This one is the best one of the Napa stores it is the main one.on college street. But the prices are a bit higher than the other parts houses. And warranties arent as good in me opinion.

Went to pick up a part I had ordered online & the store was closed. I arrived at 655PM....the store was not supposed to close until 730PM. Wow

Well I ordered parts and it said it would be at the store and ready in 30mins, and it was not. It wasnt the associates fault but and error that needs to be address by corporate. I am very disappointed with Napa auto parts.

Always have part I need

Waited in store. No line of people.employees did not even acknowledge I was there. Store phone rang, employee answered it before even asking of i could be helped. I just wanted a wrench. No help. Employees ignored me for about 10 minutes so I just left while employee was on the phone. At least 4 employees there. Two customers including myself. What a way to do business!

I came in not knowing the name of the piece I needed. I explained what had broke in my laymans terms, and told the associate what had happened. He was super nice and helpful. Came out to see the problem, looked up the parts, and even tried to help after finding out the part is a dealer only piece. Thanks for all the help today, and I did make it home safe thanks to his advice.

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store has a great selection of auto parts that you might need. But dont expect a speedy checkout because they have to type everything in to the computer and print a full-page (8-1/2 x 11) receipt, even if youre just buying brake fluid or motor oil.

The staff is extremely friendly and patient. Dominique, in particular, is especially pleasant and helpful.

Better parts than AutoZone and tools that aren’t all made in China.

If I could give them less than one star I would. They are constantly giving me the wrong parts. The people that work there are very lazy. I have looked up a part on line. Their website shows that the part was in stock at this store. I have gone in and the parts counter people have told me they dont carry that part at all. Not that it wasnt in stock but that Napa didnt carry it. I have had to look it up on my phone show them that it exists in their inventory. Once they figured out I was going to go away easily then they would finally help and miraculously find the part. This has happened time and time again. Any advice I have gotten from them ended up being horrific advice. I have had numerous parts fail. I went through several starters before I got a good one. I wish it wasnt this way. They are right around the corner from me. From now on I will go somewhere else.

Found the best deal in town on a three-bolt chevy starter for a 64 chevy truck . GREAT PLACE!!.

Worst customer service ever!The guy took my money and disappeared for a solid 10 mins. He couldnt find the ink marker to check my 20$. Then came back and gave me the wrong change.Then he was too busy worrying about the music selection on the radio then to help me with what I needed.Never gave me a receipt. When asked if he can help me fix my light, he looked at me like I had 3 heads and said absolutely not. We cant help customers.I will be going elsewhere.

It has the regional warehouse attached, so they have pretty much everything right in stock. A little pricey but all the parts I have bought worked fine. Not in the best neighborhood, so lock your car.

BUY NOTHING MADE BY NAPA!!!! THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR OWN MANUFACTURER LIFETIME WARRANTIES!!!!!JUST GOT TOLD BY THE STORE MANAGER THAT EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON MY BRAKE PADS, THEY WONT REPLACE EM. HE TOLD ME HIS FRONT BRAKES ON HIS VEHICLE HAS HAS THE SAME PADS FOR 170K MILES (BS), BUT SAID THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH PADS THAT ARE GONE WITHIN 5000 MILES AND 7 WEEKS ON MY CAR. EVEN THOUGH MY ORIGINAL PADS LASTED OVER 2 YEARS AND 60K MILES. BACK TO AUTOZONE DURALAST PRODUCTS WHO HONORS THEIR WARRANTIES. NAPA WARRANTY IS NO GOOD!!!!

Friendly, helpful, careing, informative staff. Service was above and beyond expectations. Our air went out on a trip through Kentucky stopped in to buy a recharge, mr. Wickliffe was more than helpful he exhausted all options with us before giving us a few local names of where to go for service. Delivery woman brought us cold water for our dog. Thankful for stores that still have helpful, caring, kind & knowlegable staff.

I would not recommend going to this Napa. I went there to have them check my battery. First of all, when I went into the store, I wasnt acknowledged for the first few minutes. When someone finally did help me, I asked if an employee could check my battery to see if I needed a new one before I purchased it. The clerk told this employee to make sure that my connections were good and then to test it. He went out there and really seemed to struggle with being able to read the diagnostics. He went inside the store and told the clerk that my battery was reading failed. So, I had to wait for the battery to come of the conveyer belt. I was in a rush (I was on my lunch break). I asked if someone could install the battery for me, I didnt have any tools on me to replace the battery and EVERY TIME I have EVER used AutoZone or Napa back home they have always been helpful and would just install the battery for me. It doesnt take very long and they have nothing else better to do. The clerk wasnt too happy about having to help me replace my battery. He went out and said that it was a loose connection. He then, told me I was good to go. I said, can you please check my battery for me before I leave? He did, after I prompted him to do so but, they arent very friendly or knowledgeable in there. Definitely not professional.

Dont be in a hurry when you are here. Very slow, but some of the staff is knowledgeable ( if you are lucky enough to get the right person). Dont bother to call ahead if you are looking for something, they will tell you they have it when they dont.

I have to drop these guys down a star, Ive been in there too many times when the guy behind the counter obviously didnt really know what he was doing. Went to buy U joints and the guy searches you joint... Thats Napa knowhow I guess.

Very good stock of parts, this is the local NAPA warehouse. Very knowledgeable and attentive staff.

I buy parts here all the time and Ive been a regular for fifteen years - it gets hectic, but the staff are knowledgeable and the inventory is extensive.

This is a small store front with a large warehouse behind it. If the part is in town, it is probably here. Takes about 10 minutes to get parts brought in from the warehouse.
