They tried to use old school car selling tricks on me. The salesman had to talk to the manager for me instead of letting me deal directly with the manager. They told me one story verbally but the paperwork that they wanted me to sign was different. I’ll never buy anything from any of the Oxmoor dealers. They tried every dirty trick in the book. I recommend that you stay away from them.

Absolute TERRIBLE experience at this dealership. 2nd car I have purchased from Oxmoor dealerships in Louisville and I will never step foot back onto one of their lots. Will not stand by their word. Do not believe anything they tell you, get everything in writing because they wont honor it and avoid the service dept. At all cost. Jay the salesman was nice and professional and i would be happy to support him on my next buy if he chooses to go to another dealership. Oxmoor Auto Group will never earn my business again. I was unable to speak with owners about my experience due to a rude secretary from corporate office that would not let me speak with them. Please take my advice and spend your money somewhere that appreciates you.This place does not.

I bought a 2016 Camry from Joe Deitz at the Toyota dealership and I could not be happier. He and the finance department helped me to get it to a price that was affordable to me. Very nice people all around. They answered every question i had with ease. The finance guy took my phone to do some pretty intense math that i 100% could not follow at all, but he broke it down for me. Sum bout percentages idk still dont know. The Toyota dealership has some very capable people working there and if you are looking for a vehicle right now they are the people i would recommend.

I bought a 2021 Kia Forte this month & have quite a bit of down payment on it. It seems it needs an alignment & I called my sales representative whose name was Ray. He said to take it to the Kia Place. Are you kidding. I said I bought it from you guys & then said the warranty goes on Kia which isn’t true or knowledgeable. I called a manager who said he would call me back the next day but didn’t. I called the next day & Lindsey said Ken Rogers was in & she transferred my call but he decided to let it go to voice mail. They are not very knowledgeable in there business & I wouldn’t get another vehicle from them if they gave it to me.

We had been to a major dealership just last week and was all but shoved out the door. Then I contacted Oxmoor Toyota in regards to an Acadia Denali I fell in love with. Went on line for financing, made our application and was set up an appointment. 3 hours later we drove away in a brand new Toyota Hybrid. They were able to work with us and that is so much more than anyone did for us....ever. They are amazing and I would suggest them to everyone. Big shout out to Mr Ford, a GM whose name I cant remember and just the whole facility ♡♡♡

Yikes, Oxmoor Mazda Group. Actually, the entire Oxmoor Auto Group. I recommend only if you wish to have your contract changed a month later with hidden fees, $60 rise to your payment a month after you have already driven your vehicle, change of mileage (on a lease) because they had to switch your deal and did so without telling you and swindled out of your money.So, if you enjoy being lied to and then treated terribly by lead managers of 15 years from the Oxmoor Auto Group... please, move further with supporting this terrible company.Side note on a past experience :I still supported them after 2011 Oxmoor Auto Group Chrysler, when a finance manager was stealing money and changed our deal to someone collect money from it. He was found out by me simply walking in being confused about my deal and why this and that changed from originally agreed upon terms. Thankfully, two years later, Oxmoor Mazda finally sent a check for the money stolen from me that I paid over the course of my lease.So, this current issue with another Financial Advisor changing our deal a month later, which, is now causing us to pay 2k that we wouldnt have had to pay. That financial advisor was also fired for stealing and fraudulent deals. Ironically, the Oxmoor Manager refuses to fix this situation that I was verbally lied to about. The way he spoke to me was undermining and rude. I have never had someone speak to me that way. He kept complaining about having to talk to me... well, isnt that your job? I will NEVER trust Oxmoor Auto Group with my money ever again. The lack of customer service and being lied to is not worth it.

DO NOT buy from Oxmoor auto group.The sales person swap the negotiated car to a lower priced trim during negotiation without telling me. Later I went back and complained, the GM and management there told me they did it because thats where my price point was. They even told me theres no evidence of me negotiated for higher trim model that I test drove. These guys are absolutely hideous.I will never buy from this dealer again and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Found several used cars my son wanted to look at, but due to traffic we got there 30 min before it closed. Thats OK I thought, we can at least look. Asked 3 people to help point the direction, all three waved us off like we were a fly bothering them. Funny thing is I had cash to buy on the spot. All they had to do was point and give a little respect. Dont come here unless your Prada wardrobe is on display, common people need not stop. What a waste of time. Wish I could give a 0 * rating.

Absolutely terrible experience with the Oxmoor Toyota Dealership. While I love the Highlander I wish I could give it back and give my money to a deserving Toyota Dealership. From the dealership changing agreed upon deal terms to waiting over 2 hours to sign the deal paperwork to the the finance department not knowing how to do their job to the dealership incorrectly charging a security deposit and finally the dealership not paying off my trade-in in a timely manner. Then when you bring up all their “mistakes“ and confront them, the manager then has the nerve to ask well don’t I mistake too. Of course I do, but that is irrelevant here and if I made the level of mistakes this dealership did I wouldn’t have a job. Totally unprofessional and never would I recommend this dealership to anyone under circumstances even if this dealership has the best price. I will pay a little more to be treated by competent and professional staff to prevent all the backend issues.Update 11.15.19 - Issues still not resolved. Management claims to be doing everything within their power, but wont send an overnight check today to pay off my trade (that should have been paid off two weeks ago) to resolve the issue because its against their policy (must wait 24 hours after canceling a check before sending a new a check is what the dealership told me) even though it was the dealership that sent the first check to the wrong address when I provided the correct address on October 23. I would understand following policy if the dealership was not at fault, but every step along the way the dealership has been at fault. Explained to the management my monthly payment is due on the 16th and their response was well Toyota gives a 10 day grace period. It seems the dealership only wants to follow policy when it suits the dealership because there is no way my experience could have been according to policy.

Was in Louisville for an event on 8/2/19 and the window regulator in one of the back windows of my Jeep went out. Took it to this place and they charged me $154.00 to tell me it was the regulator. $13 of that was 2 pieces of duct tape to keep the window up. They quoted $500+ to fix it but they would have to order the part. I declined, purchased the regulator for less than $50 NEW ON AMAZON and took the jeep to a reputable repair shop where I live and they quoted me a price of $167.50 since I already have the replacement part. I feel like I was totally taken advantage of. I do not recommend this place at all.

After a very short negotiation (the only way I would do it) I went from an initial.offer of $13,500 for a car that was tagged under $14,000. They came back with no reduction in price and asked if I would meet them 1/2 way. Remember my offer was less than $500 off the tag. I went up $200 to $13,700(now less than $300 off the tag price). They said THE LOWEST they could go is $13,800 to try to suck an extra $100 out of me. So I walked out. 15 minutes later they text me saying they will take my $13,700 offer. I told them I am back to $13,500 since i had reconsidered. Ended up no deal because they lied to me about their bottom price.

Took our Toyota here to get fixed. They hooked up their scanner and quoted $4k, then quoted $7k, and they said that might not fix the problem. Then they tried to sell me a new car. Took it to another shop and they were able to fix for under $1k. They were super nice, though. No complaints about the service/friendliness.

My experience was very nice here. The staff was friendly and very helpful in the section for service and maintenance for Toyota. A friendly car dealer guy helped us look at minivans. There is a coffee machine which is very modern looking and I believe you can get your nails done while you are waiting on Tuesdays.

The dealership as a team is great. The internet sales people really work hard to get you into the car of your dreams. The sales staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I was preapproved with a blank check in my hand to purchase a Toyota. I expressed this as soon as I got to the dealership. We picked out a nice car for my daughter and set out to finish the deal. At this point I though it is over. I give them my payment letter; we get it titled and we are done. Oh, if it was that easy.The first finance person we dealt with was very arrogant and refused to listen. I attempted to explain the situation of the loan we already had, the title and our lenders approval to add our daughter to it. He refused to listen and waisted over 2 hours of our time while I was attempting to give this dealership my money. Once we moved to a different finance person, we finished the deal in minutes. A few days later the arrogant finance person called stating he could not process the payment because my daughter was on the title. He again did not listen to me as I attempted to explain that my lender had approved my daughter on the title. I finally had to make a three-way call with the lender and the finance guy to have them explain to him that my daughter was approved. His arrogance and thinking he knew every situation about the title process did not allow him to listen. He even interrupted the lender representative as she explained that they where aware of my daughter being on the title. That she was approved as a third party to go on the title as long as myself or my wife was also on the title. It took another 30 minutes to finally convince him to process the payment and take my money for the car. I never had to work so hard to give someone money in my life.The bottom line is if I had more time in town to purchase a car for my daughter, I would have left Oxmoor after my first meeting with Mike.

Not a very trustworthy place. I test drove a vehicle, told the salesman I planned to return in the morning to purchase the car, he promised to hold the vehicle for me. I even called after leaving to confirm that the vehicle would be there the next morning. That night received a text that the vehicle was sold by a coworker. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Maybe selling used cars is different here. I went in to see what they had in their inventory for a used car for my daughter. The lady showed me a couple cars (on the computer) she thought she might still have. She didnt know exactly where they were and didnt seem terribly interested to look. In fairness I was only looking for a $4,000 car. However she offered to take my number and call me when she found them, she had to call their other locations, but she never called.

Got my first oil change today. Normally something very mundane; but not this time! I dropped my car off, went inside and got a massage! Then, I made myself some free hot chocolate! They even had a shuttle to take me to the mall across the street. And shuttle man was so so so nice!! Best oil change ever. So glad I bought my Toyota Rav4 :)

Purchased a used truck at the jeep dealership. I have had it less than 3 weeks and come to find out it needs a new truck bed. When I was looking at this vehicle I specifically asked my salesman about the the condition of the bed and he said it goes through a thorough vehicle check and all was ok. Now the dealership says they cannot help me at all and that was that. I now realize Oxmoor does not car about there customers but only the money they can get out of someone. My recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM OXMOOR. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.I would like to amend my original review. After showing the GM my concerns and realizing it did not have a quick fix he took the truck back. This allowed me to purchase another truck. I learned that the GM Bradley did care. I am glad I went back to give them a chance. Bradley did right by me and I commend him for doing so. Thank you to Bradley and his team for making what could have been a bad experience a good one. I changed my one star to a 5 star!

These guys are top notch! I went to Jeff Wyler last year and had such a horrible experience, that Im just now getting my nerve up to try again. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. There was no pressure, I got the car I wanted at a very fair price, they didnt try and run my credit 15 times (they ran it only once exactly like I had asked), AND I was out of there in 2 hours! This stems from my attempt to purchase a vehicle there a couple weeks ago. I thought I had made a appointment to look at a vehicle which was sold when I got there. I was pretty upset that I drove 4 hours to be told the vehicle as going to be driven off the lot by somebody else. They promised me a $25 voucher as part of their test drive promotion. As of yet...I have not received that. I ended up buying a RAM 1500 at Auffenberg Dodge in Herrin Illinois. UPDATE: 5 months later.. still no promised gas voucher. UPDATE: A year later and these people couldnt make good on their word.. I mean whats a $25 voucher to a multi million dollar 500 acre dealrship.. what a bunch of losers...

Took my moms keyphob in to replace a battery and they broke her keyphob and didn’t even have the courtesy to say anything. I found out when I got in the car after in their parking lot and it came apart in the ignition. However, they are much better about Takata recall in comparison to oxmoor. Way overpriced for repairs in comparison to my mechanic. Parts seems always willing to wheel and deal if you know what I mean. Overall decent dealership in regards to service and parts if there’s no other option.

I went to oxmoor for the first time after recently moving to the area. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation only to find that my tires could not be removed because they have locks on them! I had no idea and I obviously didnt have a key... BUT the sweetest technician (I believe his name was Chris) saw that I was frustrated and anxious about driving with unremoveable tires and offered to change the locks for free and right that second! I will be going back in the future. Any place can do an oil change, NOT every place has great service like oxmoor.

Brought in my roommates Scion FRS because it threw a bunch of codes and and started running rough. They fixed everything with in two days and there was no charge because it was under warranty. They did NOT offer a loaner car or anything, also he asked for an oil change they didnt do an oil change while they were replacing the ECM, but he took it back the next day and they did it (not free)
