this go around because the granite I initially picked out they did not have enough material to do our complete job. They came and “laser measured” with existing hand picked stone quarry backsplash already in tact. They came yesterday, Monday, December 21st, to install our countertops in our kitchen and master bathroom. In our kitchen, the desk area countertops would not fit under our backsplash, the countertop would not fit. We suggested to bevel the back edge to be able to slide in.....they cut it straight across. They then proceed to cut the largest stone that houses our cooktop (before even seeing if it would slide in)....hence the gapping you see. It would’ve actually slid in with no issues (see pictures). Not to mention they damaged our wall, trim and our cabinets. We spoke with the owners Kartik and Deepa...what a joke! They talk in circles and are only willing to replace the desk area. The last I checked, they were the professionals and they want to try to push blame off on the customer if they don’t get it right. They use analogies such as “Our stones are just like diamonds and no diamond is the same”.....”Oh the damage to your walls, trim and cabinets are just a casualty of war”.....”Oh you are just looking for a discount”....WHAT COMPANY SAYS THIS WHEN THEY SCREW UP??????!!!I will refuse to pay our balance when they messed up 74 sqft of our 96 sqft kitchen. 74 sqft x’s $1000sqft = $7,400. I owed you $5,700 for the balance..... ONLY UPON A PROPER JOB COMPLETION. BUYER BEWARE.....THEY MAY HAVE GREAT PRICES....YOU WILL DEFINITELY PAY IN THE LONG RUN!!!!!!UPDATE!!! Kartik just left my business a bad google review even though he has never purchased anything from my company

We visited Granite America on a friends recommendation after checking out the countertops at Lowes and Home Depot. Not only was the offering more varied with GA, but the installed pricing was very competitive. We found a hard to match (with existing bathroom tile) design in GAs remnant section which was an unexpected bonus. The sales process was easy with Ashley and the scheduling and installation was seamless with Geeta. The two installers were nice and professional. We bought quartz countertops for kitchen and bathrooms including four under-mounted sinks and were very happy... looking sleek and beautiful. We highly recommend Granite America!

I put off getting new countertops because I thought that they were outrageously expensive, time consuming, and difficult to install. I was wrong! Granite America pricing was 1/2 the price of quartz at another supplier, and I got real stone not a composite. The install took less than 3 hours. The stone is more beautiful than I had imagined when I saw the slab in the yard. The guys were great, efficient, clean, polite and speedy. Originally met with the owners daughter. She was extremely nice and asked us questions to help us narrow down the perfect granite for our cabinets. Then we met with India, who was also amazing from start to finish. She is always friendly and there to answer any questions or concerns. The installers were right on time and knocked everything out in a reasonable time. I deducted one star because they were a little messy with the silicon caulking. I found several spots on the surface of the countertops (carefully had to use a razor blade to get it off) as well as on my actual cabinets. There was a bit of a gap and scratch on my cabinet that Ill still need to address (received a credit for the issue, excellent customer service!). Luckily you cant really see it at eye level. I am an auditor so maybe Im being nitpicky. Overall though, I am pleased with the price, the time it took, and the quality of our new tops. I have already recommended them to a friend. We went to the store on St.Louis Street and picked out our granite for our kitchen counter tops on July 6th, and they were installed yesterday, July 29th. The whole process was wonderful! Our salesman, Andy, was very knowledgeable and helped us pick our stone and kitchen sink. About a week later someone came and laser measured our countertops. He was very personable. The two men who installed our countertops were very professional and they had them done in two hours. They were right on time. There were no delays and we love our granite that we picked out on their lot.

They removed the old counters and stayed until everything was to our satisfaction after installing new counters.I would recommend Granite America to anyone, not only because of the price, but because of the way they treat their customer. They spend the time and put in the effort to make the experience as stress free as possible and the counters look beautiful.

My experience was great from the start, Daniel was extremely helpful and was very nice and I got just what I wanted. The installers were very nice and clean. My countertop looks beautiful. Also, Geeta was very sweet and kept me updated on everything.

We had a positive experience with Granite America, from initial sales consultation to scheduling delivery to actual installation. They hauled all of the old granite away and cleaned up after themselves. The new granite looks great.

I have no complaints about my experience at Granite America. Ashley was very helpful and really wanted me to get the countertop that I wanted. There was no sale pressure whatsoever which is very important to me. Will definitely come back when I redo my bathrooms.
