Very shady, tried to raise the price without doing the work, other customers that were there also stat that there bill was raised. I dont recommend he is robbing the community. When I ask him about the issue all he wanted to do is argue

I couldnt hear my callers very well on my cell phone which could cause me to miss out on making money for my business. I went to the mall first and was told it would cost almost as much to fix it as it would to buy a new phone. Im so thankful that I found QuickTech on Google search. They fixed my phone fast and cheap. I will definitely refer them to anyone that needs their service.

Got a phone screen replaced on my iPhone. Instead of turning my phone off when removing my screen they kept typing in passwords and locked me out of my iTunes account and it made me completely reset my phone and lose all my data, contacts, pictures etc. also now my silent to ringer side button doesn’t work. They didn’t mention they wouldn’t be replacing the home button so instead of telling me they wouldn’t they fixed my screen and left a broken home button. Probably would just pay the extra 5$-10$ somewhere else. My girlfriend ended up getting her phone repaired here they broke her home button and power button tried to say it happened when the phone cracked but it wasn’t dropped it was just sitting in her purse when it broke, then eventually the screen wouldn’t work at all. Do not go here!!

Mike fixes phones for me fast and always does a good clean job. Better than any cell phone technician I’ve ever come across. If someone tells you your can’t be fixed go see mike he will fix literally anything and make it work great!

I came in to get my iPhone 6s Plus screen fixed and I am very satisfied. He was a very nice guy and fixed my phone within 20 mins. He did a fantastic job and gave me everything I needed. Prices are very fair as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs any phone or anything fixed. I would rate 10 stars if I could. I loved my experience and the guy who fixed my phone for me.

Shady Buisness practices !!!Had a laptop the disc drive (would not read ) 6 months ago ! Never had a chance to use disc drive !! Last Saturday I tried to use the same problem not reading !!!! Go to them Saturday he tries says you are right not working ! Come back Monday !!!!! I come back Monday leave it give my phone number left with them ! Tues comes I go they say (Mike) the lens is not working I will order !! I say okay he call me when it comes in and fixed ! It took till Friday to get part then they want too charge me $50 to replace the first one they sold 6 months defective ! So they wanted to double charge me for disc drive ... what happen to the warranty on your services ??? So you want to scam me every six months !!!! You enjoy miss leading people !!! ??scamming ??? Not the way to do business !!! The girl and his wife today say $50 we fix !!!!! I say not paying twice !!!! They put my laptop on counter say go !!!! Shady business practices ! They do not stand behind there own work !!!!!! Beware of them on poplar Level !! Had my laptop a week order a part never call me to say they were going to charge me $50 again !!! Till I showed up today Friday !! They never touched my laptop or try to fix ........Spread the word shady business !!!!
