Pros: cabinets were done on time and they provide you with lots of trim if you are installing them yourself.Cons: the quality doesn’t seem great. We did a bathroom vanity with them, the white shaker style. The paint job isn’t great and scrapes off very easily. They supply you with a touch up pen but it’s not the right shade or sheen of the cabinets, it’s just a generic white paint pen unlike Nhance who gave us an exact match when they repainted our kitchen cabinets. The face of cabinet drawers are MDF so not great quality. I’ve had to touch up and fix scuffs and paint chips more on my new vanity in the master bath, (so no kids use it), than I have in the almost two years since Nhance repainted my kitchen cabinets. Maybe it’s the style and the other styles are better but I would highly recommend going somewhere else if the shaker is what you want, especially in a kitchen. The paint will scrape and scratch...it’s “baked on” in Thailand or something like that. When I emailed my concerns, they said they’d look into it and get back to me, which of course they didn’t. We’ve also done shaker cabinets for the kids bathroom from Cabinets To Go and felt it was a better bang for your buck.

This is the WORST customer service we have ever received! We went into to this company the 3rd week of April 2021. After meeting with MICHELLE McCOMBS, it was over a week before we received our ESTIMATE for cabinets and countertops. We tried to contact Michelle to DISCUSS the estimate for 3 weeks! Michelle NEVER answered the phone, nor did she return our calls after I left several messages nor did she respond to any emails! FINALLY on the 4th week of NO RESPONSE from Michelle, we called the store on 3/17and George answered....he said Michelle was in the office and he would have her call me back because she was on a call. THAT RETURN CALL NEVER CAME! This is unprofessional! Who treats customers this way? You all are the worst company and Im glad we didnt have this company perform any work for us. FYI...The estimate we received from Michelle was DOUBLE the price we received from CABINETS to GO for the same style (Shaker cabinets and countertops)! Which tells me that you all didnt want (Black) business and you overchared us on purpose...or you need to be reported to the BBB for price gauging.....either way....we will take our business elsewhere. AND we will notify BBB just incase you all have treated other families this way!!!

We used LCC for our kitchen remodel and they did a great job! The team there was very helpful and responsive and was able to work with us throughout the process. The installation and construction team was very professional and polite. I would highly recommend them.

Coordinated a complete kitchen remodel. Made all the necessary arrangements with sub contactors to complete the job. Had all contractors set to a date over 2 week timeframe. All aspects of remodel were handled in professional and courteous manner by LCC/contractors. Not one question or issue arose that was not addressed promptly. A fantastic experience.

Had to ask for over a month for a quote on cabinets. When they finally decided to respond I was told they couldn’t provide what I wanted. Interesting...... I’m looking at exactly what I’m wanting on their Facebook page. Will spend my money elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE! Their great until they get your money!If you’re in the market for a new kitchen, I would not recommend this company. They’re was a mess up by the company with the door and window trim not being factored in after they were told twice what the trim size was. So with that being said the cabinets were too large for the space. After calling the company to ask if they could make it right with me I was rudely told it was my mistake not theirs the owner was very rude to me and after paying over 13 grand for the cheap cabinets I received I’m stuck with cabinets that don’t fit my space. So thought I would leave this here for everyone to read so maybe it won’t happen to anyone else.

We are enjoying our new kitchen very much. Tim and his team are friendly and accommodating. Angela was great to work with on the design and helped us come up with a plan that had everything we wanted and stayed within our budget. Even when some tweaks were needed after installation, Tim was great about coming out to make sure everything was taken care of.

They are a smaller company that gives premier attention to their customers. Would definitely recommend this business

We chose Louisville cabinets and countertops because of the value and competitive pricing. Once we made a decision, the measuring and installation were quick and easy. Although we were replacing the countertops in every bathroom we were only inconvenienced slightly. We were impressed by how quickly they were able to turn the job around and how well they cleaned up mitigating the slight damage that occurred during demolition. Updated our old counter tops with Granite. We worked primarily with Tom at first and then Lindsay. They also build up our cabinets about an inch and a half to allow easier removal of our dishwasher. The trim work they installed to cover this work matches our cabinets perfectly. Lindsay coordinated everything and then did our plumbing work. Shes awesome!! Wonderful experience and love the new counter tops. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the kitchen remodel performed by LCC (they did everything but the floor). I would give 4 1/2 stars if I could. Edgar and Charles provided excellent quality work and were easy to work with. They made it clear they wanted us to be pleased with the results. Charles made a couple of good suggestions during the job that we definitely appreciated. The job was also completed within our desired timeframe. The company has been responsive since the job was completed. After we noticed a small flaw in one of the drawer fronts, Tim (the owner) ordered us a new drawer front. Charles installed the new front and also made a couple of other minor adjustments we requested while he was here. We would definitely use this company again.

We had a really great experience with LCC. We started our kitchen renovation planning in March of 2017 and started in August of 2018. We met with LCC pretty early on in the process and they were an excellent partner the entire way through. We have an old style home which took a little love to finalize the layout but once we had a plan we jumped right into it. From matching the finishes to adding a giant island, we had a lot of fun working with them. The installation was very quick and they communicated the entire time. Communication, price point and quality were the three biggest things for us when looking to work with someone and they get 5 stars on all aspects. Were very happy in our new kitchen and happy we chose Louisville Cabinets & Countertops!

Great company and does great work!

LLC has given myself and my wife one of the worst experience possible. They done a complete remodel of our kitchen including cabinets, countertops, walls and floor. First off had to tear floor up as was installed poorly and had to replace it with other contractor, they sent a bad granite top for island and had to replace that. Numerous other issues which Tim wanted to blame on house. Was promised done in 6 weeks, was started in august 2017, mostly finished December and never recieved 5 star inspection as just 2 weeks ago recieved replacment door,drawer and cabinet skin which I will have to replace myself if I want it replaced. They used 2 different color trim for cabinets and like another lady stated there were cracks left in crown molding. Still have hundreds of pictures to back up all I have said. Normally do not like doing reviews but would not want this to happen to anyone else. Guess I should mention they broke my induction stove insert and messed up my bay window which wont close anymore.

I dont know where to begin to tell you how great it was to work with Tim Montgomery, owner of Louisville Cabinets & Countertops. From the very beginning to the very last day he was nothing but wonderful. He was very open to what we wanted to do and did all he could to give us exactly what we wanted. We knocked out a wall, took out a bar, tore out all the cabinets, a pantry and a planning desk. We installed new cabinets, a new bar, an island, new countertops, new lights, new plumbing, and installed a wall oven. He told us it would take six to eight weeks to complete the job, and it was finished in exactly seven weeks. It would have been a little sooner, but one of his subs was backed up and we had to wait a few days for him to get to us.Tim is a turn key, which made it very, very easy for my husband and me. There was only one unexpected issue that came up, but Tim had someone here the next day to take care of it. His crew, Lindsay and Jason, electrician Carl Windhorst of Windhorst Electric. Gabriel who did the drywall work and tile work, Roland and his crew who fabricated and installed the countertops, Bert and Mike of KHI plumbing were all professional. took pride in their work, and we couldnt be happier with our new kitchen.And I cant mention all the wonderful people who worked on our kitchen without mentioning Sadie, Tims Weimaraner. Shes a very sweet dog and always greets you when you visit his shop.We would highly recommend Tim and will definitely use him in the future.
