I have worked with Mees directly for many years. They have a great team of designers and a wonderful showroom. They carry 1st quality products and the waterproofing/shower systems I like to use. Highly recommended

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There was a large selection of remnants to choose from, but for a little more $ per square foot, we decided to go with a “showroom” granite option.The location is tucked away in an industrial area, but the experience was pleasant. The installers were very polite.

The employees at Mees Tile and Marble were helpful and friendly. They were patient and explained a wide variety of options and offered suggestions for what tile to use based on the shower we were looking to get repaired, as well as giving us a list of installers.

Had a great experience shopping, planning, buying, picking up, and installing the tile.If you need a contractor ask for José Sorato.He did fantastic work, and charged us exactly what he estimated. Super reliable and one of the nicest contractors Ive ever worked with.We went with Ditra for the insulation, warming element, and thermostat. I cannot attest to the Warm Tile product Meese sells. They helped me pick out the grout to go with the tile, and I had a great experience working with them.

These people have a nice showroom and what appears to be a good product. However, if you choose to work with them, be prepared to “actively manage” your order... don’t just wait on updates. If your experience is like ours, you won’t feel valued or appreciated as a customer.The issues were a little too numerous to mention here but I’ll just say it wasn’t a “better experience” than dealing with a big box store. Hopefully the $1200 in backsplash tile we ordered is at least higher quality than we would have received from one of those places.The company has apologized to us for our experience and was even willing to take something back that was improperly ordered... mistakes happen but at some point it becomes too much.

I LOVE this place! They have an amazing selection and everyone is so friendly. Bought my tile over at the popular level location. Will be back for my next project.

After waiting a week for details on a time sensitive job (Im selling a house), I was told last minute (two days before the work needed to be done) that they were not interested in the work. A side note, they installed the project, but apparently now it was something they couldnt handle. Dont waste your time here.

I have used Mees a few times over the years and always had great service and great advice. The prices are right there with big box stores assuming you are buying the same caliber tile. It is a good place to shop, thanks Mees.

Brandi and Libby were excellent to work with. They went out of their way to match a venatino white Italian marble that was destroyed while having a tub removed to install a shower during a remodeling project. The last piece of the puzzle.Thank you ladies!!!

Didn’t know a thing about granite tops besides we wanted it in our kitchen. The staff showed use samples inside and slabs outside. We decided on Uba Tuba granite and had it install. Made our ok kitchen pop like a high end kitchen!

Mees Tile is not following mask mandate. Customer service is disrespectful and rude. Our tile order was messed up twice. We were over charged for shipping fees. The store inventory is rather disorganized. Other than that, they’re great.

Had a very positive experience. Barbara, help us with tile selection, and associated pieces and parts. Service counter was exceptional, answering numerous questions ( I have been out of the business for quite awhile) explained the new systems available. Good advice and they nailed the estimates on the tile and materials required. Only excess was on floor tile. Returned excess no problem. ( Cant return special order stuff, which I completely understand).Thanks Dave

We received a quick response when making an appointment. Libby was a joy to work with and gladly pulled numerous samples for us to take home. The end result was fabulous; we will definitely return on our next project.

I never take the time to write a review but I must say a little about Mees Tile. I have done two projects and Mees has been most helpful and their staff is terrific. They will sit down with you and help you plan your project from start to finish and possibly have new ideas you never thought of (free of charge), amazing in this day and time.If you are a DIY like I am, they are glad to help you and will tell you exactly how to do your project. Rick is my go to guy behind the counter, he has all the knowledge and will tell you how to do your job and exactly what products to use. Becky was very helpful. After having the measurements done incorrectly she accommodated the situation to make sure that I was happy with the service I paid for. I really appreciated the empathy for the situation I was in where I did not want to pay for a job not done correctly.

The installers damaged paint and trim of entry door during installation. They left messes and debris in multiple locations. Spoke with Mees, did nothing about it.Response:I did call the office and I was told to call the owner. I wanted an email address to send you pictures but you did not do that. I attempted to resolve the issue but was blown off by the owner as if he didnt have time for me. I am the general contractor on this project and I am overseeing the entire remodel. My clients had purchased counter tops for their kitchen as well as their master bath. They also purchased all the special order tile for 3 bathrooms, laundry room and a 3x6 shower.On two separate occasions they had morning appointments at the residence and on both times the Mees employee was an hour or more late. When my clients called to find out where they were for the 9am appointment, the Mees employee hadnt even left the store.When the counters were installed they damaged door trim that was recently painted. They also left their trash and waded up paper towels all over the place. When they drilled the holes...they left all debris and plug cutouts under the sink bases and on the floor.I feel that subcontractors should always clean up after themselves and not damage the other guys work. Its simple respect. If you can provide me with an email I will send pictures.

Arrived at 4:50 hoping to purchase marble for a fireplace. Six employees were chitchatting and let me know I was two blocks from the right location. They refused to call the other location to let them know I was only my way. I can’t give my money to a company whose employees care so little.

We found the subway tile that was perfect for our kitchen at a local tile store, but it was pricey. Decided to look at Mees Tile and Marble and found the same designer tile for a third less!! We love it and loved the price!!

I bought a bathroom vanity at Home Depot and hated the marble top so I called Mees Tile and they were amazing!! They such an amazing selection, fast and so easy to work with. I highly recommend Mees Tile & Marble!

Mees Tile recommend a man named ARTIE CLAYTON which has hands down been the WORST home remodel experience Ive EVER had done. Artie installed my porcelain tile floors about 2 years ago and after 2 weeks the grout began to sink and crumble. Artie used a grout we DID NOT(he admitted he bought a cheaper grout than we agreed on and I paid for the better grout) agree on and since the installation he has been out once to fix the problem and since then it has become even worse. He now refuses to do anything about it and now my $5,000 floor has to be ripped up and regrouted again. I highly recommend you take your flooring installation to another installer/ tile provider because Mees also refuses to help the situation despite them recommending Artie to install. Artie also had some very questionable characters installing my floor who seemed to be very unprofessional and inexperienced. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MEES TILE AND MARBLE!!!!! *in response to Rick* Mees Tile and Marble DID RECOMMEND Artie Clayton!!! He came out to my house for the estimate and said he recognized us from church. I had NEVER MET HIM. Do you think Artie, a dishonest man, will be honest now, Rick? After many, many attempts in asking Artie to fix the horrible grouting job(sinking, cracking and inconsistent thinkess in the lines) he refuses to do the right thing. My comment said nothing about the cleanliness of my grout, Rick. This review DOES in fact pertain to Mees Tile, and the people who are considering doing business with you all should know how awful my experience has been. Once again, ****DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MEES TILE AND MARBLE!!****

It’s a very nice place with some sweet people but one woman there was super rude and wouldn’t sell single tiles to us and we were gonna ask the manager and she said that she hoped they would say no. Honestly, I would rather get more expensive tile somewhere else where there was nice people that would work with you instead of trying to ruin your day with attitudes.

Worst experience ever. Still waiting for the sale lady, Becky Reed to call us back. That was over a month ago. We went elsewhere and now are very happy.

Mees Tile, PLEASE READ: while the showroom is very nice, hard to get help, unless you buy first time in, they seem to loose interest. Hard to even get a return phone call. I do not know this, but I bet if there is ever a problem, they would be of no help. I suggest you look elsewhere. UPDATE: Went back to Mees, had to sign in in order to get help in showroom, waited for 2 hours, their closing time was 1pm on Sat. at 6 min till 1pm she finally helped me, keep in mind I had waited for 2 hours. Betty rushed me so much I almost forgot my name. At 2 min till 1pm she said she was closed and showed me the door. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING from Mees again, all this is after I spent 6k with them. BUYER BEWARE!Had an awful experience with this company. They are sweet as pie and promise the moon until there is a problem with their product. Then the claws come out.They cut three different pieces of granite for my project -- two were cut wrong, one was broken on the install. The installer tried to resin it and hoped that I wouldnt notice. I was told that those areas would be stronger than the stone. When it was finally removed it came out in three pieces -- where that strong bond didnt hold. Who wants granite with cracks and filled in divots that dont really match? It stood out like a sore thumb.When I complained I was told I am not in good standing with anyone at the company even though I did nothing wrong but demand the product I paid for. I paid up front for a product and they couldnt deliver. When I finally got fed up and demanded a refund was told that would be 2-3 weeks. Never have I heard of such a policy of making a customer wait who paid cash.
