Bought my 2022 Civic Lx from a very kind and friendly salesman by the nick name of Stretch I had searched high and low for this car. And Stretch and the team went out of their way to locate this beauty for me. Kalvin and Josh (Sales managers) both worked with me and my budget along with my credit history (which wasn’t too hot) to help me get the car I wanted at the budget I was on. I would DEFINITELY recommend you to give these guys a chance if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Im not one for leaving bad reviews but this was a terrible experience. We went to purchase a new car after having issues with our old car. When we pulled up and thought we were in the wrong place, that should have been our first clue. The salesmen were playing football in the parking lot because they had so few cars on the lot. We had seen a new Odyssey on their website and went to look at it. We were told by our salesman that it was sold but they had other dealerships and could pull from their inventory. He checked the other locations and then went to talk to his manager. When he came back he admitted that the cars on their site were bait cars to get people in the door. We finally agreed to order a new car from the factory and started doing the numbers. We saw something called the Wyler Protection Package and asked what that was. They stated it was mud flaps, floor mats, paint protection and delivery fee. I asked if that could be removed and was told it was non-negotiable. We went to leave and he went to his manager again. They agreed to remove the package (over $4k) but left on the delivery fee. I questioned that because delivery is part of the MSRP but was told again that it could not be taken off. We went to leave again and the manager came over asking what could be done to make the deal work. I told him about the issues we had, especially the bait car and he told us his salesman would never have said that. Completely throwing his employee under the bus. As of a week later, the car that was listed for sale that was sold is still on their site. We went to a competitor on Monday and had the complete opposite experience and bought a new 2022 Odyssey.

Went in on a Friday, was told the car would be ready that weekend as I needed a way to get to work that Monday, asked multiple times if it would be and was told yeah it wont be a problem. Well its safe to say they over promised and under delivered. Wasnt able to pick it up until the following Tuesday. This is a minor gripe but still a large inconvenience. I love my car but this dealership left much to be desired. Still waiting to hear back about the all weather mats that was supposedly in the Jeff Wyler package as well. Expect to see a pretty high price tag on that package. Theyre not able to negotiate down the almost 5k Jeff Wyler Package either. At the end of the day if I ever need another vehicle it wont be through this dealer.

Excellent experiene from beginning to end. Ray was our sales consultant. He was incredibly friendly, professional and bent of over backwards to try to obtain exactly what I was looking for and also negotiated an excellent trade in price on my used car.Times are tough right now and I knew going in that inventory might be an issue. I had very specific requests for my vehicle and a couple of features were non-negotiable (I wanted a hybrid). Even though they didnt have what I was looking for on the lot, they were able to locate a model in N. KY and I was in my new vehicle 48 hours later.I huge thanks to Ray Copley and the rest of the team for your professionalism. I would definitely give you all my highest recommendation.

Advertise a vehicle with 15,000 miles on it. Listed as being on the market for 50+ days. Show up and it has 20,000 miles on it. Put $6,000 down on vehicle on a Sat. Come back Mon. with remaining $40,000 and vehicle has 21,000 miles on it. A thousand miles in 2 days? Does Jeff Wyler not care about his sales people racking up miles on his vehicles. Guess not. Karma will catch up with all involved. Good things happen to good people........ Bad things happen to bad people.

I was interested in looking at a vehicle that was listed at this location. When I arrived I was informed by a front dest receptionist that the vehicle was 15 minutes away. 20 minutes later a bald man informed us that the vehicle just pulled in. After waiting an additional 10 minutes I decided it was time to leave. The bald man stated that the vehicle just arrived and pointed to it parking. He also introduced himself as the general manager, but did not provide his name. This location does not VALUE a customers time. I informed him I was displeased with my experience and lack of communication with the wait. He was very rude and stated that he specifically got this vehicle from Jeff Wyler Nissan just for me to look at. He acted as if he did me a favor. I would not recommend this location to anyone. This is not the first time I have left a Jeff Wyler dealership due to poor customer service.

Was on my way from 2 hours away to test drive and hopefully purchase the 2021 Honda Civic type R they had. Cars.com had it listed for $39,305 and when I emailed them about it I was told that they are a third party and their prices aren’t accurate! Really so isn’t that false advertising? Oh and the kicker is the lady emailing from their internet department Hannah Acton told me the price was $49,305 and that they don’t go off cars.com and then turned around and emailed me saying the price was $39,305. So when I questioned her about that she said oops I made a typo that should’ve said $49,305. I work for Honda in mason and I know there is a ton of mark up in these new cars because of shortages but when one site says $39,305 and then Hannah emails me the same price of $39,305 then I expect them to honor the $39,305 price. Shady dealings here. Last pic I posted is from their website not cars.com and says $39,305. They should honor that price

I bought a beautiful car from them ... Service center handled my post purchase request and follow up excellently! Everyone was super nice. However, there were major issues after my beautiful car was totaled and title wasnt file properly, and the number of calls i had to make to get issue resolve was unacceptable Took me doing all the work to get things corrected. Also cost me over 60 points on my credit due to delay in title work and extended warranty cancellation!

I recently bought a 2022 civic from Jeff Wyler Honda. At first I was thrown off by a $2195 “accessories” package. But once my salesman “Stretch” explained it in better detail and how it would extend the life of my vehicle and what all came with the dealer installed options. I quickly realized I was getting a 5k$ value for almost half! I highly recommend you going in Jeff Wylers for your next vehicle purchase. And I also recommend asking For Stretch as your salesman!

I had gone to multiple dealerships. My credit is not the greatest by any means. And I had a trade in that wasn’t the greatest either. Nobody could get me approved in my situation and for what I wanted to put down. I’m not sure how Joshua got it done but he did and I drove away happy. Well I originally gave this place 5 stars but now I see that they dont really care about anything but make money. I bought a vehicle in June 2021 and it is almost August and I have received NO paperwork to get plates put on the vehicle. I have attempted to call them SEVERAL times and no one calls back. I will have additional fees if I do not receive my paperwork by Aug 3rd. I will NEVER go back to this car lot and I will never refer family or friends there either.

Initially, I was so happy to work with Jeff Wyler Auto Mall. They were prompt with responding to me when I inquired on Auto Trader. They even worked with me to deliver beyond their normal delivery zone. Because of the info shared with me in the process, we felt confident in buying with delivery, because the process seemed honest and genuine.However, everything went south very quickly. The car showed up, we signed the papers and the deal was done.Immediately after, we took it for a drive. First I noticed that the vehicle that appeared to be clean, was not. It had stains on the fabric, residue from spills and some of the USB ports didn’t work.We were horribly, horribly disappointed to find that the transmission wasn’t working properly. It was delaying to shift and the RPMs would go up to over 4000 for going up a small hill and would often fail to shift on a hill.Replacing the transmission cost us over $5000. Then, a couple of months later, the air conditioner stopped working. We will have to have that repaired or replaced.We are aware we could have and, clearly, should have had the car inspected prior to purchase, however, with a clean car fax and a inspection done, we didn’t expect such issues to arise and especially not so quickly.While we love our Yukon XL, we are horribly disappointed in the Jeff Wyler team. I would work with the associate again, as I do not think she was aware of the issues, however, I feel the people who dealt with the car, driving it here, inspecting, etc were incredibly dishonest. I haven’t received such horrible customer service in my life. While I know the used car shortage is causing us to have to buy wherever we can, I highly encourage you choosing someplace else to buy a used car.

Called on Friday to schedule oil change and radio recall. Had to leave a message no one called me back. So I called this morning and they couldn’t get me in for a week and half for the recall and oil change. Had to call back cause realized could not do that date and said just schedule the oil change, it’s still going to be a week before I can get a oil change. If I didn’t have the Wyler care package I’d go somewhere else. There reason was short of help and now people are driving more so needing service.

I originally gave this dealership a one star review a month or two ago because I had issues that werent being resolved and no one would talk to me, about a month ago I got most of the issues resolved and appreciated it. This month they got a hold of me and fixed the rest of the issues I had and went above and beyond today to try and make up for everything and I have to admit, I went there today just along for the ride not expecting a whole lot but was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service and overall atmosphere of the dealership, I noticed other customers being treated very well too. My thanks to Shawn who was my host today, it was very much appreciated. 4 stars means if I see something I like there I would buy again if the numbers made sense, its not quite a 5 star dealer to me, but not too far off. But I can definitely appreciate the improvement of their customer service, its the main gripe I would have anywhere, so thank you.

This dealership seems great, until you realized you get screwed on their additional packages that jack up the price of your car $4000+, I purchased a 2018 Yaris and I was sold the car dirty, was told it would be detailed and the SHAKING would be fixed. I was given a loaner car which is nice, but after a week of them having my vehicle, when picking it up I realized it was STILL dirty,and the shaking was actually worse than before. I asked for a description sheet of what all was done to my car and they couldn’t seem to tell me why they couldn’t give me one.Was then told they were taking the car to Toyota so they can see what was wrong. It has been 4 days past the date I was told it would be ready for me. I have not received any type of communication. I Have tried to contact the dealership myself through phone calls, emails, and texts, no one will reply to me regarding the status of my car.I will NEVER return to this dealership, or any Wyler owned dealerships in the future. They only care about getting your purchase. I’d rate this place less than 1 star, and would never recommend anyone to buy from here.

But with the exception of returning calls, texts and emails after the sale to arrange a service, once I got in touch with someone who took the initiative, things went very smoothly. I’ve found a perfect truck that I am interested however one of sales said it is in the shop for a replacement part and it will taking a week and promised to let us know once the part is replaced. Kajal was an awesome sales woman, she sent me pictures of the car I was interested in since I was coming from 3hrs away. She went over all specs of the car since it was my first time buying a Honda Accord touring and I am in love with it. The managers were really friendly and got me done fast. I’ve called and sent this to multiple individuals at this dealership. I just want what’s right and what was promised. If they won’t allow me to speak with the owner or correct this, I’ll continue with more 1 star or less reviews each day until they reach out and correct their wrong. You told me this info. had been passed off to your manager. I still have yet to hear from anyone or receive reimbursement for a service (oil change because the vehicle I bought was nearly bone dry) that was guaranteed before I even left your lot. However, by the time the paperwork was all finished, the shop had closed for the day. It was approved by a manager and I was told that I may take it (my 2017 red F-150) to a place of my choosing in my hometown of Owensboro, KY (2 hours west) and send a receipt to your place of business for reimbursement.I need this matter resolved so I can move on please. I have contacted your lot multiple times since June and nothing has come to fruition. Its a matter of principle and good business.Below youll find the last text I sent in regards to this very simple request.This is my primary number and I would appreciate someone in upper management or the owner calling it as soon as possible please. My husband and I drove 80+ miles to test drive and possibly purchase a truck. The internet price was reasonable if a little high due to pandemic issues. We really liked the truck even though I seemed to know more about the vehicle than our salesman, a young man who was on his phone during our test drive. Long story short, we sat down to talk price and saw there was a Wyler package fee of over $4,000.00. This fee is non optional. It brought the price up $6000 from what we expected. So a $28049 truck with tax/ title etc turned into a $34,000 plus purchase. BEWARE. I wouldnt have wasted my gas or time had this been upfront.

Absolute horrendous!! BUYER BEWARE!! Stay away from this place! They completely screwed our family over while in the process of purchasing a vehicle! I cannot stress enough, find another dealership to buy from! They tricked us in to coming to the lot to buy a particular vehicle. The worst experience I have ever received at a car dealership! We typically trade cars every 3-4 years so I have dealt with car salesman a lot! Never have I ever felt belittled while asking for transparency.Stop into Jeff Wyler on Dixie where we bought our last CRV (trading it in) to look at a Pilot (something a little bigger). A female sales women came out to assist. At first it started out great. She brought out a 2018 with 60,000 miles. A little higher miles than we were looking for, but if the price was right we would consider.After the test drive, I started asking about price. She went on to say that they would need to pull out credit first. So we went back and forth, not pulling my credit until we have transparency on price and trade in. I just traded my journey back in June for a Ram - I know what my credit score is and what I will qualify for. Capital one had already preapproved us with a decent rate.She comes out with a enormous price tag. Almost 35,000 and totally low balled us on trade. Not to mention they wanted to charge us a 2,100 protection plan that was NOT optional. Um… I don’t want that. So after going back and forth, showing her my kbb trade in value which was 5,000 higher, and some comps on the same vehicle with half the miles (Under 30,000), they finally dropped the price of the car only because I was a returning customer. But wouldn’t budge on the protection plan and trade. I thought it’s a starting point, I will let them work on financing and then can negotiate more once we work that out.I think they were completely done with us because she brought our financing at a 25% rate which was the best they could do. “I was lucky to get this offer with my F grade credit”…. Never have I been talked to this way when trying to buy anything.I will never be back nor will I ever recommend a Jeff Wyler dealership ever again.Oh yeah, working with carmax on a pilot under 30k, less than 40k miles and approved rate of 7%. So this experience just showed that they wanted to just sock it to their customers without any transparency. Jeff Wyler sucks!

Terrible service after the sale! I spent $50,000 on a used Porsche over a month ago. I drove 200 miles to make the purchase and prepaid my taxes, registration, tags, etc. My temporary tag expired 4 days ago so I cannot drive my car. I was promised my paperwork and a new tag would be overnighted to me, it still has not arrived. I have left numerous messages with numerous different people and no one has returned my calls. I wonder if Jeff Wyler knows or cares what type of service his dealership is providing. Disappointing and unprofessional.

Tired to shop for a new Civic, but “salesman” only concerned about what monthly payment I wanted. No understanding that we’d get there after we priced the car, discussed down payment, and terms. Basically said they didn’t do anything but 72 months, which isn’t true. Honestly felt this guy didn’t even work there; he definitely didn’t know financing. First of all, although it was probably the most unorganized impersonal purchase Ive ever made, I love my 2021 Honda Civic.I wanted the smoothest transaction possible. So we did all financing over the phone. We were agreed on a 3 year lease with substantially high payment. But - nope. The cost went up. The purchase switched from lease to purchase with over $120 increase.In addition, salesman who was very polite, was made aware the vehicle had a small scratch and didnt have a lot of gas. I was told the scratch will buff and he couldnt find the gas card. Stated dont worry Ill get you next time .Next, comes a call urgent to return car and scared me to death. Finally told me the paperwork (VIN) didnt match the car wanted to put me in a car with more miles already driven instead of the brand new car with only 15 miles. How would you respond?Extemely disappointed!! Love my car! Anybody have a buffer??

I have always taken my Honda civic to Jeff Wyler for service which Brandon and the service ream rocks but the time had come to purchase a new civic. I worked with Kajal and she has been great as salesperson. Im very specific with what I wanted and she contacted me as soon as she learned one was coming in. She was able to increase the trade amount from what they originally offered up to where with a down payment the monthly payments will be manageable. Jeff Wyler doesnt actually have my vehicle in stock as of yet but paperwork has been signed and the Civic is mine once it arrives. Kajal has been keeping me updated on the arrival date every week or so which I truly appreciate. Hopeful that what Im reading in some reviews will not happen and I will get my 2022 Civic next month.

Horrible experience. Lied to twice about where my new Odyssey was coming from which then took it 2 weeks to be delivered after numerous promises of it being delivered. Now I’m almost 45 days past my purchase date and still don’t have my paperwork to submit for my title. My temp tag they gave me also expires in 4 days. Was promised the paperwork and a new temp tag would be overnighted to me but I’m not holding my breath. Josh Schuler as the sales guy was terrible - do not recommend. Marquis a manager was helpful and understanding but still waiting to see if those promises are followed through.

I have been very fortunate to have had two very good experiences at Jeff Wyler. I purchased my first black Honda here in Louisville last August from Shawn Smith.He took very good care of me with all the aspects of purchasing a new vehicle. I then decided I wanted a white Honda again. So, this July when I went to connect with Shawn, he had became the finance manager. He connected me with an extremely talented young woman, Kajal Kalabhai. We talked on a Friday about what I wanted, but was told there were none available. On Monday, I received a call from Kajal saying that she worked with a Dealership in Ohio where they owed a car to Jeff Wyler. It turned out to be exactly what I wanted. She went over and beyond on my behalf. Even getting me the price point I wanted. She helped me get acclimated to the navigation system and other things that were different than my previous car. She continues to help me anytime I call about anything. with any issue I may have It has been a totally awesome experience. I highly recommend Kajal as a very talented, knowledgeable, kind, patient young woman.

Very bad experience, they will not return calls, I’ve been left on hold for hours, they lost my title and 6 months later I still have no title. You have to call and text multiple times to even get a reply from anyone even managers. My clerks office tells me I can not register my car because the dealership can not find my title, The cars transmission had to be replaced within 2 days of buying it and I didn’t have my car for over a month after buying it because they didn’t even look at it until weeks after dropping it off (I’m still having problems since getting it back)…. When they do answer the call they say they will get back with you shortly and never do unless you call back the next day (it’s happened multiple times) when you show up there they smile and tell you what you wanna hear then don’t keep in touch with you on what you’re needing/waiting on! Even till this day I have no title no return calls a bad transmission and can’t sell it until I somehow get my title from them… I will never return or recommend Jeff Wyler Honda on Dixie highway!!!!!!

Had a decent car buying experience. I love the car I got and the service while I was there was as to be expected. I only give 4 stars because they (like a lot of dealers) like to out badges, stickers, and license plate frames all over the car to advertise for them. If you ask them to remove it, they wont. So youll be on your own. I would still recommend this dealer though, as I got a good price on an amazing car.

The staff is nice, dealership is well stocked, and is clean. The price out the door they offered me was more than 6k more than another Honda dealership offered for the same year, make, and model(new). Please be aware of added fees to your bill. No, I did not purchase from this dealer, but I did purchase a new Honda from another dealer. I shopped many dealers in an 100 miles radius and they finished near the top in out the door price when comparing them to other dealers for the same new care year, make, and model.

Very poor experience at this dealership. After spending five hours negotiating and signing paperwork, I was trading in my Toyota Tacoma for a 2021 Honda CRV, being told my new vehicle would be at the dealership and ready for me the next week. They had contacted their counterpart, Jeff Wyler in Florence, verifying that the vehicle I had signed to purchase was still at their location and available. I was told repeatedly that my CRV was at the Florence location, and they would most likely pick it up the very next day.Weeks went by and nothing. I called and called just trying to get into contact with someone, and had to eventually go up to the dealership myself. After five weeks of waiting to receive my vehicle I finally decided to make my way to the Jeff Wyler in Florence. They were absolutely fantastic. The whole atmosphere and experience was a complete game changer. I never felt pressured into anything and they were very patiently catering to my needs. I came home with my 2021 Honda CRV the very same day, and the process was very quick and simple. And above all else, I felt like I got a fairly good deal and they strived to make my experience a good one.If youre looking at buying a Honda, dont waste your time or money at Jess Wyler in Louisville, just make the drive to Florence. You wont be disappointed!

I brought my HONDA CRV in for yet another recall. I was told it would take 45mins to and hour. I brought it in at 1:35pm and the recall and other diagnostics weren’t completed until 3:40pm. I was going to give this review 5 stars if it didn’t take that long. Having known that, I would of dropped it off.Brandon my service tech was extremely helpful, and he even did some extra diagnostics on my vehicle for some of the concerns I have been having. Now I know what to tell my mechanic, when he performs the work on my vehicle. Thank you Brandon!
