I havent been in a Walmart in 20 years. But now that they are taking proper care of their employees I will shop there from time to time with no guilt at all. It shouldnt have taken so long, but good job on finally stepping up
Extremely clean air, floors, bathrooms, and ovetall very i spent about an hour shopping since Covid 19 quarenteen. It was wonderful to be back out in public to shop. Thank you Walmart...i am a disabled Air Force Americam Veteran, i am 63 and relied on Walmart for your wonderful delivery of quality and delicious food and so many choices. I am in the Hospital now with covid but soon as i return home will order more from you. Sincerely teri
I like how easy it is to locate an item by using Walmart app. They give you free wifi as well. Self check out is quick. But you can stuck in Lane. They need to open more registers at evenings specially.
Was really convenient when I went to get my dads medicine from pharmacy... the pharmacist and their Tecks answered all questions I had very good pharmacy at this Walmart
I had to stop here to purchase some oil for my car. It eats oil like I love cupcakes. The store was decent though. The Walmart employees greeted me and the auto department was fully stocked. Truly thankful for that. I came in on the right side of the store near the pharmacy but in order to check out, I had to walk down to the grocery side. No open lines to checkout in. The self serve by the pharmacy wasn’t open.
I went to do pick up 09/07/201. The pick up time was8-8 PM. I reached there like 7:30 PM. 3 people from cashier and customer service department paged for us. We had 2 people waiting for the pick up. The other lady got so upset that she went in the room, got her items and she left. While all these going on, managers, CS and cashiers have no clue what just happened. The lady just got in and got items from a secured room and no one have any clue about it. I’m my observation for an hour or so, I noticed that they have people walking around, but there is no one in pickup. And everyone said they are not responsible for pick up. This not only shows the 0 star customer service, but also security issues at the store. Mismanaged and disorganized Walmart around. It looks like I would stop going to this walmart. Sometimes the lines are long.. its all about timing your grocery shopping right.. if you have a big load I would suggest you use the pick-up option. It is very fast and convenient.
I have been a LONG TIME customer of Walmart. On 8/31/21 I ordered an item on their website. The transaction was posted to my bank account on 9/1/21, but it was canceled by Walmart. I have been fightingwith walmart since to get MY REFUND. I put in a dispute with my bank who says walmart will NOT cooperate, of course not they want to keep MY MONEY!!!! Ill get lawyers involved if need be!
This is my local Walmart, it has everything I need and carries the one box of Popsicles we love. Theyre called the Paw Patrol and we like all three flavors. They also have anything else we need and are within a mile from our house!!
Crowded, always. Difficult to navigate at check out area. Also, long lines at checkout. Sometimes, its similar to a third world country. Hardly ever is there a quick get it, dash out gone experience. I suggest order for in store or curbside pick up. Curbside has numbered parking spots designation upon arrival. In store P/U is next to customer service, usually quick. Check your order before you leave, at/eyesight of the pick up area, for accuracy/condition.

Im glad Google asked! Absolutely mind blowing, even my cashier was kind and courteous _ . My entire visit, what I thought was the normal children screaming, was about 8 Hispanic female employees! Yelling across the store, blocking isles and being simply rude all while wearing their Wal-Mart vest! Oh, and my cashier failed to give me one of my bags but I wont be back because I couldnt help but to notice the 35 plus line.
Lines were long. Visited around 5:00 p.m. was checking out at 7:00 p.m. and there was only four registers open and the entire store was set up really weird! Once I got the hang of things I didnt have a problem finding stuff.
I have been trying get my new Apartment together. I didnt realize, that Lowes a home store and hardware store are there, and Target is also there. I can get everything in one stop plus the people in Walmart are always friendly. No more more running all over Louisville.( A Bonus) There a bus stop with two different Buses, and you can walk your cart right up to them.
Friendly service. Was asked a couple of times if I needed help. Personnel shoppers navigated quickly around me and store pretty well stocked for what I was needing.
This place was HUGE! One of the biggest wal-mart stores Ive been in. Checkout was fast. I had a return as well, very efficient on getting thru the long line! Friendly people as well.
Great store. If they are out of apparel or some things, you can purchase it online. They sell Famous Daves BBQ sauce and corn muffin mix. Taste just like the restaurant meal when you add a sweet slaw and veggie pork n beans
Waitress was really rude.made me wait for 30 minutes before she would wait on me. I went back a few days later and received 100 percent better service
This walmart has the worst management I have ever had an experience with. If you drive trucks stay away from here even if you go in and spend 200 bucks you will go outside and see a parking ticket. What kind of business management is that. Might want to look at how you operate there walmart . What a joke

This location isnt really as great as the one located just off of Gene Snyder East, however, this location is second best, in my opinion, to its neighbor, which is further down Bardstown Road. This particular location is situated directly next to some other very busy, home-goods stores, also a very populated, residential area as its seated directly across from a neighborhood consisting of single family homes as well as several, apartment complexes, that have been there since I was a child. That means well over 30 years.
After working my shift at WM 01476, I needed to purchase a money order and pick up a prescription. There wasnt a line in either area, so I was in and out pretty quick!
I did the pickup and my order was correct with only one substitution. The person who brought out my order was very nice.
I usually can find what I need. It’s not the most organized or cleanest grocery store, but it is sufficient for my needs.
HIRE MORE CASHIERS!!!! I am almost to the point of giving up on Walmart just because of Customer service Ive being closed and not enough cashiers. The employees there are awesome and friendly. Store is clean and stocked.
Over 25 lanes, maybe 4 of them open other than the self check out..lines 6 to 10 people deep lined as far back as in the clothes department. Like, either open more lanes or get faster cashiers. This is why I dont like to shop here unless absolutely necessary 😒.

Worst Walmart Ive ever been in. My husband works at our local store.No carts at all in the store. Asked the greeter. Shrugged her shoulders said none available.Asked a associate for assistance in Camping- sporting goods. He walked on off staring it wasnt his department.We left buying nothing we needed, went directly across the street to Target, got the help we needed.
Nice staff but they dont have quite a few things that other locations do carry. Maybe call or check the web to make sure they have what you are after.
I made an appointment for covid testing for my daughter and I but only received one. This set up is messed up and Very confusing!
The most diverse staffed walmart in louisville. Many new workers lots of clearance
One of the better Walmart Stores in Louisville. It is often better stocked and has a more varied and larger inventory than many other stores. You can often find great deals on electronics in the clearance section. My only negative points are that if you visit after 9pm or so it can be hard to find someone working outside of the grocery section and getting any items locked up in some way may require a long wait on a manager or not even be possible. Also, they shut down the self checkout section after 10pm and only have a couple checkout lines open which Ive seen lead to lines backed up way into the clothing section up front and a very long wait to checkout. Can be a bit frustrating if your only buying a couple things, have frozen items, etc.
Absolutely no carts in the store! Had to get our own. But on the positive side, aisles very well marked and stocked!
You can find anything you want here and at an affordable price, from groceries, to clothings, electronics, household items, baby stuff, office appliances etc. I like the Walmart Supercenter, It’s my ‘go’ at anytime I want to buy ‘big’. Their staff are exceptional too, respectable and relatable.
This Walmart was a lot nicer than most for the area. Nice people. Better clothing selection. As far as work bot related selection.... usually sold out/ or out of stock. Great!
Saw review about ticketing my semi truck evan when shopping. I parked elsewhere and walked there, debree all over the store, from stock il ng items on the floor, and looks like they have a big problem with theft. Unwrapped items all over the store. Lazy employees not going that little extra to make it a good store. Defently needs new managment.
If this is the location by Bardstown rd, it was cool. Lots of diversity at this location. I didnt feel like as a black woman, Im being watched for trying to steal(because I dont have to) like the one Veterans Pkwy in Indiana.

The owner seler, really friendly, acquirers tje give you really information about im looking for. And I bought it something, they said to me,if I not happy I can return what I bought and have money back. I signed up for pick up on my purchase. I did what they said to do in the email, and they said someone was working on the order. I sat in the pick up lot for 15 minutes with my engine running, And I finally got a notification on the app that they were not going to bring it to my car and that I could come and pick it up anytime in the store. I finally went into the store to pick it up, and there was only one person handling pick ups and I was told they did not take the item I purchased out to the car. He did, however, give me the item I purchased and I left a little frustrated. I realize with only one person manning the pick ups that it would be hard to take orders to cars and handle the in-store pick ups.
This Walmart is usually very crowded, but the lines still move pretty quickly. Personally I think the store layout needs some work.
Out of any and all Apple products...went with a Samsung s6 instead. Low worker count, those who can should apply to share the workload cuz the workers are stressed beyond compare!
Did not have any electric carts as I just had ankle surgery. No shopping carts in store. Only 1 checkout. No self checkouts available. Not my favorite store, we were just in the area.
I waited ten minutes to check out at electronis because no one would help me. When I tried to pick up monet from the Walmart to Walmart the computer was down.
I like Walmart. Good prices. Im a friendly guy though, I like to talk to people, and whenever I ask the employees how they are doing the best I will maybe get back is an ok, and thats after getting a weird look. Employees are sub par
Always the same way Walmart. They hire and dont care what they can actually do. But last visit the lady actually helped and nice. (GEEG).. hope Walmart is getting paid my the state because employees really enjoy enforcing their mandates.
This location does not care about its customers. We were told a cake we ordered was ready and we told them were were on the way. Get there 5 minutes later and no one would help us. We saw an employee leave the bakery and asked her for help and she ignored us and walked off. Finally talk to another employee to find out the bakery and deli are closed for 30 minutes. Ill be doing business with kroger from now on.
This Walmart has consistently better school supply options and more stock than the Target next door, and associates have always been available and ready to help!
I was there about 5 pm trying to get paint from the paint center. No customer service personnel around. I went to TLE to have them page a rep. No one came. I had them page someone again No one came. They called for the CSM and still no one. Please get new workers and managers because its clear the ones there do not care about that place and or the customers

Would be better if they had more checkout people! They want to get you in, but seems like they dont care how long you wait in line to get out. And this was a problem before the pandemic! They need more motorized carts my mother always has a hard time getting one, let alone one with a charge. And I wish they would tell people that dont need to stop riding them around because theyre too lazy! Makes me mad to see that, when my mother can hardly get around. They should be ashamed of themselves!
Needs more electric carts for the handicapped. Parking lot also has issues.
I live close to the outer loop walmart and the bashford manor is a little further but I go there because its clean they friendly and they always have stocked shelves they went as far as to help me order a product they were out of on walmart.com the outer loop walmart wont do that its never got anything in stock and they ignore u so the extra gas for bashford manor walmart and great customer service is worth it to me
Im basing this review from several years previous visits up to the date this was given. This is the most difficult Walmart that Ive been to in the Louisville area. In spite of low labor force at this time in our history, it is one of the lowest shall we say worker forces, meaning people are lazy and do not want to work. Despite this taking into Factor of this commentary and review, it has still consistently been one of the worst Walmarts to walk into not because of how dirty but because you cannot get any help from the employees that often. Not knocking the ones that do what they can, not saying anything about language barriers, its just downright all non-american of Americans do not get off the couch. Yes this perhaps might be classified as a rant, and whoever is reading this at least youre getting up off the couch to go to walmart. All in all it is a two-star out of a four-star Louisville Walmart area. Mainly because things are not in their proper spaces blocks etc it is wrong things in the wrong spot.
Lines are just too long. They need to do better. Walmart can afford to pay their employees so much more

Theres never enough registers open. Customer service has, on a good day, 2 of the slowest customer service reps around, which makes the wait roughly 25-40 minutes. If you purchase something, youll spend a MINIMUM of 10 minutes in line to checkout, you drive home, try out/on your new pick ups.... and I PRAY everything fits & so I dont gotta go wait in 2 lines thatll cost me every bit of 2 hours.... it SUCKS.
This visit was not good. I dont think I will ever return to this location. I have never seen such uncleanliness, empty shelves and total disarray in a Walmart. I was completely dissapointed.
Clean and easy to find the things I needed; but the waiting in line for a cashier was crazy.
I have never had such an amazing experience at any Walmart. Jordan from pickup has the best customer service. She was so helpful on the phone! She deserves to be rewarded for providing such an amazing experience!

Almost everything is lacked, but not attendants to assist, the place smell marijuana everywhere. Not a good place to visit. I will give it 1 Star ⭐ because amazingly the bathrooms are clean.

Food was delicious. Iordered the 2 for $25; 1 appetizer, 2 meals and 1 dessert. Dine in seating was packed so I got curbside pickup and food was still hot when picked up. Only issue was I ordered my steak medium rare and it was more on the rare side than I prefer which made it very chewy. Still had good flavor but I wasnt a big fan on the chewiness.Im sure they would of fixed it had I asked but I was in a crunch for time.

It would have been a better experience had there been more lanes to checkout. I understand theft happens more on second shift. All that means is hire loss prevention for second shift instead of first shift. I prefer shopping online vs in-store at Walmart.

I found a lot of great deals today thanks to the gracious help of my shopping assistant and Walmart associate Ellen 😊👍🏼Well she’s not exactly “mine” but...I would always see this lady working steadily back in the toy department. With 3 kids I am I frequent flyer in your toy department. I’ve been shopping at this location for many years. What I appreciate mostly about Ellen is she’s always respectful, even when she is very busy, she speaks. Also, she is so helpful. She doesn’t have s problem unlocking a case, so I could buy nail clippers. Heck! She even price checks for me, helping me save from one item so I can buy additional items. She helps outside of her “area” as well. Today she walked with me to show me where I might find Command hooks for basement walls! Then she sold me a doggone Brinks security camera! Like I said, save a little here, spend more there! That’s great and so is she! The cashier situation is showing continued improvement. Let us hope no one quits before Black Friday! Yes, candy was also on sale!

At Noon to only have 2 lanes open is terrible. The self checkouts were also backed up with many assistance lights lit up. The lines in the 2 open lanes were long, snaking around and into the clothes area. The poor workers were doing their best. PAY YOUR WORKERS MORE, WALMART. One of the worst experiences Ive had here.
Do NOT order curbside pickup! I did and received an email that it was ready for pickup (and they charged my credit card). I got there, called the number to let them know I was there and 45 minutes later someone came out and asked for my name, looked up my order and told me my order was canceled!! No notification and no refund as yet! BEWARE!!!
I am from out of town and I never seen one person. That worked there on the floor. Vive wasnt to good. Had to do self ck out. Nothing what I thought it could be.

I havent been to this one since precovid. I will pay more and shop someplace else. Truly reminds me of the value of you pay for what you get. For the 30 bucks I spent and saved 4 on the high end was NOT worth the 45 minutes of my time waiting in obnoxiously long check out lines. The self checkout was closed and the 4 lines open were 9 and 10 guests deep. If self checkout would have been open this would have not taken me half as long. WalMart, who do I bill for my time waiting in an unacceptably long checkout line?
This door is phenomenal I love how they have their displays all the seasonal stuff spread it throughout the store on end cap their product is great everything has labels on it price tag sale tags the cashiers are wonderful the supervisors are wonderful and store manager Ami is wonderful thank you so very much you guys for your service I do appreciate it you make the community feel welcome and have most if not all Necessities
