Its was an easy trip..went to CVS and grabbed my prescriptions, Then made my way through the store for a couple things I needed. In and out in 15 mins.!

A pretty nice target, no Starbucks inside like many others but they still have a cafe along with a pizza hut express. They also have separate men’s and women’s dressing rooms if that’s your thing. Pretty standard target with about the target experience you have come to expect.

Clean store, fully stocked. Lots of employees working, quick check out.. another great experience.

Most people were in without masks in this store despite the fact that only fully vaccinated people are permitted to go without a mask per CDC guidelines. Only 37% of people in Kentucky are fully vaccinated. Explain this to me and DO BETTER.

Employees at Target are always helpful. They always have fully stocked items and are never sold out. Its very clean and organized and so are the bathrooms. As soon as I walk in the door I am always greeted with a smile or, a hello! I Shop at Target at least 3-4 times a week and I have never had to wait in a long line or, had trouble finding a Target Employee to help me like I Usually Have to do at ALL THE WALMARTS. I LOVE SHOPPING AT TARGET!

Great store great staff

I thought it was too far from the door for the employee to bring the items to me. This was my first time using this service. So when I arrived I had to call the store and ask how to let someone know I was there for my pick up. I was then told I had to go back to the app and check in. I had to find it on the app. At other stores who offer this service they send a text message, email and have the phone number on the parking stall to call if needed.

I dont believe they were taking the best safety measures due to covid-19. I have seen a lot of people at the store not social distancing or wearing facial masks throughout store. Also cannot find items that are supposed to be in stock according to online inventory so now I will have to do without.

Target has among the greatest prices of any other large store in the area, plus the employees have always been so helpful.

It’s very hard to shop for clothes when the store has its changing rooms closed. Use some common sense when implementing Covid policy. There is no reason the changing rooms can’t be sanitized.

I JUST LOVE TARGET!!!

Unfortunately, tonight around 8PM, there was an altercation between two coworkers. From what it appeared, the man was a higher lead position. He was yelling at the other coworker (a woman) in front of the entire store and kept proceeding to get closer in her face in a threatening motion. I felt terrible for her. I will not be returning to this store if this amount of unprofessionalism exists here.

Great deals and clean store

I like to be able to buy something online and just go to customer service to pick it up. I also like that Target tells me online what is available in the store, and the information is accurate. Ive tried that with Wal-Mart, and the website will say something is available in the store when it actually isnt. I hate many things about Wal-Mart, so Target is going to be my place to go from now on.

They need new childrens carts, more items stocked in the baby department like their pull-ups when they are having a sale. Also, having more staff on the floor ready to assist would be great. Target can be very overwhelming at times. Also, if youre 3x and up just avoid the plus size section...same for men.

This service is so efficient! I highly recommend it to anyone that does not have the time to shop in-store. I love this Target location. The store is kept organized and clean and there is a wide variety of merchandise and a nice grocery selection. My one complaint was the lack of registers open but with the new self checkout registers available that issue has been corrected.

They do not enforce their mask rules. Employees said They could not make people wear mask or leave the store for not doing so. Poor management

The selection at this Target is huge. The employees usually have good customer service. The checkout is fast and I enjoy that this location has self-checkout.

This is the Target closest to me, but the one I visit the least. Thats not the fault of the store itself, but more the area around it. However, with the new stores and restaurants nearby, they are succeeding in bringing me back. The store is basically the same as any other Target. Clean, well organized and good prices. I just wish it had a Starbucks.

Emloyees, and even a supposed Team Lead I spoke to seemed unconcerned in helping me find or purchase items from their store. I, being a Target associate myself in younger years, know their obtuse behavior and singular location policies stem from nothing but a laziness to serve the very guests whose money they rely on. I have never had an experience this bad at a Target location, and I never will at this particular one ever again.

They are all quite similar and I pretty much enjoy each and every location. If I had to split the locations in two halves (really good and needs polishing), this location would land in the really good half.

Excellent customer service!!! I bought some online chairs and i picked them up! very fast and they help me to find other chairs in other target stores!

The only reason why Im not giving 5 stars is because we recently bought a tv up from this store and had to return it and our replacement tv because the screen on both were cracked most likely from poor handling from whoever uploads the delivery trucks. But they never gave us any hassle with returning them which was great. Their employee Christopher who helped us load up both TVs was extremely nice and helpful. When we returned the 1st tv, he helped us carry it in then stayed with us to help load the 2nd one back in our truck. We have never seen better customer service from an employee at a retail store before.

Shelves were stocked with plenty of the things I was shopping for and multiple lanes were open for check out. This close to Christmas, it made for a very easy going shopping experience.

Came in thinking my cell phone was broken. The young gentleman in electronics had it fixed in about 2 minutes. He is great with customers. He should get a raise.

I wish I would have gotten the name of the young man working in the food and drink area. He was a every young black male and was an excellent worker. They were so busy and he was working alone. Even though he was being slammed he kept a smile on his face and worked very hard to stay on top of things. It was a pleasure seeing a young person with such great work ethics. I hope his parents are very proud of him. I know I was. I am so mad at myself for not getting his name.

This store doesnt have so many ghetto employees like Walmart and Kroger do. I dont like to feel uncomfortable because of ghetto employees and/or customers for that matter. I just wish target had more variety and a larger store. They should build a Super Target.

OK but they were doing parking lot construction and had half the parking closed. Work crew was extremely messy and had asphalt all over the walking areas to the entrance to the store as well as the other parking areas.

There is only one, or (if I am lucky when I am picking up my online order) two staffs working at the customer service counter. Which makes customer service line super slow and long! And it stretches longer than the club line at 4th Street Live on Halloween. Kind of.However, it does get one extra star because this target is slightly faster than Walmart down the street. Which, has a cashier staff population of zero.
