If I could give them negative stars I would. I have taken two of my childrens iPhones there. And both came back with motherboard problems that were too expensive to fix. Do not take your iPhones there. They won’t even give me a refund on the repairs that messed the phones up.

He took my phone apart and kept my speaker and 📷even after I had told him that I was on my way to get my phone because he had my phone for three days and still was not done so I had found another place who could fix it and was alot cheaper . He didnt give me all the peace that he had taken out of my phone on purpose . This is not a good place to do business with. He try to get over on you .

The shop was older, but everything was in cases arranged nicely. Did have an issue with the price I thought I heard quoted over the phone. The gentleman made it right. He did a great job of repairing my wife’s cracked screen in just a few minutes. Will return if I need any other phone repairs.

My husbands iPhone stopped charging and the guy at our AT&T store recommended us going to go to Fast Phone Repair on Dixie HWY. He did say that the place looks a bit janky, but they do great work. He was right! It’s not the best looking place, but the guy replaced my husbands battery and charging port for $90 in just over an hour. Overall we had a great experience with this business. We recommend them!!!

Excellent work I brought my phone in the other day I was in a hurry he at first was unable to do it quickly as he had other phones to do but he made an exception and he had my phone done in less than one hour and my phone is working great. This guys name was Naoufel I think he said He is always there he does exceptionally good work give it the chance people

I took my iPhone 8+, which is not even a year old, to have the back glass replaced because it was shattered! I’m sure the guy had his work cut out for him. 2 hours later I get my phone back and it looked great. However... now the vibrate does not work, volume, at the max, is distorted, WiFi keeps shutting off and the only way to get it back on is to shut down the phone completely and the phone keeps randomly going off. I don’t want to take it back in for fear that they will further damage the phone.

Place is false. Advertising they buy phones . Have no interest in phones. ScamartistDo no mess with these people. Reporting them right away today. Wont be here much longer

Knowledgeable, friendly staff, helpful and courteous. Ive had issues with a few phones and every since Ive found this store Ive trusted no other. Family run, so you will run into the emergencies, but its family owned and thats to be expected. Fast service worth a try if you are in need of phone repair.

My daughter needed a new screen for her IPHONE 5-S. Within 15 minutes it was done! Very friendly staff and good price for the repair as well as a 1 month warranty. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fixed it fast. I didnt care the screen didnt belong. He asked if I cared. The thing is the screen wasnt all the way on. Knowing that it wasnt the right screen he offered me case. All fine and dandy, but the screen not being on all the way it cracked a month later easy like glass. Scared to take it back. All that when you can go to a place that will be clean and more official. Unless youre desperate. It worked though.

I would avoid, and seek other options on the other side of town. I took a phone in for screen replacement, when I picked it up my home button didn’t function. The guys at the counter seemed more argumentative than helpful, and basically said sorry about your luck. Also, the replacement screen used is TERRIBLE QUALITY. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. not to mention, they charged $100 for a replacement that notable reputable shops on the other end of town are only charging $75-$80. They also only accept cash, and apparently don’t charge tax. Give your money to a different shop, these guys only care about a quick dollar, not your satisfaction.

Small hole in the wall repair shop cost $75 took them less than 20 min to fix my really badly cracked iPhone SE screen. Nice people. Good work.

I also came to get my phone repair at a timely matter and the employee or owner was pulling out of the parking lot even with the store signs saying open. He stopped and asked what I needed, I told him and he said he could fix it and to be back in half an hour. I felt weird handing him my phone in his car but when I came to pick it up later it was PERFECT. Ive I cracked it twice since then but the repairs are always great. I would refer to anyone in need of a fast phone repairing!! :)

I called and asked for an estimate price to repair the cracked screen on my LG Style 3 phone. The man I spoke with asks me what company I go through for service. I tell him Cricket Wireless-even though Im confused as to how the carrier could possibly affect the price of screen replacement. After I tell him, he pauses and thinks for a moment before giving me a quote of $95. This is all over the phone, he hasnt even seen the damage. It seemed like to me he just pulled a random number out of the air. $95 just to replace the screen when I only paid $130 for the whole phone-Nah. Im good. Found out I had insurance through Cricket and after a $75 deductible, I have a brand new phone. I may be wrong but the way he had to think about the price before even seeing the damage and asking about my carrier just felt shady to me.

The men that own this place are wonderful. Broke my home button on my iPhone and they fixed it fast but after I left the phones button kept getting hot I called them (they were closing in 12 mins) told me come 1st thing in the morning and they would fix it. He fixed it and within 30 mins button got hot again. He fixed it 3 times for free . We never .could figure out why it kept getting hot but he but other work aside and helped me for 4 1/2 hours. . He was very kind and went out of his way to fix this problem.

Wow...first time i went...because sprint store said my phone cudnt be fixed n wudnt charge up..bam..he fixed it...today i dropped phone in pool...bam...once again he fixed..had priceoepr pics of my momma on it...was afraid they were gone for good...but he wored on it 3 hours n its perfect now...n very cheap!!! I recommend to everyone!!!!!

Got a screen put in on my iphone 6 plus an a few days later the screen had lines threw it an was blacking out went to get fixed the guy tryed to put a screen in woth a scatch on it now i have to go back be cause the third screen has lines threw it like really get your stuff together 4the screen replaced went out as well the dumb ass uses cheap screens off amazon that are cheap as hell and charges for the actual iphone screen cheap and also he left pieces that covered up my screen ribbon wires and battery covers off and did not put all my screws back in

This place is the best. They are very friendly, very fast, and very affordable. They saved my Galaxy S3 that had water damage for only $50 and they only had it for a of couple hours. They fix anything wrong with these - iphone / ipod / ipad / galaxy / computer / laptop / tablet. Open Monday-Saturday 10am - 8pm. Sunday 11am - 7pm. Highly recommended.

TERRIBLE!!! I dropped my phone off at 2:45 the man said come back at 4:30 thats a lot 2hours to work on it and he had no other phones to work on at the time. I come back about 4:15 to pick my phone up and there is nobody inside the doors are locked and the open sign is on .. So of course Im worried bc they have my phone and nobody is answering, mind you they have my phone I cant call anybody nor call them. So luckily another customer pulls up who had recently had there phone fixed ( who was bringing it back bc it had stopped working ) finds a card with there info on it and calls. The man says it was a family emergency. Bad business to just leave they could of left a sign that said it was an emergency come back tomorrow or something and turn the open sign off because thats just bad business to someones property and just leave and not tell them where their stuff is or who has it. So finally around 8 I had been there since 4:30 somebody pulls up then the man wanted me to still pay full price for the fixing when I had been waiting outside for 4 hours!!!

WORST PLACE EVER HE TOLD ME TO COME UP THERE TO BUY A PHONE FOR 90 I drove 30 mins when I got there the phone was stolen couldn’t even buy it waste of time so unprofessional there was kids running everywhere throwing things I will not go back !

I showed up twenty minutes after they opened to try and get my phone repaired, and the door was locked. The open signs were still on, but the door was locked. The employee was in his car about to pull out of the parking lot. He asked me what was wrong, but I got the feeling that he would have told me he couldnt do it regardless of whether or not it was true.

Charges $ 300 plus taxes to fix Galaxy8+ to fix cracked screen, Dont go here it is CHEAPER TO GO through your Carrier Insurance.
