It is my opinion that they may have a tendency to drastically overcharge customers.I would recommend to go to Pull-a-Part or Grade A over here.

This is for the “U Pull” section. Absolutely the worst most unworkable conditions and ZERO signs telling you what row you are in. No organization so much standing water and weeds and everything smells like chemicals. Absolute trash. I would never come back here again for anything. The pulled parts are great. But stay away. Go to Pull-A-Part

I call there looking for some parts for my car, and talk to a guy very friendly but not competent, he created an account for me, asked for my address and told me that i could pick it up next day, and when i get there the guy was in Ohio and I was in Louisville and also he gave me a wrong price,for the piece I really needed they were asking 70 dollars more expensive than the new one on Ebay plus it will take 3 day to have it. I give them 2 stars just because he was very nice. But they are overpricing

We purchase parts from Bessler Auto Parts on a regular basis. The customer rep Tim Porter is very helpful and works to obtain the parts we need for our small business, in a timely manner. Returns are easy to complete. Accounting office is easy to work with as well.

Tim was a huge help getting me an affordable transmission for a 2017 Nissan Sentra. He set up a 3 year warranty to give me peace of mind and available for me in no time. A little upset at the situation I got right now. My car is in the shop and they got a transmission from you guys. They got it all put together and it is not working properly. They have called me to say you are sending them another one but that will be my warranty right off the bat. Does not seem quite right to me after spending over 2000 dollars and my vehicle has not even left the mechanic shop. I would think you would stand behind your parts more than that. Will update review depending on how the situation ends.

Only months after the extended warranty period for a new engine on my 2006 Honda Civic ran out at the end of 2016, I was in a bind and suddenly found myself needing to replace it due to a cracked engine block. I looked at all of my options and Bessler had by far, the best offering because of both their price and warranty. Cant say enough good things about my interactions with the people at Bessler. Will definitely be working with them again!

Purchased a part -spoke to April (#246), agreed on a price, I paid for it, was told to wait a week to receive it, after a week when I called to get a status of shipment, was told its on the way .The following day they called me back to tell me that the vehicle disappeared and I wont get my part, so dissapoonted that my vehicle was at the shop for no reason . 3 days later, money was still not refunded to my account . Had to call back to speak with the manager, Adam to take care of this matter. Very unprofessional

Lynn has always been the most help ever! I have came to her for my automotive part needs for years!

I thought I received a good deal on a new engine for my car. I also paid for a $250 warranty.However, my new engine started to have troubles less than a week later. They advised me to go to a reputable local shop to get a quote on what needed to be fixed and they would pay. I took it to two separate places who ran diagnostics and both agreed that the problems should be covered by my warranty.Bessler disagreed. They twisted their words and weasled their way out of what I paid for. Bessler is in the business of misleading and screwing over their customers to save a few bucks. In a business where having a good relationship with customers for referrals and repeated business, these people are the absolute worst. DO NOT go to Bessler unless you want to get cheated out of your hard earned money.

After i looked and looked for a new wheel on my 2005 toyota camry. I got word from an employee i work with that this place was good abd i should tey it out after i was told by toyota this part would be $488 before labor. Of course i was more than dissappointed untill i walked in and the service woman helped. She was very knowledgable and got me in and out with the part i need less than 100 dollars! Im overly excited!!! Will recommend to family and friends!!
