Workers stayed on phone most the time. I was handed off to another cashier as the original one was too busy on his phone call.

Salesman was patient and helpful. I left my wallet in my truck and he held the shoes until I came back.

They were really nice workers there just one of them really was kinda confused becuz i had 2 different orders which theyre was me and my partner both there an we were paying for our own things an i guess it was confusing for her idk maybe she was just tried and had along day or something idk. But they were really nice workers though an they really tried keeping the store up as people were coming in looking at things they stayed on top of it.

My 10-year-old son purchased a pair of basketball shoes from here, at home we noticed he was given two right feet of different sizes. When I returned them the following day, I approached the registers, there were two employees and no other customers in front of me, neither one acknowledge we were there, One of the employees kept walking away and coming back the other one was on her phone texting and then actually made a phone call wow!, the whole time ignoring us, this went on for approximately 4 to 5 minutes. Then another employee brought customers to the register and began to check them out still without acknowledging us, I asked where the line began and if anyone was at the register in front of us, she said oh your next the line goes this way, well, actually we were first but we got passed over.Between that and the employee texting and ignoring us I was beginning to get very frustrated, when we asked to exchange the shoes and explained we had received the two rights there was no apology she just simply walked away came back with another box and began to do the exchange. She then asked for my email which I responded no thank you,She said well do you want your receipt I said yes she said then I need your email I said no thank you she then said OK you’re good and tried to get me to leave without a paper receipt. When I asked for the paper receipt she told me I don’t get one because I didn’t give them my email. Which I do believe is against the law in Kentucky you must receive a receipt for a transaction from a retail establishment. When I demanded a paper receipt the manager on duty just looked at her and said give him one and she printed one out and told me I was nasty and have a good day and then followed us out mumbling on the way out you were nasty the entire time you were in here, I beg to differ. This establishment clearly does not know customer service at all nor do they teach it to their employees.Who wants to do business with establishment like this, they deserve to go bankrupt.

What more could a retired basketball player need to sign autographs? Let the fans bring the pen, cause you gonna rip the suit puttin Dem big janitor keys in yo pocket. The rocks you hide in the socks.

Every shoe size in stock. I love this because I wear a size 13.5 and alot of time most of the stores do not have this size in the stock room. I either have to order online or try a different store. Thanks alot champs for having my shoe size in stock it means alot to me.

Many people love this place, and they visit it very often for its updated fashion in sports shoes and other items, they have achieved a good deal, the prices are high and they are not within the reach of all pockets, I do not think that a family man can satisfy the tastes of their children in this place, I think people have to save some money to do their shopping here I am not criticizing the place but I make it very clear how the rules are, they have achieved a productive business because the most fanatics of this style they will always do their shopping there even if it costs them dearly because to taste the flowers and to choose the colors.

Everything you want in sportswear and brand you can get here, good prices.
