I was lied to multiple times by the owner Josh. He had a excuse for everything that went wrong and does not like to answer his phone or return calls when there is a issue. The carpet was not ordered correctly therefore he of course had someone else to blame even though he ordered it, the installation was not completed until after I was already moved into my new home, employees were just as unprofessional as he is and they were suppose to be at the job at 7am and did not show up until after 10am more than once. He would rather place the blame on others and not take accountability for his actions and the actions of his employees and thought that if he took a little bit of money off that it would make everything okay when he stated he would zero out the balance which I have witnesses that overhead him say it to me and failed to do so and so I am stuck paying the bill. He would rather the client eat it than sticking to his word which is worth nothing. I would never recommend anyone to ever have to deal with this company. Makes you wonder why he has a hard time collecting money from people???
