Customer service in the service department left a lot to be desired. The desk attendant was nowhere to be found when we went to pick up our car yesterday. We waited several minutes while a mechanic searched for him. We left feeling like our business wasn’t important to them.

First of all, I have purchased 4 brand new Subarus from this company, dating back to 2013. The sales teams have always been friendly and helpful. I have used them to service all of those vehicles in that time and have been great up until covid. My wife had a minor accident which required the mirror to be changed. We went through the full claims process, we are now almost 18 months since that time and the mirror still is not fixed. They have repeatedly ordered the wrong parts, then tell us they will make it right and she will get a call...which never comes. Then when we bring it in for service we bring it up every single time, they are appalled and apologetic, but no action. Words are wind. I dont need your apology, I need it fixed.Then to add insult to injury, since covid they have dramatically increased their service prices in two different ways. 1 - the prices simply went up but approximately 20-30%. 2 - they are adding additives to standard maintenance which they claim will make the car last longer, this means an oil change is now $92 after tax. They just add these by default, they dont tell you that this is happening.I will not spend another dime at this service department. They are incompetent for ordering and repairs, and they price gouge. Bachman never gave me any trouble on service, so Ill be going back there. The service department is jeopardizing the likelihood that I will return to this dealership for me or my wife for our 7th and 8th Subaru. We get a new car on average every 2-3 years. Buyer beware, great sales staff, awful/shady service department.

Subaru did a great job fixing my car. Josh Pate was very helpful in several ways. He was knowledgable and understood my persona situation! He and the team gave me a reasonable price and got the car fixed in a remarkable timely fashion.

This location is all-around great. The sales rep, Joe Flippin, helped my husband and me find exactly what we wanted.Last week we had the first oil change in our new SUV. Fast and friendly service.I highly recommend this location.

The staff is friendly enough, but service schedulers dont always agree on what scheduled maintenance is required for a vehicle. However they are quick to resolve issues, scheduling is fairly easy, and quality of work is acceptable. Wait for coupons in the mail, or check their website prior to having service done.

We had been shopping for an Ascent for 2 years and when we saw that Subaru was running 0% financing, we knew we had to finally make the purchase. We had used Neil Huffman Subaru for service for the past few years and based on that great experience, we wanted to buy from them. We called and talked to Jay, the sales manager, told him what we were looking for and he gave us a deal we could not turn down. With the quarantine in effect, they had everything set up so we could purchase while still maintaining KY social distancing practices. Deontae and Jay were amazing to work with and I don’t have to tell you how much we love our Ascent! The team at Neil Huffman Subaru are unbeatable!!!!

Mine and my husband’s experience recently, with purchasing our first Subaru, was amazing. Jay and Deontae were courteous, patient, never pushy and when we finally decided on our car, they made us feel special when we picked it up. Would definitely recommend purchasing a Subaru here.

During the stay-at-home order, we wanted to be able to capitalize on the incentives Subaru offered, so with minimal interaction, we were able to safely test drive, negotiate, and drive away in our new Forester!

I called about a vehicle, was told it was available, the morning I am to go, they call and said it was sold. No problem. Then I get a call saying its not sold, and I received an email from the Manager saying he was ready to make me an offer he ordinarily wouldnt be able to do. So, I called again to confirm, and even though I had an appt. before, now they tell me I cant come in to drive, due to COVID19, I also find out(because they told me so) the email from the General Manager was nothing more than a form letter type of thing, no personal involvement at all. I lost faith in the dealership, even though I had purchased 2 cars there for my wife. Very disappointed, not their best work. Poor communication and lack of sincerity.

I am a single mother of 3 daughters and waited a long time to buy myself a nice car and knew I wanted a Honda Accord and when I saw the accord I bought on the website I called about it and was told yes it had a backup camera but when I actually got to the dealership I was told it didn’t work but for the price of 480.00 they could repair it and add it to my financing. I have never had one so for that price I can live without it. Then when I got home I discovered under the paper floor mats there were no regular floor mats. I thought they would be included with the car but apparently not. Salesman was nice enough. I bought a used CRV from Neil Huffman in Clarksville last year and the service has been outstanding and I wish I would have just went back to them. Probably won’t recommend this Subaru dealership to anyone. Not a good experience. I don’t understand why backup camera was on the website when it doesn’t even work
