Id guess that 30 percent of the shoes are returns but there is still a huge selection of beans new shoes. I purchased two pairs of shoes today that I have previously owned for $100 (for both). For men, the selection is pretty much shoes, and if you wear unique size, perhaps some pants and shirts or belt. Look for clearance items for the best deals, the rest is up to 70% off regular recommended retail prices, which the original prices are kind of premium, in my opinion. Finding a great deal for mens stuff is possible, but not on every visit. Sometimes I find $75 shoes for $10, or $275 shoes for $40 on clearance. The regulars know how to catch the best deals. Sometimes there are some pretty random things for sale, its like an adventure. The staff is super friendly! Ask them anything, and they will even help you find something you didnt even know you actually are interested in. Overall, Ive had a pleasant experience every time, even though I end up buying something only about half the time.

This place is a great place to find deals on shoes and clothing.

I love coming here as you never know what youll find! I usually go at least once a month with my friend. The womens shoe selection is extensive and they always have a deal going on in addition to the ~50% off retail tags. I also usually can find shoes, sandals, and boots for my granddaughter there at amazing discounts. Brennan and Tina are especially kind and friendly - stellar customer service!Now that The Outlet moved to Louisville, I find my self going more frequently - always a fun time.Just off I65, one exit from I265. A shopping adventure awaits!

Visited 6PM outlet for the first time. Amazing deals! The clerk told us that the best deals occur on Saturdays and Wednesdays. I picked up two pair of brand new running shoes for 60% off of normal retail price. Shoes are organized by gender and then by size. Retail prices are on footwear boxes and certain color stickers signify the discount available (e.g. pink line means 60% off). Offerings change all of the time per the racks and racks of returned footwear from Zappos (6 PMs parent company). Everything from brand-name dress shoes, to sandals, to running shoes (road and trail), to hiking boots - even some cycling shoes. Friendly and helpful staff as well. We will definitely go back!

Absolutely loved this place! Fantastic prices, especially for the brands! Personally paid 120$ for 4 pairs of name brand boots including Guess and 1 pair of heeled Michael Kors sneakers. Nothing like the original 6pm/Zappos Outlet in Shepherdsville. I use to go there every other month. This new location does not do the additional color discounts or wacky Wednesday sales. The selection is much smaller. I miss the old Zappos! The people who work here are cool. Ive gotten to know a few workers over the years.

This is an amazing place. Im pregnant, a bit picky, and I didnt expect to find something calling my name. Just when Id lost hope there they were. The cutest, most comfortable pair of black harley boots in my size! I was already more triumphant than the situation called for when I noticed the price... $38. Yes, Thirty-eight USD. I fainted. Very hit or miss. This was my first time at the new store. The old store had Soo much more stock and more to choose from. This store seems like 1/3 the size of the old store.

This is a great place to experience if you are looking for wide and narrow shoes. Because many stores dont carry specialty sizes, its a rare experience for me to actually get to go to a store to try on shoes. Not only did I buy a few pair, but I also got to try on and see the quality of some brands I have only seen online before.

Cool place

As a longtime visitor & fan of their last location, the new outlet store is a major disappointment. Aesthetically, it is a beautiful new space. But it is a fraction of the size of the old location. The deals arent as great on shoes (ie, pay whatever the marked price is on the box, not a % of the marked price like last location). The kids section is horribly arranged, where shoes arent even close to being arranged by size. But most disappointing, the amount of extended-size womens shoes is TINY now...I wear an 11, & the section is probably 1/8 the size it was in the old location. Horribly disappointing. We probably will still stop in once a year or so now... But not make it a required stop anymore anytime we are traveling I65 south of Louisville (12+/year). I can get comparable prices with comparison-shopping apps online.

Glad it moved closer into town. Stock changes constantly. Some items are at an okay discount and then other items you can get a pretty good deal on. Be sure to check the quality because these are returns typically.

Its amazing we have access to this store. I wouldnt be able to afford good work, athletic shoes. Sometimes toy can find $100 shoes for 90% off. Im not kidding. But you have to go check it out. Any out if state visitors I get love it when I take therm there. Just remember all sales are final, and make sure you have a right and left and same size. I once bought a beautiful pair of shoes and didnt realize one was tighter than the other.(one was a different size).

If you have typical size shoes this is a great place. Prices are great. However I wear a size 14 and there is a limited selection. Ill be back to see how the selection rotates since its all based on returns. This space is smaller than expected. I thought it would be way bigger based on the size of the building.

The building is nice, I am a taller man, 65 with a 17 shoe. Several visits over several years, seldom are there more than three shoes that will fit. Most of the time its 2 ugly ones and one that is nothing special. Im sure its fine for other sizes, as my wife seems to find things all the time there. But she is an average female size.

I found myself a pair of Born booties that were priced a lot less than retail. Also found my boyfriend a nice pair of zip up Calvin Klein sneakers. Will stop by here again when in the area. Ive heard Wednesdays and Thursdays are good days to go for the best discounts.

Sweet employees and big selection of shoes, boots and clothing

This place is worth the drive. Its a gamble for me, because the selection for size 12 male shoes is only a few dozens... But its got hundreds of options for my wife. The sales are as hard to predict as reading tea leaves, but can be super worth it. Things go from slightly cheaper prices to being a fantastic deal, depending on magic color and day combinations.... But like all mystic things, you never know what youre going to get. Fun to try.

So many good deals! They are constantly adding new shoes through out the week, so check back often. Also, they have random sales and events every week that offer even cheaper prices. I got a pair of Vans for $15! No more driving to shepherdsville.

No return policy! Store is nice, well organized, friendly staff lady. Be certain that shoes fit, you cant return if you get home and they hurt your fit. I couldnt justify $80 and no return.

1 shelving row of each size for men, equals very little choice. Some pairs one shoe is slightly different/smaller than the other. 99% of these shoes are returns. Guess why. Although new location, even smaller choices now. Better off shopping online or at a legit store.

You can score some pretty decent deals on days they run good sales. It is extremely loud, though. They always blare music and it kind of makes you want to leave as quick as possible. It’s also a pretty crowded place the majority of the time.

One of the best outlets around. Their customer service is excellent and prices are the best on the internet. I ordered Drew shoes which are VERY expensive and I got them for quarter of their regular price and shoes are GREAT! Thanks 6pm! Ive ordered from them multiple times and will continue.

Not in love with the new outlet location, size or selection. We have stopped traveling home from Christmas for years but this was probably our last time. Very disappointing. We walked out empty handed.The staff is very friendly and the space is nice but not worth the stop as it once was.

No one asked if I needed assistance, but once I asked they were very friendly and helpful. They have an ok selection, but not what I expected. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to find what I was looking for.

This is a great outlet store and you will find plenty of bargains if you can just stop in periodically because inventory varies a great deal. They have special sales on Wednesday and on weekends. You can get on their e-mail list and they will keep you up to date on these specials. I have purchased everything from shoes, boots, coats, bathing suits, purses, slacks, tops and children’s clothes and shoes. That said, I have stopped in and found nothing that interested me. You just never know when you will find those wonderful bargains.

Ladies its a shoe fantasy! Youll look & look at the shoes. Some are still quite expensive but for the most part name brand shoes can be found in the $20.00 - $30.00 range. Some clothes, purses, mens and childrens shoes to.Its definitely a shoe heaven!

I used to love taking the trip out here to look at shoes. However, over the past couple of years the mens shoe section seems get smaller, and smaller, and smaller. If Im lucky there is one small aisle in my size. It doesnt really make it worth it for me to drive out there.

Its a bit hard for me to be too enthusiastic about Zappos Outlet now since I starting going there many years ago when the prices were awesome. Its still a good place to go if you need shoes anyway and sometimes worth the drive for their sales.

Nice new facility but smaller and not as convenient to get to. I still found a good price on casual boots and my favorite running shoe brand Altra. Hubby not so lucky this trip.

I’m pretty disappointed with this new location. There is definitely much less inventory of shoes, clothes, and accessories. I like that the old location was more like a shoe store. This new location is part of the warehouse separated by a 12 foot chain link fence.

This place is REALLY expensive - its high end clothing. I imagine it has bargain prices, but I dont generally shop for high end things. Not exactly what I was expecting because it was all just clothes and shoes, but it was a nice store. I dont know if its worth the drive, but if youre a shoe horse or clothes horse, maybe it is. It was clean and pretty organized.

I am doubting about whether there are some special treatments here?????I was so happy with the price, nice place for shopping. I enjoyed it a lot.Last week, it shocked me.I looked for the blundstone boot for my wife, the lady who worked here said they brought new stuffs out regularly, they did not have them today. But I found within a half hour the employee brought 3-5 pairs to one shopper. Totally confused and disappointed this time

Honestly, my husband and I were just a little disappointed in the size of the new store. It felt smaller than the old one by far. We did like how bright And clean the new store was. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Wasnt finding what I went for and prepared myself to leave when an amazing sales lady came to my rescue and asked me to describe what I was looking for. She came back with one box in her hands and it was what I had described to her and it fit! I left with a wonderful pair of Frye boots at half price. I love this store and trust the sales people. They know the inventory on the floor and in the back too. I will definitely be headed back since I need some new rain boots for Spring.

Make sure you stick to a budget, because it is easy to get carried away! They always have great deals on very nice shoes. I paid $300 for about 5 pairs of top quality brand name, 100% leather dress shoes and boots, including one pair of Frye shoes and one pair of Frye boots. Normally it would cost $300 for just those alone.

Customer service is great! They will help you find what youre looking for. I did only find one pair of shoe in my size but thats because there an outlet store and I have extra-wide feet so its hard to find shoes. I would highly recommend this place if youre looking to save money

Love the zappos outlet. Their prices are always great, and you can find some really high end stuff here. They dont just have shoes, but their mens clothes selection is limited. Their location is much more convenient now that they have moved to Minors Lane.

Meh, hit or miss as far as selection goes but that was always the case. They don’t go by color coded discount anymore and don’t let you combine the discounts anymore 30% off + 50% off = only 50% off. The problem is the location, it’s tucked away behind the exit to Gene Snyder outer beltway, no where near the old 6 pm location.

Not a lot of effort seems to have been put into this place. A lot of shoes, but not much else. Even within the aisles of the shoes; selections were pretty limited (at least in my size - 12 to 13). Kind of amazing how poor the selections were considering the entirety of the offerings on the Zappos website. Maybe I just caught them in a bad cycle after the initial offerings had been picked over, but the shelves were full - they were just full of sub-par options. Not a lot of variety of brands being offered either. Brands that were offered in larger quantities were brands Id never heard of.

This place is AMAZING! I love good deals and am a thrift store junkie and this is like heaven for deal finders. The way to get the best prices is to subscribe to their emails or follow them on social medias like facebook or Instagram. They post their sales at 9 pm the day before. Every Wednesday and weekend they have sales. Definitely check this place out. I will say the mens selection is much more sparse so you might have to just buy them at the discounted rate without the extra sales.

I love the store. I have now dozens of pairs of shoes thanks to yall. There is nothing better than a good bargain. I do have one suggestion. I am color blind and cannot see if its a red tag or a green tag or a gray tag. Please put a color indicator on the tag like an R for red, a B for blue a g for green etc
