The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly, but sadly quoted me 100 dollars less than the actual cost to replace my screen. The other employees were nice and super helpful. Got my phone back within the promised time and everything looks and works great so far!

Short wait. There was one person in the store when I arrived and one outside the store. The weather was good; no problem. Once inside the store, contact information was collected and I handed over my phone. I confirmed that the cracked screen was the only problem. I was also informed that I needed to back up my phone - a fact that wasnt relayed to me when Id called the day before. The tech asked me to unlock my phone and started the process for me - after assuring me the apps and messages would be backed up.Other than limiting the number of people in the store to one at a time, for the most part, no other precautions were taken; no gloves, nothing wiped down, no mask (the guy in the back did have a mask) no attempt to limit contact, device passed back and forth multiple times. Phone condition was described as poor - though less than 4 moths old and never being out of a case since purchase. Only true blemish was cracked screen. Backed up my phone, because required by manufacturer, but none of the apps or messages were included in the backup though I was assured both would be by the technician prior to him backing up the device. No apparent problem with the screen replacement. Still reinstalling my apps. As the only authorized Google pixel repair service in the area I would have to go back or buy another phone.Parking isnt a problem and store was clean and well organized; it appears to be a pretty new store.
Great and friendly service. I brought my device in for a cracked screen repair. I dropped it off at 10am and was quoted it be ready in 24 to 48 hours, which was okay with me. 6 hours later they called and said it was ready. My device looks brand new again. Cameron was awesome and I am throughly pleased with the whole process.

Hurstbourne location today at 10:53AM alerting me that their hours had changed from 12:00-5:PM and that they would be minimally one hour late for my 11:00AM appointment that was set fewer than 48 hours prior.Needless to say, I was already in route since I live 20 minutes away (not fewer than 6 minutes away which would put my residence in a retail space near to them) and always arrive just a bit early for appointments as a professional courtesy; even as a patron.Management - You have a great coaching opportunity here and I hope that you will capitalize upon it. Reviewing your appointment lineup a day in advance and making adjustments within a reasonable amount of time will go a long way with your customers and at least make them to feel as if though you respect their time and appreciate their business. Dealing with an insurance claim through Verizon, which has been a complete disaster. Somehow, my same day repair has turned into a 2-week ordeal. Finally, our phone insurance person tells us that we can go to uBreakiFix. The insurance rep. called to make sure it could be done. Im a skeptic, so I also call to verify that when I show up with my phone, theyll be able to get it taken care of. They assure me that they just spoke with the insurance rep., and were good to go.I drive form Shelbyville to the Jeffersontown location, and Im told they cant help me. They tell me that it was their call center who told me they could help, but they actually cant. Fast and easy. Took my Samsung Galaxy Note10 plus in for a broken screen. Originally they told me it would take 24 to 48 hours because they had over 40 Galaxys in front of me. However, I dropped it off at 10a.m. and it was ready at 3:30 the same day. I used my insurance to complete the purchase so I didnt have to pay anything out of pocket and my phone works perfectly!

They repaired my iPhone 11. Just the ability for them to answer the phone for questions prior to getting service. I was informed that I would receive a call when my phone was repaired. I waited almost two hours after getting off work in the area of the store for the phone call that never came!
Alex exhibited great patience in dealing with 2 older gentlemen before ultimately getting with me on my needs. Interaction was great and provided clarity on what to expect from diagnosis (couple days) to repair on my Xbox One. While this will most likely be a one time visit to ubreakifix, he offered up a package to service all the tech in my place for a $25 dollar a month charge. If only I had tech to warrant $300 a year in charges.... Well see how it shakes out going forward but we are off to a good start.
Ashley was AMAZING in helping me with the cracked screen problems I was having. I was very stressed when I came in, and she and the other employees understood my frustration and worked with me. Brought my wifes Samsung Galaxy 8 in for a screen replacement. Kid at the counter said they couldnt look at it until he ran a voltage test. If the test failed he couldnt repair a screen?? Brought the phone back and said it failed and he couldnt repair the screen. Dont waste your time going here. If they arent interested in repairing, please just close!!

I had an appointment at 12 dropped my phone off said it would be ready at three called at three to check on my phone said they hadn’t even started on it yet, said it would be ready at 4:30 got there at 4:30 they hadn’t even fixed my phone. said none of the batteries they had would work in my phone I don’t think they even attempted to put a battery in my phone this place is horrible why are the even in Business.

Took in my phone to get a new screen that was cracked. I took off the screen myself to help make their installation faster. They told me they cannot fix it because it is missing the screen. According to their website, they have absolutely no problem working on a semi unassembled phone and can finish the repair and they do it all the time. No one told the people working in this shop because they refused to repair the phone. They just told me to take my business to other shops.
Was sent there by my Google Preferred Care plan for a screen repair to my Pixel 4 XL and, after waiting in line for 10 minutes, was told that my repair takes too long and that they have too many phones in front of me. The best they could do would be to get my phone back to me in 6 days or so....the two customers in front of (who did not have insurance claims) were told a day or so. Its clear they didnt want to mess with me or my phone. I suspect because they wouldnt make enough money the transaction.If you dont want insurance or warranty business, dont sign up for it. Wasted a lot of my time and energy. Wont be back to this location.
WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM HERE.The manager here totally destroyed the back of my Galaxy S9 when he took off the back glass to fix a fingerprint sensor issue. He then tells me they cant replace the back or the fingerprint sensor because the glass had been repaired before by a different repair business, even after the assistant manager knew about this and approved the repair. I was shocked. I even begged them to let me pay extra to at least fix the back they broke. They refused to even touch it and handed me my phone with huge cracks all over the back. I then get the device home and realize it wont charge because they screwed up the battery connection when they destroyed the back. I call back and they again refuse to help me. I was as polite as I could be with these people and they DESTROY my expensive smartphone. I now have an unusable brick covered in cracks. Thanks, uBreakiFix!
Totally not handling covid well. Reduced hours, Lobby Locked, little to no communication. Stood there for an hour before they told me there werent apple certified and I had to take it somewhere else. Im really glad I got to spend my lunch break listening to another customer figure out her icloud. the only reason they got the second star was due to them fixing two of my old phones last year to go to family members.
Today I brought in my durable phone case, unable to take it off. This employee was able to take it off, show me how to take it off, allowed me to try it a couple of times so I could take it off myself. He was polite, patient and certainly helpful. It was all free of charge though I wish there was a tip jar. 5 star review from me.
Wish Id known the technician that I needed wasnt going to be in on the day that I went to get my screen repaired. They were pleasant, but I did call ahead to see if I needed an appointment. It would have been helpful if they had mentioned if it was a Google I would Not have the option of repair while I wait.

I touched base with the store several business days later to ask how things were going, and the rep told me theyd get to my phone first thing in the morning when their samsung repair tech would be in. Cool. Turns out that was a lie though, and when I called in two days later I was told the exact same story. At this point I was getting annoyed, but Id give them time. A few more days passed and I called a third time. Got ahold of a different rep who told me that although they had parts in stock, they were reserved for Asurion customers. That wouldve been nice to know at the outset, especially from a company that use to pride itself on doing SAME DAY repairs!More than two weeks after initially dropping off my phone I was told that they were unable to repair my phone and that I would have to contact the manufacturer (Samsung). The issue they mentioned wasnt actually that complicated though and any company that is an authorized Samsung service provider should have been able to replace the charging port and then replace the screen.Im more upset at the rep who kept giving me the run around (I see other reviewers negatively mentioning him) than the actual tech who attempted to repair my phone (he was at least friendly and apologetic).All in all, I dont plan on giving this company - and especially this store - any future business and will recommend my friends avoid them as well. I suggest you do the same. Youre better off mailing your device in to a manufacturer who will have the experience needed.

Cannot locate anyone to get our phone back! We took our phone in for repair over two weeks ago. We were told that they would be closed for Sunday and Monday, but then they would be able to repair our phone screen. We have called multiple times and drove over to find a sign that they are closed for two weeks with no indication of what the exact time period is. We have tried the store phone and the home office and cannot obtain any information.

He went far beyond my expectations to service a Motorola cell phone which Verizon had sold me it could NOT erase data from the Verizon phone.He helped me for over to contact Motorola support which was not available in Louisville, KyI tried to pay him and he said could NOT charge me in any way.Matt is a highly qualified technical person in cell phones.More importantly he is a quality person of integrity.This employee makes this company!!!
I would highly suggest going anywhere else. If you are going through the insurance on your phone it is quicker, friendlier and more efficient to have someone come to your location to fix, which is ironic to me. Went here twice when they opened and there was at least 10 people in the line outside and after driving back past 30 minutes later only one person had moved. I went back hours before closing time and was told they could not fix any more phones today after i waited in a line again at 34 weeks pregnant. I was then told to come back at 11am the next morning, in which case i would have had to wait hours in a line yet again to be told it would take another few hours to fix my phone screen. I called the insurance and they sent someone to my house next day who fixed it within 30 minutes by appt.

Terrible service. Ive wasted my day 3 times trying to get my screen fixed at this location, the only one that Verizon uses for its insurance program in the area. Only to be told that they are to busy to fix it that day, they cannot reserve a time and to try again tomorrow. This place is a joke. Go elsewhere if possible.
This store really needs to get a grip on things. I dropped off my Xbox one to be cleaned. I was told it would be no problem but they would not clean any of my Nintendo devices (wii u, swtich, and GameCube) even though online it says they clean Nintendo devices. I had to ship my Nintendo devices to the Nashville store and thank god for Carl and Elijah who even cleaned my GameCube (even though it’s not really an option to) and shipped them all back to me in less than a week. This store took 3 weeks for my Xbox just to call me and tell me that they were not going to clean it. I called the Nashville store and they were going to do it for me until this store flagged it in the system that it can not be cleaned. Now I have no where to take my Xbox one to be cleaned even though I was told and promised that it wouldn’t be a problem when I dropped it off to begin with. If you’re looking to get something done send it to Carl and Elijah in Nashville not these guys who seem to fail time and time again.
Go anywhere else but here. They used to be ok, used to be helpful, but in these last months, they have gone steeply downhill. Please do not waste your time with Ubreakifix in Louisville, take your phone somewhere else that is run better. The place is turning into a clown show. I never write reviews, good nor bad, but this place deserves a bad review; seriously.

Impressive customer service. Simply I wanted to know what is the problem with my Pixel 3 charger port which was recently loosen itself and the cable cord is pull out while charging. Gentleman here was taking a look and simply blow up the dust and it works great. Not a marketing terms to charge you but was trying to help you. It was quick and easy. Liked it.
My PS4 wasn’t connecting to psn and as soon I walk in and told them what’s wrong with my ps4 it took 20 Minutes to get fix. And if you trying to go there ask for zack he helped me to get my problem fix.

Twice now I have attempted to have service done on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus and twice there have been unacceptable excuses for why it could not happen. First, I travelled 75 miles, because this was my closest location, and after calling to confirm the part was available for a back replacement, the agent informed me that they did not have it the next day after traveling for an hour and an hour back. Most recently, to receive service for my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus, after making an appointment, the agent in the store told me appointments do not mean anything right now and again, after traveling 75 miles, I was not able to have my product serviced. Not a reliable business and has understaffed and poor performing stores who need better management
My phone wasnt charging properly so I brought it in. Guy behind the counter took it back, cleared out the charging port and gave it back to me in less than 5 minutes. Didnt charge me and my phone works fantastically, highly recommend.
I took my Pixel 3 in for a screen repair. Got it back, the proximity sensor didnt work, the phone wouldnt quickcharge, and on calls, the other party couldnt hear me. I took it back to get it fixed, but only the proximity sensor was fixed. Now it only charges via wireless charging. I have no faith that they will fix my phone at all.

Needed a new note 9 screen. Was told it could be fixed same day for reasonable price. Got there and was told they couldnt fix mine because it was an international phone. Get with the times! You should be able to fix it just like any other cell. Train your people!

I made an appointment, only to be told that appointments are not honored. This would have been tolerable, if either of the employees had any regard for the customer. It may be a pet peeve of mine, but being condescending, making snide comments and locking me out of the store when I respond, is not what I would call pleasant.

Made an appointment on website, where the online form asked for model of phone and what kind of repair was needed... when I got to the store to drop off my phone, the man behind the counter told me that they don’t do appointments (?) and they don’t do repairs on the model of phone that I have. What was the point of filling out the online form?

Mr. Matt Dumstorf went above and beyond to fix my broken iPhone. Initially, I made an appointment at the Apple Store Oxmoor and said it’s not fixable after this girl looked at it for five minutes. They didn’t even attempt to open the phone. Matt took his time to actually open the phone and it was working again after 15 minutes. I thought I was going to lose all my contacts since I didn’t have cloud back up. He didn’t even charge me. I wanted to give him a tip, buy him lunch, or offer a gift card but he couldn’t accept due to corporate policy. Thank you sir for an exceptional service. HT

Highly recommend this business to all! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and worked to please the customer. I had a phone battery replaced and was able to go home and backup my phone (which had not been done in months). It was apparent that the battery was not the main issue with my phone as it continued to die quickly. I was able to return their battery, get mine back and turn it into insurance for a new device. Without their willingness to work with me, I would not have been able to recover the previous 3 months data on my phone. I took my Samsung Note 9 here to have my broken screen fixed. We live about an hour and a half away and were worried about having to leave it over night. The girl (I think her name might have been Kayla?) had it fixed within a half an hour! It works perfectly and we are very happy with the service we got.
EDIT: I was very frustrated that I was scheduled an appointment during the time that the shop was closed and originally gave 1 star because of loss of work time. When finally getting into the store, Kayla assisted me with great knowledge and professionalism that made the sting a lot less. She then informed me of a program that Samsung had for Healthcare workers and that my $308 repair could be free. I was told that the repair would take more than 2 1/2 hours but was quicker. When I went to pick the phone up at the end of the day, I was very pleased that the repair didnt cost me anything as well as my phone was as if I had just gotten it. There are no signs of any damage whatsoever. Kayla had come thru for me and did a fantastic job. I hope i never need their services again but if I do, I hope Kayla is there to save the day again.ORIGINAL: I did as asked and went online to schedule my appointment for 10 am. I understand the COVID-19 issues and all, but how difficult is it to block out the times that you have decided to close the store for your new reduced hours. Store doesnt open until 11, even though I was allowed to schedule for 10 am. I had to take an hour off from work just to schedule this and now am not sure if Ill get to get my phone fixed because I have to go back to work and there arent any guarantees i can take off for another hour. Not very good for customers. Im not the only one sitting in the parking lot for their non existent 10 am appointment.
I took my Pixel 2 XL here for a battery repair. I was quoted a price between $70-$80 which I paid and my phone was repaired with a few hours. Upon picking up my phone, I find that my bottom speaker is broken. When I called to ask what occurred, the technician stated that he simply replaced the battery. To be clear, I had a working bottom speaker prior to handing over my phone. So, I take my phone back to them to see if they can solve the problem. Well, it turns out that my phone is magically still under warranty by Google and they can repair the bottom speaker for free. It then takes them 4 days to get the part ordered and repaired. Im pretty sure my battery was covered under warranty, but they wanted to double dip and have me pay to fix the phone as well as get reimbursed my Google to further fix my phone that they broke. If you decide to take you Google device here, Id immediately ask if it is covered under warranty lest they take your money when it should be covered for free.
Took my Galaxy S7 Edge for a front screen repair after I dropped it on concrete. The uBreakiFix staff assessed the phone, and explained what work needed to be done. Phone was repaired within about 2 hours, at a fair cost (these screens are not cheap, so be prepared for sticker shock). The phone looks as good as the day I bought it! I do recommend calling ahead to make sure the screen (and bezel color) are in stock.

To be honest it has only been a few hours since I left the shop. But so far so good. The repair was completed more quickly than expected and I havent had any problems with my phone in the last few hours. I only dealt with one staff member but he was very courteous. Cost wise Id have to say, based on my research, you might save yourself $20 doing it on your own but that is only if you already happen to have the required tools. If you dont, well then you also probably dont have any experience either. Pay the extra money and get it done correctly. 90 day guarantee on their work. At this point I would recommend them.

This location has a staff that is absolutely nothing but helpful as well as professional. They repaired my screen in under 2 hours and the phone is as good as new! I highly recommend buying a screen protector from them as well, if you break the screen protector they replace it for free and in addition to that if you break your actual screen its only 9$ to get it repaired. I will never go anywhere else as long as I am in Louisville these guys know exactly what they are doing and everyone interacted with was friendly, kind and professional; basically everything one of those middle of the mall repair shacks will not offer you. I cant recommend this location enough, and buy the screen protector its so worth it. Thank you all for such an awesome experience !
I wouldn’t get my screen replaced here. I had my iPhone 7 glass replaced and the colors are definitely less vivid now, I just wanted the glass replaced. Holding the 7 even next to my 5s, the colors aren’t even in the same realm of depth, it is far worse than that screen.Should’ve went somewhere else, maybe somewhere using quality replacements.All else was fine, service wise, functionality fine. I guess I have to live with this worse screen now.
Total rip off!! Guy had me sit there for over an hour just to tell me how he could not and would not fix my phone. Was a waste of my time, my gasoline and still didnt get the problem fixed.
Best Phone repair company in town! They are the most honest and Reliable, they describe exactly whats wrong and run tests to make sure they know the exact problem so you dont get charged for something pointless. I would 100% recommend using this business in the future.
Had a battery installed there last year and that went well. Now phone needs new screen and they cant get part for at least a week, going to charge $200 for a screen on a phone that is no longer supported by Google and arent cutting me any slack on the repair as a repeat customer.Im not happy.
I scheduled a appointment to have my phone battery replaced a week in advanced. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told they didnt have the battery in stock and that I should come back another day. At no point during the seven prior days did they notify me that they didnt actually have the battery required to do the replacement.If they had told me that in advance, I would have happily rescheduled for a day when they did have the battery in stock. Instead, they decided to not mention this at all to me and allowed me to drive one and a half hours to their location from where I live. This was a huge waste of my time.I wasted 3 hours out of my day driving to their location and back with nothing to show for it. I will never return to them for any work.
I had the battery replaced in my Galaxy 6 because the battery wasnt holding a charge. It cost $100, took less than 3 hours to get it back and has worked perfectly since I had the work done.

Ive had to come to have my phone fixed more times than I would like to admit and every time I have taken my phone to ubreakifix. They are very knowledgeable and courteous and are able to fix my phone very quickly. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I would recommend them to anyone!

I went in for shattered glass in front of the camera lens. When I noticed black spots showing up in all my pictures shortly after the repair, I took it back in under warranty. They took really good care of me by investigating the problem further and replaced the camera. Now Im all set!I knocked off one star because it can be tricky to get in for a repair. You can make an appointment, but its still first come first serve, a little confusing why you would even make an appointment then... So, it was suggested to me to come in when the store opens at 10am, difficult when you have a regular job, but I took the risk and wiggled in. May I suggest prioritizing those who make an appointment? Thank you! I did appreciate the service!

Adam was awesome. Went to Best buy to get phone fix. They said would not fix sent us to battery plus. They said were holding parts but didnt. We endded up here and was not disappointed. Thought it was going to be a bigger fix. Once was open just needed cleaning. Was only charged for that and not everything else. Was so happy. Will go back if needed.
This place is amazing. My husband had just bought a new google phone. The same day he got it he damaged the port for his charger. He took the phone back to Verizon but they were going to have to send it away to be repaired. I contacted uBreakIFix and they repaired it within a couple of hours. My husband is a busy attorney, and he cannot be without his phone. Not only did they fix, it but they were very courteous. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their phone fixed.
They have partnered with google to fix the Pixel phones. I have a Pixel XL and took it to them to replace my broken screen. It a little over an hour and my phone looks brand new. They did an amazing job on it. I would highly recommend this place if you have a Pixel or any other damaged device.
This place is great! Took 2 phones there. Both times staff was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They called to discuss progress and next steps and got both up & running far quicker than expected.
Very friendly n nice but my replacement screen don’t work as good as the main n it’s like a small dot on screen like a spec, I have to hit the power button just to swipe back open to use my bottom menu that scrolls up for quick Bluetooth or WiFi or flash light capability. Kind of a ways/distance for me so I might have to take the L. 🤷🏾♂️
These guys are the best! I went to the St Matthews location on a tues and they told me that it would be $239.00 to replace the screen on my Note 8. I told her that it was cheaper/better than the $250.00 deductible and Verizon sending me a refurbished phone. They couldnt get the parts until maybe friday. (they are supposed to keep them in stock. See my review of the St Matthews location)So I go in and the guy tells me that if I have the Verizon insurance that a screen replacement is only $29.00!! Score!! I put in a claim and had my phone back in less than two hours!! Saving over $200.00 because someone knows their stuff is a big deal to me.Thanks you guys so much for the excellent service! We will always use you from now on!
Just bought my phone and dropped it, took it to the two friendly technicians at the uBreakIfix. It was a quick same-day repair and you cant tell the phone was ever broken! The back is an OEM part, it looks fantastic!Thank you again for fixing my phone and helping me with the repair.
