The staff was great, the store had some stock in the back, but I wasnt really blown away at the stock on the shelves, they unfortunately didnt have what I needed but they happily gave me some suggestions.

Purchased supplies for oil change. Had factory equivalent parts in stock. Pricing was reasonable.Needed new ratchet, staff was very helpful in finding a suitable product taking there time to ensure I knew the differences in products on offer to find exactly what I was looking for.This was all less that 20 mins before close for this location. Never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Will definitely be returning for when I need tools or supplies.

I really used to enjoy coming here but I feel the customer service this visit was subpar at best. Everyone was just not paying attention to customers waiting in line.Update: my last visit to this location was a very positive experience and really seemed to go well.

I wanna give a shout to to the guy that was working the front desk today I came in their lost because I Did not know where I was at and I was walking I tried to go into 6 other places just trying to use a phone or a charger cause my phone was dead I walked in and asked the guy at the front for a cellphone I did not have no numbers memorized so I would of had to use Faceboook or messenger instead of him saying no like the other 6 places he went above and beyond to help me and ended up getting my phone charged and was able to get ahold of my parents to pick me up the world needs more people like him I just want to say thankyou man I really appreciate it because I would of prolly had to sleep on the street for the night thankyou so much

Amazing service. Honestly. walked in with no info other than year and make and my car outside needing a battery and air filter. He came out to check my engine type to get me the right air filter and installed my new battery quickly and free of service charge and disposed of my old battery and even told me what they did with it when I asked (send it off to be recycled). My dad has been a long time Napa customer for this very reason since before I was born and now that Im 28 and states away Im just as big of a fan. In a world where customer service is not servicing the customer I appreciate the old approach napa has with their customers.

I had a two-year old battery go bad that Id bought here. I couldnt find the original receipt, but they gave me zero hassle about getting a (pro-rated) refund, which saved me more than $100.

Our car was having electrical issues and died on the road, so we had it towed here hoping to have a few diagnostics performed to see if it was the alternator or the battery that needed replacing. Instead, we were given attitude about the fact the tow driver dropped off our car in the handicap spot, and then told that they dont have the tools to replace the alternator anyway. Then we were told it would be an $88 core charge to have them remove the alternator. All we wanted was a diagnostic and the ability to buy the alternator. Not helpful at all. I wish I could 0 star this location.

The employees are always super nice and educated. Whoever does the online ordering for there website.....not so much. Will definitely continue to shop there.

The staff was helpful, and knowledgeable, which is exactly what you want from an auto parts establishment. And, even though I popped into the store a mere 15 minutes before they closed, I was not met with attitude, or a disapproving sigh from the employees, but with pleasant helpful approach.As a DIY guy, with an affinity for BMWs Ive found typically I have to order most every single part I need online, otherwise Im simply paying a premium for an auto parts place to do the sane, and yet I still end up having to wait none the less. This is even including items as simple as an oil filter, that is a routine regular maintenance item, 90%+ of other chain stores in town dont stock them.However, the Lyndon area Napa does, grant it they dont have every part, but its definitely nice to know theres a place in town that have majority of the basics when you need them, at a fair price.

Terrible customer service. Was just in there and the girl was rude. Acted like she knew more about my car than I did. Dont tell me all parts are the same because they arent. Shame, I was hoping to make this place my auto parts store. The stores in this neighborhood though all have bad customer service though. It should have been no surprise.

I needed a sensor and he wouldn’t match Advance’s price. I went to Advance and got it for 31.99! NAPA wanted 66.50. Oh well.

Most helpful Auto parts store in area. Usually has the parts in stock unlike competition on East side of town.

Called this store asking if a specific part was in stock at this location. Employee said yes, I asked if he could hold it for me, said yes took my name and number. Show up to the store same day and they act like they don’t know what I’m talking about and they don’t have it at this store. They want to send me literally across town to get it. I’ll think twice before I use Napa for parts again.
