A very pleasant man helped me with my car. Unfortunately for me it turned out I bought cars at a different business the last time. Walmart was going to see what it could do for me, but my tires are under warranty. Very helpful as opposed to Big o, which I will not be going back to after I get my warranty repair

My daughter needed two new tires. I found them online at this Wal Mart. She went the next morning to have them installed and was met by a very friendly manager who went out of his way to help her, along with his associates. He even took a phone call from me so we would be on the same page as to how I wanted them mounted and found he was already headed in that direction. Great service and friendly people.

It’s always nice to have car at Walmart auto for service and oil, tier replacement. In thanksgiving special tire discounts save your money and free alignment during the lifetime of tires. I experienced did you? Don’t wait and pay for service and value and relax in life.

I would have given 5 stars except the person in automotive that test drove my car after I got 4 tires was rude and nasty. I politely asked him did he know how much longer it would be and he looked at me with discuss and said when I get finished. Not sure what his problem was but I would have went to management on him but I had a Drs. appt at 9:30a. Thats the reason I was asking because Id been there since before they opened at 6:30a. It was approximately 8:30a when I asked the question. Didnt get his name but he was a older Caucasian man. VERY RUDE, and he didnt park my car he just backed it out of the bay and let it sit facing the opposite way of me in the middle of the parking lot. I wont deal with him ever....Otherwise everyone else that I came in contact with was very nice!

Customer service was good, but it took SO long to get our car back and one of their windshield wiper books had a mistake which cost us even more time.

3 hr wait! They need more help. And the workers need more pay. $11/hr isn’t enough and the company has the money to pay more. It’s not rockets science. You clearly always have the demand. Pay up so both your employees and customers are happy.

The staff are rude. The one staff member they put on register, barely speaks English. They have no respect for their customers. And they take so long to work on a simple problem.

Strongly recommend NOT coming here. Came for a free rotation and balance, as per my paid warranty. A week later, I have a flat. Was told that even with the warranty it would be $70 to replace it.Then two weeks later, I come out to my car in the morning and have another flat, but this time, its the tire across from the new one. Im told its going to take two hours, and they will not be replacing the tire, even with the warranty, but patching it instead. Then a mechanic came to speak with me, and said: We cant patch it, so we have to replace it, but it will be $10 which isnt the worst case scenario.Maybe its just managed poorly, because the manager is the one that gave me the misinformation, I dont know.This will be my very last time bringing my car here for any sort of service.Maybe they would have better reviews if theyre wait times werent so bad....and I hesitate to end my review here, because the story may change again. But mine wont, so let me reiterate.This will be my very last time bringing my car here for any sort of service.

I give a 3 star rating based on that it appears that they were able to do all I asked and within a reasonable time frame. I had tires rotated, new battery, and oil change in less than an hour. They suffer in the area of customer service. Its a bit of a process to even figure out what to do when you get there. Having to haul my new battery across the lot wasnt an ideal situation either. You get what you pay for and the prices are of course Wal-Mart reasonable, so just be prepared that the situation may not go as smoothly as at a real auto center.

Ive been bringing my cars here for years and have never had a horrible experience as I did today. No one wants to work. I walk in and the lady tells me to take my car to the bay. I wait over 20 minutes before someone helps me. I only saw two people actually working. The others were walking around. After they determined I needed a new tire it took over 30 more minutes for someone to put the tire on when it had already been pulled from stock. I saw the guy working on my car walking around the bay on his cell phone. He was actually changing my tire while on his cell phone. Come on people! Go home if you dont want to work. Let someone who appreciates the opportunity have it.

Customer service is terrible, it doesn’t matter if you show up early or if you’re the only one there you will wait just to be greeted. I once tried to get a quick oil change after work a full hour before they closed and was refused service. Pathetic. Tried them again and was the only one waiting and was told there would be a 2 hour wait. Get it together.

Got the oil changed in my car. Service was prompt & price was reasonable. But technician did not reset the change oil indicator on my dash so I have to go back. 😡

Depends when you go. Right when they open its quick and your out. Mid day better have lots of shopping to do. My experience they only had 1 out of 2 lanes open on a weekend and 1.5hrs could have been better spent than wondering at walmart.

Very fast. I didnt have a bbn appointment for the oil change. Of course the fact that I arrived at 7:30 a.m. helped me get in and out.

All Walmart tire centers have been disappointing, but this center specifically is by far the worst I have been to. The lack of knowledge within the staff is nothing short of astounding. Every single time I have gone there, I will drop my car off and come back 4 hours later only to find that the dedicated employees at Walmart could not complete the task of replacing or rotating tires. Something that I would assume is routine work always becomes an argument as to why the job cannot be completed. For example, I spent 15 minutes arguing with the manager of the tire center because he and his team refused to put tires on my car because they were the wrong size but after taking 5 seconds to google the car and its stock tire size, I was able to educate the manager of the tire center and get my tires replaced. I am absolutely done with Walmart tire center as they have been a monumental disappointment every single time I have been in there.

Disappointing. The service gentleman was courteous in directing me on how to get service, but execution was sad. I just needed my headlamps replaced. They took a quick peek and said they’d have to remove the whole light and I’d need to go somewhere else, like a dealership or repair shop, to have that done. So instead, I (a middle aged lady that barely figured out how to open the hood) looked at a YouTube video and replaced the lamps myself in just a few minutes.

If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.......they are a bunch of idiots here.....first off they called me back because they couldnt get the key to turn, well if they were smart then they would have turned the steering wheel slightly as it was locked and it would have just turned on...then I wait for over an hour for them to tell me they cant change the oil because the last person who changed it put an over large oil plug and they couldnt get it off.....I am sure that was NOT the reason....its because I let them know how stupid they were about the whole issue with not being able to start the car.....just do not waste your time here they obviously have no clue how to do their damned job!!!!!!

I have continued to bring my car here because of the good price and it’s the only Walmart auto in my area. And I have taken my car to Walmart auto in other cities that I have lived in and never had an issue. But everytime I have brought my car here the service is awful. It takes them 15 to come wait on me and ask what I need. And when I walk into the counter they tell me I have to wait in my car until someone comes. And then they take approximately 45 minutes per car in line. I know this because I have plenty of time while waitimg for hours to do the math.

Would have rated better if it hadnt been for the terribly rude woman, Rochelle, at the counter. My boyfriend and I were waiting to pay for the service, she walked in, never even looked at us and rudely said can I help you. My boyfriend asked why she was being rude, she stated it wasnt rude to ask can I help you, which we can all agree with, however her tone was extremely rude and uncalled for. She processed our payment, threw the paperwork at us, and as we were leaving we heard her call my boyfriend a little a**hole to a co-worker. My boyfriend asked her what she said, she then stated she would come outside and beat the s*** out of my boyfriend, and proceeded to follow us out the door of the store while her co-worker tried to hold her back telling her to let it go. We found the supervisor, who didnt happen to be a manager and made us aware that there was no manager on duty at the time. We will be contacting the store and speaking with a manager about Rochelles uncalled for behavior. On a better note the oil change was fine as far as I know, they even aired up our tires, and everyone we dealt with outside in the shop was kind.

I arrived at Walmart auto care at 830 am.. I here now still at 930am.. The guys took my car back and let it sit when they could have had it done.. The reason I got was because someone was here at 7am.. #noted.. but when I arrived only one car was present..The car that they took before me was an auto care employee.. At first the manager of the auto care said he had no clue where the employees car was when I came then changed it to it was getting a oil change??!! Ok no sir your story has changed to many times. And while you all was chatting and he he ha ha -ing my car could have been recieving service.. but instead they stood DOING NOTHING waiting on someone who works with them and will be here til close.. My car was inside the tire service dept 1st..Then after the conversation the manager and another walked off and still left my car.. He was absolutely unprofessional.. while I stand here and type this he has started on another car..

This is the worst service i have ever received in my adult life, i was very disgusted, no concern for me at all??. I would suggest you try somewhere else!.. The Ferncreek location however was extremely helpful, check them out!

Don’t get an oil change here. They used the wrong grade oil for my car. It’s very easy to check and they messed it up. If this happens it can cause your car to get lower mpg than it is supposed to

Paid for 4 new tires with new valve stems, they used my old stems and I got a flat on a very busy road with my family in the car. Thank the lord for AAA. I have had the tires 2 weeks. You put the safety of my family at risk and charged me $12 for it. This is completely unacceptable and should NEVER have happened

Bought additional tire protection and my tire has a slow leak. Took it up here Monday to wait two hours for them to o ky put air in it and give it back to me. Its Friday and Ive had to put air in it twice. Currently waiting 3 hours so that they hopefully fix the issue this time.This time before I waited 2 hours to have them put on a tire and give me an oil change. To this day, neither party is sure of the oil change was actually done. Yet I keep going back. Just call me crazy smh.

They had a live concert but an upcoming country singer perform in the store. It was wonderful.

Went in to replace my 2 front tires after getting a flat. I waited for about 15 minutes just for them to tell me that they could not do any work on my car because apparently their entire crew called in sick. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a $20 off coupon which was the reason I came to the Walmart in the first place and they did not honor my coupon and treated me like I was a joke for even asking so never will ever get oil change from Walmart.

Complete incompetence. Waited 3 hours for oil change, only to have them put the wrong oil in car. They drained it, and filled it up with the wrong oil AGAIN. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else to have your car serviced.
