Very satisfied customer here. Had them update a quote that was about 4 months old for tires and a front leveling kit. Ended up with those 2 things and new wheels. They were even able to install my new running boards that I bought third party. Entire staff was great. They communicated with me and it seems like their internal communication is great as well; from the shop techs to the sales team to the manager.

Ben was extreme helpful and professional. Chris was a straight shooter. I had shocks put on and that went fine but the alignment was a bit of a struggle. After the original alignment and then another visit for a realign to correct the issue, I still had veering issues. Had to take my 4Runner to the Toyota dealership to finally get everything straight. I would recommend for parts, the sales teams knowledge, and some installs but I can’t endorse getting your alignment there.

If you are looking to modify/customize your Jeep or truck, this is the place to go. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to great service. My truck came out better than I imagined, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thanks again.

Went originally to 4WP online but I saw they had a brick and mortar store close by. John was great. I purchased FOX 2.0 shocks throughout for my new Tundra. Service was great and the truck rides like a dream. They installed the shocks and there was a small mishap, but John took care of everything. Appreciate the hard work these guys do.

Went there to get recommendations on tires and wheels for my truck. Guy behind the counter asked me what I wanted. I told him I didnt know and needed advice.Told me to go home, get online and figure out what I want and then come back and he would order them.If I am going online I will just order online but I went there for advice. I will find another retailer that wants to help customers. Never go back

Good vendor, great products but not the best customer service by far. Called from a local shop here in Kentucky on behalf of a customer for a set of shocks. Talked to someone in sales and found out they were on order. I asked a couple questions to relay to the customer and was hung up on. Unprofessional to say the least

Ive mainly conducted business with Brad and Ben at the Louisville 4WP store. Both have been very professional and knowledgeable. Neither have been pushy with any items I did not need. I go in the store and both are quick to help. Had an ICON Stage 2 lift and new tires installed on my 2020 TRD Offroad Road. and their technicians did a fantastic job. Highly recommended for those of that that arent quiet mechanical and want to lean on professionals to get it done right. I will definitely be going back for other more technical modifications in the future. - DM

Outstanding and trustworthy business! After shopping around for shops to do a lift and wheel setup on my truck I called 4 wheel parts and spoke with Lucas. He by far gave me the best price on overall installation. You can count on these guys to give you an honest quote and best price. One of the few places Ive seen and been too that, you can walk in and know theyre not out to rip you off. Will definitely be a returning customer even though theyre an hour from Fort Knox.

Same company as 4wd.com. Horrible Service! Go elsewhere for your purchase. Theyll take your money, and youll never get your order. Youll spend hours if not days trying to get through to anyone and will be on hold for at least an hour plus. The item I ordered was to be direct shipped from the manufacturer, but 4wd is on credit hold with them (apparently 4wd doesnt pay their bills?). When I called the manufacturer directly, they told me that the order will not be shipped and that 4wd knows they are on credit hold.

Had them install a lift and bigger tires last weekend and could not be happier. Not only was their customer service top notch, but all the employees I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable about the products they sell. All around a great place for both parts and service.

Its a brand building in Louisville. The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The shop is huge. 5 or 6 lifts and an alignment lift. Open late and Saturdays. I am impressed. You will be too.

I purchased a set of pro comp wheels for my sons truck. We had some balancing issues the guys a 4WP did a great job figuring out the problem and got the truck riding smooth again.

I was looking for tires and wheels. 4wheels auto was recommended. I stopped by and made my decision with the help of their customer service. I am very pleased the way my vehicle looks. When I picked up the vehicle, I ask about an exhaust. Ive only heard about the Flowmaster exhaust. I went with the exhaust that the customer service rep suggested. The MagnaFlow exhaust. It sounded great with the door open and standing next to the truck. However while driving, it was EXTREMELY loud in the cab. I said to myself, NO WAY this thing is giving me a headache. I called around and a local shop had me bring in the truck and they were blow away that, 4 wheels auto did not put a tail pipe on the exhaust and the cost of the parts and labor. I am very disappointed in the experience of the exhaust thats why the 3 star rating. But Im very pleased with the wheels, tires & leveling kit.

Death wobble almost made me give up my pride and joy TJ. Was scared to drive her with my grandson in the backseat. My dog wouldn’t even ride with me! But the guys from 4WP saved her! They worked on her til they were satisfied she was ready for the open roads. Now I’m back on my country roads and flying down the expressways to visit my mom with my grandson and my dog again!
