As I was sitting in the lobby for 2.5 hours to get 1 tire changed (after making an appointment), I saw four people come in the lobby to pay, and each was told that they need a new battery. Two immediately responded that they had the battery replaced within the last month. I’m starting to think that all these dead batteries aren’t a coincidence.

I was driving down to Chattanooga, Tennessee and my tire pressure started to drop. I checked it out and realized I was losing air. Since I bought the tires at Firestone I had a warranty. I went to a Firestone on Broadway in Kentucky and they stated they could do it but didnt know if it would get done that day or the next. He just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Unacceptable. I then called the next closest Firestone and the gentleman stated that he was busy but I can take it to Tires Plus for warranty. I thanked him for the information and realized why didnt the other Firestone tell me that. I called Tires Plus. The said to come in. They completed it in 30 minutes. Plus they noticed a brake bulb out, which I told them to fix. Thank you so much for helping us get back on the road as quickly as possibly. Great service. Kind staff.

Stopped in to get a slow leak in my left rear tire checked out. They had an open appointment and fit me in right away; my tire was repaired in less than half an hour. Friendly service and a great downtown location will make this my go-to tire shop.Waiting area is clean and comfortable, with coffee and a water cooler, but you can also walk from this location to a number of local eateries.

When I called about 4 tires they gave me a price I said Ill be right there, I drove cross town.When I got there they said they couldnt take me right now, For me to make an appointment for tomorrow. They said the earlier the better so I made one for 7am,,,, I thought screw them!!! (((Read their response))) So then..I sent Jennifer my info,, Nothing..I believe the Response from the ownerIs to make them look good to the people reading this review..And other reviews..I mean what are they really going to do,, Give me a free oil change for my troubles ( NOT )

Let me start off by saying I am a long time customer here and have had 3 of my own vehicles serviced there, as well as recommended others. But that was all before they got their new, shady service manager, Tim.I paid for an alignment last year with a warranty on it. This year I had shocks and struts installed so I took it back to get realigned, as you should. I pick up the car later that day and they say they took care of the alignment but didnt print any paperwork out showing that they did they alignment. I asked for it and he says Im not going to print it out just for that, the alignment was good. I drive the car and notice it still pulling and also there is still a noise with rotation (that they havent been able to locate). I ask the manager to ride with me. We went for a ride. Tim, the manager got so visibly upset that when I pointed out the noise and the rotation with him in the car. He started throwing a hissy fit once I mentioned the fixed right guarantee. Already on the way back to the store, at a red light getting off the exit, he says take me back to my store. I ask him if he wants me to run the red light to which he responded by forcefully pulling my door handle and then slamming my door shut like a child. I immediately called corporate and set up an appointment at another location.This is the manager. Avoid this store.

Brandon helped me and was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to go over what I needed to fix and what could wait. I called in on a busy Friday but they got my car finished quickly and I actually understood everything they fixed! I will definitely be back! Thank you Brandon!!

Realized a tire was going flat and headed to Michels on a Friday at about 4:30 pm. Was on my way to Frankfort! Told me they only had time to change out the spare. An hour later, had changed it but also patched the original so that I wouldnt be on the road without a spare!!! Great customer service and obviously really care! All covered by road hazard. Honored to do business with them.

These guys were great. Did a great job for a fantastic price I was even shocked by the price. They even went above and beyond Duty to fix my hood latch adding a spring not charging me anything thanks guys!

After reading prior reviews posted, I almost did not go. Glad I went anyway. Staff were courteous and helpful. Prices were competitive with others and tires were installed and oil change completed before I am use to at others.

Came in with a nearly flat tire on a weekend. The mechanic got to it at the estimated time and found that the inner liner was damaged and beyond repair. Despite spending about 30 minutes to diagnose the problem and get me back on the road they only charged me a few dollars.

I went to firestone for new tires and they didn’t reset my tires sensor correctly and acted like it was so hard to fix it and were giving me the run around trying to schedule me days later and telling me I need to drop off my car and “hopefully” they could get to it. so i called the main office to file a complaint and I was referred here to michels for them to fix the problem and they got me in and out quickly and fixed it with no problems. So about a week later I needed a new battery I hands down called them right away. They took me in as a walk-in and got me in and out again with no problems. What makes them even better is they have Great friendly customer service. I will continue to go to this store. They are truly awesome!!!!

Got a nail removed from my SUV. They made me such a good deal on a set of tires for my pickup, I couldnt pass it up. They did some extensive repairs also.

Had a great experience with Tires Plus - I went in first thing in the morning and they were able to fix the issue with my car right away. Everyone at the store was friendly and professional. Ill go back for any other car maintenance that I need in the future.

Not from Louisville, but this place treated me like royalty or maybe it was the fact that i had to get a lot of work done to my work van. Either way this place was great.

Spent 1000 on tires and alignment. Before they put them on the car they inspected to make sure everything looked good. They said it did. Two weeks later after major treadwear (and complete front end inspection)they refused to replace tire like they should have and instead provided me an estimate for $900 dollars for a wheel hub assembly and axle that costs $100 and takes less than 1 hour to replace without power tools lmao... My wheel hub and bearing were fine when they put the tires on yet a week later i needed both sides replaced? If you rated this place highyour just not knowledgeable about vehicles and dont realize how bad this place sucks. Oh. The first time i drove after the tire replacement my vehicle pulled harder to the left then it would if it had a completely flat tire on the driver side. I took it back in and told them that they mess something up and when I got my car back 3 hours later my steering wheel was upside down. Completely. I took my car to another location to get this fixed where I was I told them how shotty the work I was receiving was and the guy proceeded to tell me oh that store is ran by my son. LOL I spent over 14 hours dealing with these people for four tires and 3 alignments to get my wheel straight. Yet and no way shape or form have they tried to make it right with me they just want money money money.Took car to gm. Axle fine, 1 bad bearing, hub also fine. $79, not $900. And was told the alignment was off enough to eat my tires in half time tinge it should take. . wow.. I hope that they have a great explanation... Summons is on the way.

I made a call and asked about the inspection for the vehicle and it was lady who told me yes we do and I have also mentioned that I am starting now will be there in sometime. When I reached there It was a guy at the reception with beard and he was rude and like we have only 2 guyz back. If you were short of staff the lady could have say me that on call I drove 11miles from Hurstborne. Very dissappointed just moved to Louisville. Felt like they have no respect for Indians. Very racist. If you doing business learn to give service to your customers not for any particular colour or nationality. May god Bless people like you.

* ALL UBER DRIVERS PLEASE READ **** PLEASE NOTE MY REVIEW HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WORK DONE ON MY CAR BUT RATHER THE BUSINESS ASPECT **Took my car in for the Uber State Inspection. Although the lady at the front desk was very pleasant the Manager JOSH VIERLING was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. As a customer I simply stated after the inspection was performed that Ill like to take it to another mechanic as they quoted me 2,500 in repairs needed in order to continue to drive for Uber. Josh, then begin to argue with me in a unprofessional way.Now, I understand he may have had problems with other Uber drivers. However, that gives him no right to handle me or anybody else in the manner that he did. I will be coming back to share my update after taking my car to meinke as I feel the work quoted is unreasonable and MAYBE a straight up lie.*UPDATE* 10/21/2017Took my car to Meineike and what do you know. Passed the inspection with flying colors. Was told my car is in excellent condition. I will not be recommending any of my friends to come here and I also hope this can help many other customers who does a lil more research on a place before having any kind of work done here!!

Bought four new tires + alignment after a flat nearby. Had the vehicle in somewhere else for service and found alignment to be way off and tires out of balance. They did refund the cost of the alignment after we had it re-done somewhere else.
