The experience of switching from one company to another is usually a total disaster. Not in this case.....Bryan made the experience so stress free. From the first interaction of placing the orders to activating the new ones he was patient and explained everything in detail. No hidden fees or unexplained details. Great job!!!!

One star only because zero is unavailable. Brain was very unhelpful for someone who is the “manager” he told us we would be getting a certain deal and it turns out that was not the case. When confronted about this problem he said there was nothing that he could do about it. It was probably one of the worst customer service experiences ever. We put almost a $300 deposit down on phones and were told they would be here at a certain time, they were not and no one seemed to be able to give an update or I should say no one wanted to take the time I do so. They must try to be this incompetent and lazy.

I came to this store for assistance with an upgrade / defective phone and expected to be here a while like most phone store experiences... however I was delighted to be proven wrong. Spectacular succinct service from miss Andrea very pleased all the way around. Highly recommend this location. Thank you.

Andrea was amazing. I Have had an issue with my phone since yesterday and had tried everything to fix it. I walked in the store and explained the problem and instead of trying to sell me another phone( usually the case) she immediately diagnosed the problem and had it fixed 8n lees them 10 minutes. I had occasion to visit this store twice this past week. On my first visit, Cole was very helpful in helping me choose and order a new phone. On my second visit, Edward Cabanas was extremely helpful, patient and kind while setting up my phone and helping me choose needed accessories. I have referred several friends and family members to this particular store because I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Andrea was the bomb, we got new phones about a week ago and really didn’t know how to use them. She walked us through and made us feel welcome. She will also be my go to girl for now on. Christmas is coming up and I will be back to get my granddaughters iPad and AirPods from her.

I am late in writing this due to my phone being at Apple for over a week but I wanted to be sure to do write this review. I stopped in at this store with a non working iPhone 11 and Edward Cabanas was impressively helpful. My phone had crashed ( which he helped to diagnose) and he was kind enough to guide me through the process of setting up a warranty call with Apple which led to my phone being repaired and returned to me. His kindness and patience were much appreciated and I noticed how well he treated everyone during what was a busy time at the store. Highly recommend

Stopped by this store because Verizon on the corner off Shelbyville Road was closed. I’m glad they were closed because the service from the Middletown store was FANTASTIC! The sales associate Ron was a true professional, courteous, and friendly. We ended up getting a new phone and I’ll only shop here in the future!
