My wife took her car there under the direction of a guy who worked for Big O and highly recommended them. I could not tell you why he did because they told us the throttle body was just going to have to be replaced and that it would be 1200 dollars. With all of my mechanic friends very suspicious of that I take a look and find that one reason it was running so much worse just since seeing them was that they didnt even connect (what looked to be) a pretty important air hose to the engine. Furthermore when she asked initially if they had tried cleaning it the man replied its an electronic one you cant clean it. What???? So long story short they tried to steal a lot from us, an 8 dollar can of throttle body cleaner fixed it (by me, not a mechanic) in about 10 minutes after watching one video. Just awful to think people have practices like this and are this inept at times, maybe it was a fluke, ill NEVER be back. CHARGED 125 DOLLARS TO BREAK OUR CAR MORE!!! THE GALL!!!! The thing the arrow is pointing to should definitely be securely connected, and a technician should DEFINITELY know that you are capable of cleaning the throttle body at the air intake. Beyond that I assumed the best of them, that they did this because Honda really does only sell the throttle body and position sensor together, so I thought they only use genuine parts, but after reading another review I have found out that isnt true, and so they are even worse!ADDITION: OH AND ALL THESE FAKE REVIEWS! I mean reallly? No one posts a review about their 100,000 mile service being so smooth. Like exactly how its supposed to be. People review based on a surprise be it good or bad. Oh my goodness you all should be ashamed!

I was in from out of town when my radiator blew. Went to these guys and was blown away by their service!First off, it was a Friday and when I told them I was only in from out of town for a few days (they’re closed on weekends) they jumped through hoops to get me fixed up that day.Not only that, Shae drove me in his personal car up to the nearest outlet mall to grab some food while I waited.These guys are fantastic. My car was fixed and running great within a few hours at a fair price and I was ABSOLUTELY blown away by their customer service. They treated me this well knowing I was in from out of town and probably would never be back.I would 100% recommend them to anybody. Thanks you guys! Keep being awesome!

Refuse to take either of our vehicles (Silverado & 4Runner) to anyone else in the Louisville Area. Honest, trustworthy and excellent customer service. Helped me address a possible warranty issue with a dealer on one vehicle and didnt even charge me for diagnosing after realizing it should be covered. I would have saved over $1K if I would have taken my truck to them earlier due to a misdiagnosis by numerous other shops. Excellent work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Just recently brought my mustang and had suspension work done, don and his team took the up most care as if it were their own and did a superb job. Every time I have brought my vehicle it has been the same treatment, theres no run around with these guys and it feels good to be able to trust a business the way I can with these guys. Ask for Don when youre in, excellent individual and runs an awesome staff!

First off, the level of expertise at this shop is second to none. Hands down.I brought my Honda in for routine maintenance, I was contacted in a timely and courteous fashion.Don was by far the most pleasurable shop owner/ operator that I have ever come across.Pricing was fair and they even cleaned my car!!Strongly recommend anyone to pay Auto Diagnostics and Repair center a visit.Clean shop, great folks.I will be returning for all of my auto repair needs.

We just started using Auto Diagnostics for our Fleet vans, and even our personal vehicles because we like them so much! Quality service, QUICK at getting your car done. Usually everything is done same day, in a very fast time frame. We have no complaints.

Excellent shop. First the staff are friendly and very helpful, and the whole shop was really clean. They are also very reasonably priced and check through everything thoroughly to make sure they are repairing the right thing and not overcharging you for something that doesnt actually need to be repaired. Like another reviewer said they didnt try and sell me anything I didnt need and my final cost was actually LOWER then what they quoted to me at the beginning! On top of everything else the repairs I had done were performed very fast, they used quality parts and overall did a great job. I would seriously recommend these guys to anyone I know and if I have car troubles again this is where I am heading back to.

Terrible prices and customer service. They will price gouge you and tell you straight to your face they are doing it. Do yourself a favor and call around to price your service out because I guarantee every other place is much cheaper and much more honest. If you choose to do business with these people, best of luck to you because you are taking a big gamble on what you are getting.

Have been to them for two cars. Their knowledge of various mechanical issues is huge. I took my first car in for a second opinion and was super impressed with the level of honesty. Oh, I didnt need what the chain store said I did. At least not yet (30,000 miles ago)!

They always take great care of our vehicles -- weve taken multiple makes and models there and they are knowledgeable about all! Always able to find the problem and repair, and never recommended any work that isnt necessary for our cars to be safe and efficient.

My Traverse gave a service battery charging system notification. I was close to Auto Diagnostics and went there. The repair apparently is arduous. It took 3 days and $951 for the alternator to be replaced. My battery gauge began fluctuating immediately after the repair but there was no new warning. After one week I called in to ask about the fluctuating gauge. I was given to the mechanic that did the work and he said thats completely normal because these new alternators charge more when needed and less when there is low need. The next week the charging system failed on the weekend. I called the following Monday and the owner said hed be glad to fix it but I told him I couldnt let my vehicle be tied up for 3 days. That was a heated point of contention during which I mustve frightened the owner. He quietly left a letter of admonishment and a check for full refund in my home mailbox without calling or texting. I took the vehicle to Champion Chevrolet. They replaced the battery because it had a dead cell, and they replaced the alternator. The alternator installed by Auto Diagnostics was an after market unit not GM. The total cost from Champion was $850. The battery gauge stays solidly at one notch above 14, no fluctuation. They said it should not fluctuate unlike what the Auto Diagnostics mechanic said. If you have an important repair and you choose to use Auto Diagnostics beware of cheaper replacement parts but full blast expense.

I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT Auto Diagnostic and Repair in middletown, ky. I HAVE A 2000 CHEV BLAZER I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE LEFT TURN SIGNAL NOT WORKING RIGHT. I WAS TOLD IT WAS A FLASHER CONTROLER, I REPLACED IT TURNING SIGNAL CONTROLLER IN THE STERING COLUMN REPLACED IT. $$$$$$$$$$. I WAS TOLD IT WAS A BAD GROUND. I GIVE UP I WENT TO ANOUTHER SHOP THEY SENT ME TO Auto Diagnostic and Repair. I CALLED AND TALKED TO DAVE HE SAID BRING IT IN. I DID WITH IN 4 HR. I GOT A CALL TRAILER HITCH WIRING HARNESS HAD A SHORT IN IT. I FEEL I WAS CHARGED FAIRLY. I WOULD HAVE SPENT A LOT MORE $$$$$ AT A DEALER. THANKS DARRYL
