Matched my old floors with the new and patched where a closet was removed from the center of the floor. the transitions are practically invisible. They were great to work with, finished on time as stated. i was treated respectfully at every step of the process and with every employee. Professional place and reasonably priced.

John and his team did an amazing job with our house! My wife and I couldn’t have been more pleased.. Weve needed to replace the tile in our kitchen for a while and have been putting it off because of how much of a hassle we expected the project to be. When I reached out to Hank about the project he made things very easy and all I had to do was pick out the tile. Hank was also very accommodating with scheduling around Christmas and New Years.His crew did an outstanding job even in spite of unforeseen headaches caused by the previous owners our home. The job site was left clean each day which was helpful with kids. Not only that but they did the job and Im confident I wont have to worry about the floor again for years to come.

For 2021 I’m looking to update/remodel my kitchen! I recently setup an appt with this company to come out to discuss updating my kitchen! I was excited to get a professional out only to be disappointed. The guy came in asked a few questions. He then started measuring barely said a word or offer any suggestions. He finished up said I would get a quote in the beginning of the following week. I still haven’t received anything. It was a very awkward consultation. I think I’ll pass... a bad first impression is deal breaker for me.

The staff was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process of choosing the flooring, coordinating the delivery, completing the install, and following up after. They have a custom, quality product that is better than any selection in Louisville. We couldnt be more pleased with the outcome of both our hardwood floors and custom mantle! Will definitely be calling them for all future renovations!

While the quality of the work appears to be fine, the amount of time it took for a job done for my moms kitchen took entirely too long. She placed the initial order in August 2017. Its now January 2018 and the job has not been completed yet. My mom is 83 and I just dont think they give her job as much priority as some of the others.

Quite simply one of the worst experiences weve ever had. Huge issues on every front: quality of materials, quality of workmanship, quality of project management. The complaints are too numerous to list. Just know that we seriously regret ever hiring them. Recommend you steep yourself in NWFA guidelines when deciding how to proceed with your renovation and steer clear of these guys.

Decided in Summer 2017 to order our custom counter tops and back splash through Flooring and Granite Designs, and were amazed at their beautiful showroom and selection. John personally handled our sale, and was extremely personable and knowledgeable. We ended up going with Quartz instead of granite with a tile back splash with an install sometime in October/November. While the job hit a few snags along the way, the installers and owners were helpful in giving us updates and scheduling installs. While it took a little longer than we had planned with a few bumps in the road, our custom job looks exactly as we had dreamed. Couldnt be happier with the final product and the way the owners and installers were sincere and made our dream kitchen a reality at a fair price. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their dream kitchen, as the final product is whats most important, no matter how long it takes. They are the best in town, and will stop at nothing to make sure you are satisfied and treated fairly as a customer!
