Kyle, Dennis, and Zach always take such great care of me! I appreciate everything and everyone so much!! They make you feel like family and are super friendly and helpful! When I wasn’t able to get a loaner, Kyle made sure I had a ride home, thanks to Tommy taking me. The whole service experience is always exceptional, and I am very grateful to be able to have my car taken care of by such amazing people! I cant say enough about Audi of Louisville. Even though with the chip shortage there are a lack of available cars, they were very diligent on helping find the vehicle that I was looking for even though I wasnt exactly sure what that was. Victor, my sales person, was knowledgeable regarding all the vehicles and he went above and beyond making sure I was in the vehicle I truly wanted with the features that were the most important to me. Once I figured that out, financing was a breeze. There was no high pressure sales and I am thrilled with my Q5. Possibly the nicest car I have ever owned.

Audi of Louisville of Bluegrass Motorsport truly goes above and beyond for their Customers. Upon purchasing an Audi from another Dealership, we had our vehicle serviced by Audi and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. Our technician Zach helped us navigate through Audis care plan options, to what our service entailed, to helping us with a loaner vehicle while our car was being serviced. All I can say is that I cannot recommend them enough for anyone in the market for a new car!

Recently got an oil change (supposedly) at Audi Louisville. This is the second time I’ve driven away with the oil level at 50%. This makes me wonder if they even changed the oil. I called to express my concern, was directed to the service manager, and went straight to voicemail. I left a voicemail expressing my concern and left my name and number. I haven’t heard back yet. At this same service, I asked them to take a look at my tires, especially since I’m making a 10hr trip soon. I had to put air in one of them. They told me there’s a nail, the tire can’t be patched, and I’d have to buy a new tire (approximately $450 for tire and labor). Again, I was suspicious. So, I went to Big O Tires and they patched it up just fine. Big O shook their heads at Audi for telling me I needed a new tire.I don’t know what it is with Audi trying to cheat me. I’m no longer getting serviced by them.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Audi Louisville, which was made extra special by Debbie McNeilly (the Audi Brand Specialist who I *luckily* got matched with). Purchasing a car in the current market/climate is extremely difficult. I called many many dealerships across Illinois, Indiana and Ohio and no one had a single new Q5 in stock, nor could they give me an ETA on when the next one would be available. Due to the current car shortage, many dealerships will not assist in locating and transporting a car (known as dealer trading) nor are they offering any type of flexibility financially. Debbie not only assured me that getting a car ASAP wouldnt be a problem, she even worked with me to get a lease that actually made sense for me and my situation - I felt understood, taken care of and most importantly - that she was there to support me and not judge or take advantage. Further, she got the car to me, in another city, in less than 24 hours. Talk about SERVICE. Lastly but incredibly important - being a woman shopping for a car will swiftly remind you that you are, in fact, the minority on the lot. Its ironic that the first and only female associate I got in touch with treated me better than he last 10 salesmen I attempted to do business with. Thank you Audi Louisville and thank you Debbie!!!

Have had 2 Audis for a couple years and have been pleased with how Audi of Louisville has taken care of the vehicles. In particular, during our last visit with a service to our A5, there was confusion over a pre-paid maintenance agreement we had purchased. The service manager, Jordan, was gracious enough to take care of the service even though there was a problem with the plan we had bought. Definitely appreciated it!

I required some relatively minor body work (still, $3000). While the dealer did not have a body shop on site, after a little confusion, they stepped in and made themselves the single point of contact so I did not have to deal separately with the body shop or a car rental company. That made the process easier. Bonus, I have rental car coverage and they gave me an Audi to drive the whole time. I doubt my insurance company pays a rental rate that most of us think covers an Audi so that was very cool. The car needed to have the sensors worked on by the dealer but any transfers from Precision Collision and Audi was transparent to me. This was the easiest process of getting a car repaired as I have experienced. I would have thought they were the same company. The only downside was with Audi the car company not the dealer. They had a 3 - 4 month back order on a bumper which for $200 they expedited. Precision coordinated this with my insurance company which was also cooperative. I found out because Precision was considerate enough to call me and update me, without me having to call and ask what was taking so long. Another improvement from my previous experiences with body shop repairs.

If you’re even considering getting a new vehicle, go to Audi of Louisville. A long-time BMW driver, I went to Audi on a whim because I was tired of receiving low-grade customer service at a LUXURY dealership. For 10 years I’ve been with BMW, and between service & sales, I was always left frustrated or at least underwhelmed. That’s a review for a different page.I was so surprised upon walking into Audi. Not only was I greeted quickly, I was given info quickly, viewed a vehicle type that I was considering, test drove and signed the papers probably under two hours. The cars speak for themselves, but my saleswoman Debbie, was amazing. She was knowledgeable to the core and never once made me feel like we were playing a game of poker, trying not reveal our hand before the other.She shot everything straight and was so helpful. It doesn’t end after I signed the papers — in fact it got even better. When I arrived the next day to pick up my new Q3, I signed my papers with Maxwell and was again pleasantly surprised by his demeanor, insight and quickness. He was not in a hurry, and made sure every question I had was answered.After I signed, I not only got my keys in a box, they were presented to me with a lightning chord for my phone that matched my interior, an Audi cleaning cloth for my dash, AND my license plate from my previous vehicle that had been WASHED and put in an envelope to transfer to the new vehicle after the 30 day period.I was absolutely astounded as this has never been done for me. After being shown all of the ins and outs of my new vehicle, I was told about their car wash and said I’d be welcome to bring the car there for cleaning and that it would be cleaned with any service.At bmw, after dropping thousands for service, I never once picked up my vehicle cleaned/detailed - ever. Not even a simple run through their car wash at their brand new facility was ever done.If you are buying luxury and want your money to be worth it, and you’d like to be treated like you’re at a luxury dealership, DO NOT go anywhere else. Audi will without a doubt take care of you and go above & beyond.Thanks Debbie & Maxwell for my best car buying experience ever.

We purchase a Q 5 2 days ago we were driving to Columbus Ohio when we got a flat tire, we call the Audi road assistant waited 8 hours just to find out there was not spare tire, on the top of that they sell this car with simmer tires we call Bob Barry the sales Manager and he had the gots to tell us we can drive with a flat tire for 50 miles really ????Who says that horrible horrible experience the worst .And on the top of that they do not want to help with fixing this tires and give us the right ones this is a fraud

Went in for a 10K mile service. The tech recommended new tires. I find this ironic since the car was purchased from this dealer 4 months and 6k mile ago. The tires still have ample tread and are not in need of replacement. No reference to the tire replacement recommendation was on my service order. The basic service was performed on time and without any issues.In my experience, service has never been an issue with Bluegrass Audi. Maintenance is performed on time and correct the first time.

Service department is outright terrible and couldn’t care less about the inconvenience they will cause you. Had tires rotated and resulted in car shaking uncontrollably and suspension warning light on the dash. Emailed since it was after hours but no response. Manager was annoyed that I eventually just called directly and proceeded to talk over me, loudly, stating it wasn’t their fault but some other underlying issue, although my inspection sheet shows every system was in working order according to their technician. Taking to an independent shop as I deserve respect after the amount of money I paid and the hassle I am now trying to resolve.

Service department has been consistently poor. There is absolutely no communication between service technician and the customer, and very poor communication between liaisons . Intermediary liaisons are not thorough or accurate, and are often quite rude. Audis are beautiful cars, but honestly not worth having to deal with their service department .

Lavine was patient (it took us six months to decide which car to get), friendly and professional while helping us choose the perfect car. After the purchase, I called on a few separate occasions with questions. Lavine responded promptly (one day was even his day off). Friendly, dependable customer service is hard to find, but not at Audi Louisville. I highly recommend Lavine at Audi Louisville.

The service lead mishandled the entire experience from beginning to end. I was having routine maintenance done on my car. The service lead originally told me that the service would be due in a day. Therefore, I returned that evening to find that the car had not been touched and no communication had been provided to me that the car would be done. To their credit, they gave me a nice SUV to take for the weekend. I was told my car would be completed on Monday.On Monday, the same service lead then text me letting me know that I needed to have my brakes changed, which is fine. However, his sales approach stated that if I don’t change my rear brakes I would be putting my family in danger as his opening line. I was extremely put off by this approach and expressed my frustration and distaste. If I could have taken my car to another Audi dealer at this point, I would have but the next nearest is in Indy. I agreed to get the brakes done and the technician tells me my car will be done on Tuesday morning. So, at 9:00am on Tuesday I arrive at the dealership after texting and calling three times to ensure my car was done so I didn’t waste a trip. No responses on the text and the front desk couldn’t answer my questions. To no one surprise reading this review, the car wasn’t completed and once I arrived, no one could actually tell me when the car could be completed. It was only when I communicated that I would need to take their loaner car on a long trip did I get a timeline and expedited service.After the entire service was completed, I was even more frustrated when I charged for gas in the loaner car after the service lead told me the gas would be of no charge. They did refund me, but why make me go through the hassle.The whole experience has made me begin to look for another car so that I don’t have to deal with that service center again.The reason it is not a one star review is they did provide a 10% discount on the products and the work completed did seem very good.

My check engine light came on in my 2014 TDI A6 prestige - I had never been to Audi Louisville in the past but needed this checked out so went to their service department. They were incredibly nice and accommodating. While there we looked at their new inventory and found a beautiful new A6 Allroad. Love at first site. The staff was so nice we had the warrantied repair done and went home with the new car too! My husband and I are thrilled with new car and very happy to have found our new dealer. I highly recommend Bluegrass Motorsports and Audi Louisville. They went out of their way to make our service and new car purchase experiences easy and a pleasure.

VERY DISHONEST!!! I received an oil change. The next morning there was oil on my garage floor. Took the car back to the dealership exactly 3 weeks later to get looked at. They said it would be $1,500 to fix the oil leak. Went to a different mechanic for a second opinion and he replaced the oil plug for $20. Since the oil plug has been changed not one drop of oil on my clean garage floor.ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION.Do not think that they will not take advantage of you. I thought I could trust the dealership. They almost got one past me.

Absolutely did a great job getting me in and out on short notice (needed a replacement tire). Would have given five stars but I was third in line with the assigned service manager. There were two others without customers and I wanted to do was say here are the keys so the mechanic can get started putting on the new tire (it was already on the wheel which I had dropped off earlier) and I can do the paperwork when my guy is available but they had no interest in helping me. Lack of teamwork cost them a star.

Special recognition is due to Audi of Louisville, and in particular Zachary Boyatt and the service department team. My Audi Q7 was having AC cooling problems. The Audi team really dove into it, and eventually fixed the issue. But what was really impressive, besides the loaner car accommodation and final results, was the communication by Zach throughout the process, and the fairness of billing at the end. Great job Zach and Audi of Louisville.

Once we purchased they provided all the options without being pushy and they spent about an hour going over all the details of the car and getting everything programed and set up and personalized to us.

Charged $185 diagnostic charge just to tell me what my mechanic already told me (the fault code). Then what is this $15.73 environmental charge? Sounds totally bogus. Totally regret bringing them the car; it was a waste of money. Could have gotten the same information from advance Auto part or AutoZone for free. I dont know why anyone goes to a dealership, I only went because my personal mechanic said they could maybe try some electronic things...when I call the Volkswagen mechanic he asked if the dealer attempted these tuningor electronic things just to make sure and I dont think they did.Also, the receipt is stupid. It did not say that the transmission is blown, it said recommend a flush even though the technician said that the transmission was totally blown and needed to be replaced. Due to this receipt, I lost a mediation dispute between AAA and the tow truck company in which the tow truck company had previously agreed to compensate me for the transmission blowing whilst they refused to tow the car because they said it had adequate coolant and was not overheating. I emailed Audi several times to fix the receipt and they never replied.Honestly I wouldnt have even left a review but Audi keeps sending me emails asking for my opinion so here you go.

I have used Bluegrass Audi’s service department for almost 10 years, and my husband and I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with them over the years. Up until this year I’ve always been very pleased with their service department and their representatives, especially Bob Grider. My last 2 visits, both of which occurred this year, have been disasters, and I do not plan on going back and I will no longer recommend them. Their new employees in the service department are not helpful, knowledgeable, or accommodating, and as a result, I will not purchase another Audi. The service manager doesn’t even bother returning customers’ calls, which is really indicative of how badly managed this place is. It used to be a pleasure to take my car to them for maintenance issues, but it has turned into a nightmare.

Went in to purchase a specific 2020 Audi A4. Noticed the right back had what appeared to be some sort of damage. Took it to a local collision center to have the damage verified. Compound was on car along with overspray and orange peeling. Bob the sales manager came out as I went over the damage on the vehicle and showed him what the collision center went over with me. Bob DID NOT want to discuss it, talk about it, and Was extremely rude when I called them out as the normal person would not have noticed the damage. Very shady and unethical. Back door was not even flush. Beware as they are dishonest! Bob is extremely unprofessional! If you choose to buy an Audi here, I highly recommend you go over it with a fine tooth comb as they seem to try and sell you damaged vehicles for a hefty price. And they aren’t even good at hiding the damage! Unbelievable! Stay away!!Following up with the response. The door had bondo which was below the door handle and created a low spot. Compound was all in the seal of the door and the door was protruding. There was overspray near the rear lamp and right side bumper cover. Along with back glass. May want to take that up with Precision. Again, how Bob handled it and getting upset with me for pointing out the obvious poor repairs was extremely unprofessional. At the time BOb did not apologize, was more worried about taking the key and getting me off the lot. Never offered to show another vehicle, which the integrity of this dealership, I would never buy here. Lost his cool because you tried to sell me a 37,000 damaged car?!! Customer service and red carpet treatment is very far from the truth.

It was a long process due to the natue of the issue, BUT Kyle, Dennis, Jay and others took great care of me during the process. They truly went above and beyond in so many ways. I was never without a vehicle! A loaner was always provided when needed (lookiing forward to owning that A6 one day ;)), and they even brought it right to our home to make everything easier and more convenient for our family. I love my Audi and I love that whenever I go there for any service (even an oil change) I get a loaner car so Im not inconvenienced. Who else does that?Communication could honestly be better between the mechanics and the service department. Somehow the ball is dropped on relaying messages and keeping the customer informed for some reason. HOWEVER, Zack in the service department is outstanding. Absolutely above and beyond kind of guy and I really appreciate him. He has made a couple of frustrating experiences (communication issues) so much better. I still give this place 5 stars because of him and the loaner vehicles.

Took my audi there to get an oil change scheduled it for the first thing when they opened. I showed up promptly and was the first car there. Told the guy I would wait yet 2hrs of waiting i went back inside to see what the process was and was told he didnt realize I was waiting...I went home and received a call around 3pm that my car was ready to be picked up. I returned to the store and was told its ABOUT ready they were washing it and will pull it around. I sat In front of the building directly in view of the front doors and 30mins goes by and I walk back inside and was told oh they are pulling it around. After another 10mins I took the time to survey the parking lot and what do you know my car was parked on the side of the building and no where near the front or the side where the service department is. I dont understand how I was supposed to see my car if they parked it over there as if they parked it to hide it...so I left.Today I took my car to get a quart of oil because it notified me to continue driving please add. So I did. Was directed to pull into the bay. By the time I got back into my car and pulled in he was gone. Waited 6mins or so and an older heavyweight gentleman approached me and asked if I had been helped I told him I dont know if the guy was coming back but I just needed a quart of oil. He told a guy to do what I needed and he came out to give me oil but after the quart of oil he added antifreeze and then continued to pour it on my engine cabin by the vents. I still cant figure out why when it has a 10in nozzle on the end of it. But even after that he didnt wipe it off and he didnt replace my oil cap. Seems those two things were too complex for him to accomplish. After calling the dealer to report the mistakes and high idling and shaking everything I pressed the gas pedal and the obvious engine light being on. I received a call back 3hrs later not saying sorry for the inconvenience or no remorse to the situation. But to let me know yes that will Cause the check engine light to be activated. I dont know if its because Im an African American or what but I see how they treat others and cant say Ive felt welcomed...but its 2021 and I want them to know I love seeing them serve me. I wont give up on the all CAUCASIAN staff. If problems continue then so be it, someone will be out of a job before my feelings ever get hurt. Its sad this still goes on in 2021.

I took my 2013 A4 in for repair at Audi of Louisville. They said it would cost $7600 for a new head, valves, and cams. I agreed for them to repair my car, only for Audi to call me two days later and say they wouldn’t repair it. At the time of picking up my car I payed $280 for an inspection fee. Mind you, I expected them to fix my car not just inspect it. When paying for the inspection fee I asked the manager Dennis Woods how many cars they turn away and he stated very few. I then said “hmm” and for some reason Mr. Woods turned towards me, leaned in tilting his head and said “hmmmm” with a patronizing tone.The next day I took my car to another well-known automotive garage. They listen to my car for one minute and said it was an exhaust cam. They have since replaced my exhaust cam for $1,300 and my car runs perfectly again.Mr. Woods was insulting, their inspection was wildly inaccurate, The only thing I received from the inspection was a list of error codes, and I shouldn’t had pay for an inspection fee if they turn my car away.

Audi of Lousiville offered an excellent value on the purchase and maintenance contracts on my Q5 SUV. My sales representative - Frank Eaves did a superb job of explaining the sales and maintenance pricing. I enjoyed working the sales mgr and Finance mgr during the sales closing process.Purchasing my Q5 was a pleasant experience at Audi of Louisville.

Had a wonderful experience at Audi, had to get some touch-up paint and they had to order the color for me. I liked how friendly everyone was that I interacted with. The service people are very kind and super understanding. They answered all of my questions and were very good at explanations. I also got a beautiful keychain that I had wanted for a while.

I bought a certified Audi TT online from Audi Louisville, based on photos and certification paperwork. I live in FL and when the car got to me, it had a huge nail in the front left tire that our local tire place said had been in the tire quite some time. I was also a bit disappointed in the number of scratches on the car, mainly below the doors and on the back bumper, and on the window molding. But thats a chance you take when you buy online. It just wasnt my idea of a certified vehicle, based on past experience. They were pleasant enough to deal with, but I was told the car underwent extensive check points, so somebody dropped the ball there. The sales manager, Bob did contact me and made a repair on the window molding, and I am very appreciative of that.
