This place is amazing.hands down. The employees where really helpful. They even drew me a diagram to show me where my car needed a repair and sent me pictures of the area on my car showing where it was broken. Super helpful. Great labor prices. Will always go back to these guys.
Great guys. Great small business. Definitely deserves the business.Although they do sometimes seem mad that you are there or if you dont know something.
They charged just for tire change 35$ that so overcharged in addition I bring my tire by myself.I m living their location.I will not go anymore over there.I got tire from Walmart I asked them they said 15$ after that I think our near mechanic can do that but they are working overprice. Before you decided something over there firstly ask price to them!
Farely priced place, with fast service
Ive read some of the reviews before I even had them tow our car Friday. (3/26/21) & even after choosing them I was absolutely terrified & worried because of the few bad reviews. BUT I GOTTA SAY GUYS. As some one who goes to junk yards & fixs small problems with cars. It IS HARD work. & TIME consuming. For people to think its going to be cheap is completely absurd. We bought our own parts & they fixed it up quickly. Got our car back the same day. As an adult with a job & things to do. That is absolutely amazing & awesome. I dont know his name but he was so helpful & informative. We will definitely be sticking to the Wildt Brothers!!
They always do a great job!
I brought my vehicle here for a coil pack repair. I was greeted promptly. I dropped off my vehicle, got a call with cost estimate and was able to pick up my vehicle in about four hours total time! Service was prompt and communication was excellent! I was happy with the price too. I will definitely return for future service needs. Great job!
David and Butch and the guys at the shop is awesome! They will tell you whats need to be done. They are honest, efficient and fast.
Butch Wildt and his crew have performed nearly all repairs on our family automobiles for over 20 years, even back in the day when they used to represent and sell BP gas...yes, that long ago! They are very up-to-date on performing repairs on late-model cars, and will tell you up-front if a repair needs to be done by the dealer. Ive taken my car in their and been told wed love to do it for you, but this is under a recall and you need to contact the dealer to get it done at no cost. And theyve told me when repairs would be more than the value of the car, to scrap it...etc.. Those are the types of guys they are. And Ive never had to take a car back to get a repair repaired again. AND youre supporting a locally owned business!
We have been taking our vehicles here for 15 years and they are always straight up with us. I remember one time they told me to avoid replacing something that wasn’t critical. Definitely give the Wildt Brothers a shot.
Always great service and price. Very professional. They always try to accommodate schedules and will try to fit you in if its an emergency.
Thay are good.
Friendly and knowledgeable, will definitely be returning for car repairs in the future. I had a lot of questions about what was going on with my car and the guys at Wildt answered with so much patience. Also very happy with the cost of the work compared to other shops in the area.
We have gone to them for the past four years. They have been extremely honest and helpful. They have always been quick to evaluate our car and quick to repair our car. They have been the best mechanics I have ever done business with, and I cannot recommend them enough.
My car broke down 200 ft from their location. I walked over to see if a machanic can come and look at it, knowing all it needed was a new bolt for one of the cables connected to the car battery. They looked at me and said they can only help me if I rolled my car over (which was 200 ft away). I understand that they only want to do business in their location, but what does this show of customer care on their part? After 30 minutes I finally got the car started up and took it to the store, he looked at it for 5 minutes and put it just a new screw and bolt they charged me $12. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Poor service, and a poorly ran business.
These guys were professional from start to finish. They fixed my car in less than 24 hours and Butch finished the job for $100 less than the quoted price. Ill definitely be a regular customer.
Great guys, great service.
These guys are HONEST & hard working. Plus they always have my car done in a timely manner. They will always have my future business!!!
Exellent people. Honest assessment of any problem. Prompt service.
Great guys. I have known them most of my life. When I cant fix it they can. Honest and hard working people.
Very good and honest. Will trust their opinion about car needs.
These guys are top notch. I have taken a vehicle to them on two occasions. They are professional, efficient and reasonable in their pricing. They have my future business.
Sucks to say this: A few weeks ago, while getting a dead battery jumped, the cables were put on the wrong leads. This immediately blew the ECTS fuse in my car - which is very very very easy and cheap to replace, but I wanted other stuff checked out, too. I got the car dropped off at Wildt, and left a detailed voice message telling them to replaced the ECTS fuse and to test/confirm the fuseable links and alternator were still okay. Wildt charged me $171.16 to replace the single fuse - which did get my accelerator working again. I questioned the charge (it seemed excessive for just replacing a single fuse), they explained that they spent a lot of labor/time checking the car out. That made some sense - if they spent a lot of time making sure nothing else was broken, I dont mind paying for a bit of added confidence. Still, testing an alternator is very very easy, and free at Auto Zone - but reviewing disable links might be tricky?? However I immediately had issues with the power flickering (radio and lights cutting in and out), and a couple days later my car stalled out/died twice while driving, before it completely stopped running altogether, so I got it towed to my house. I Ubered to work the rest of the week, and that weekend I took off the alternator myself, and had it tested at AutoZone (for free). The alternator failed the test immediately, which was killing the battery - so I replaced both of them. Of course, I knew that testing/replacing the alternator wasnt going to fix the underlying issue - it had to be a fuseable link. However, Wildt had told me when I discussed the testing they performed that I was lucky that my vehicle didnt have fuseable links?? I then had my car towed to Smith Imports to get the links tested/repaired vehicle). Smith Imports tested the all of the cars electric components/fuseable links, and easily found the one that was completely shot, and they charged me about $100 dollars more than what Wildt brothers originally did - BUT this included diagnostics, labor, AND parts - and they actually fixed the problem. Having the car towed twice, Ubering to work, and then Smiths repair cost - it would have been nice to have just gotten it right the first time at Wildt - but Im not even sure Wildt tested anything at all - besides replacing that single cheap fuse... When I saw the car immediately having issues after I got it from Wildt, I just didnt trust taking it back. Ive had okay experiences with Wildt before, but not this time - basically felt ripped off. Overall, disappointed with the electrical diagnostics done.
Fast, friendly, & told me exacrly what was up with my car. Got it up and running smooth the same day.
They did a great job in my truck. they took their time to find the problem.. very friendly people!!
Ive taken a variety of vehicles here over the years and have received excellent service. These guys are honest and personable.
Quick and accurate, Ive come here for repairs several times over the years. They charge even if they find nothing wrong with your car, just a heads up.
They were fast and fair. I will definitely use them again.
I have never had this company do any work on my vehicle personally so Im just going off the reviews Ive read and from the phone conversation I had with one of the employees when I called to inquire about a diagnostic test for my car. The guy I spoke with on the phone wasnt too friendly and didnt seem to care if he got my business or not. I also read another review from a guy who had taken his vehicle into have a diagnostic test done at this shop and was still charged the $70 even though their machine wasnt able tell him what was wrong with his vehicle. I do believe if I ran a business and my customer came in looking for an answer to a question, they would not be charged unless I could give them an answer, that seems fair enough. Both reasons being said, I decided not to take my vehicle to this shop.
Great service by Wildt Brothers for years. Last time, though they charged me $70 for a diagnostic test that gave a code their machine didnt recognize???
They replaced my radiator because my car was over heating and its still over heating, when i had arrived there to pick up my car it was still parked inside the garage like they hadnt even test drove it. I shouldve known.
Family friendly
Solid service. Pricing was acceptable.
