After many attempts from other companies to get our passenger side window repaired I finally found MTD, dont waste your time elsewhere this is the company to use. Excellent pricing, fast reliable service, absolutely recommend.

Friendly service from a local shop. Whats not to like? They came to my house and had my new windshield installed in about an hour. Would recommend.

After looking for a place to replace my windshield I was a bit nervous because most places had a lot of poor reviews.I picked MTD because the reviews that they did have looked positive!They did not disappoint.I spoke to I think Tracy on the phone. She was super helpful. She scheduled my appointment and then she even called my insurance company for me to get my claim number which saved me a step in the process.For all the places that have reviews for poor customer service... MDT is to opposite. If you are looking for a place to take care of your auto glass.. give them a call!-Brian B

Set up an appointment a week in advance and no one showed up at the time scheduled. Made all arrangements to fit this into my schedule and I’m very disappointed to hear that they can not keep up to what they had said when we had scheduled the appointment. They said they tried contacting me day prior to installation, but I have no records of it (I’ve never had an issue like this before and I always make sure to return calls if I miss them.) Despite the good things I’ve heard about MTD, I had a bad experience. Maybe I’m a rare case, but I will no longer deal with MTD due to the frustration that I’ve experienced.

They went above and beyond for my water leak. I called several body shops and they were either overpriced or turned me down. The staff was kind and efficient. I had my car back the next day and the repairs were reasonably priced.

My front windshield in my Class A RV popped out and I called all around Louisville for help repairing the issue. Louisville RV center quoted me $600-800 for the job and they said it would be 3 weeks before I could be helped. Other shops were quoting $400 and I would have to bring it to them as well as waiting up to 2 weeks for the work to be done. I called MTD and talked to Tracy and Rick (The Owner). The next day, he went to my RV, my repair was done to the highest professional quality, and I was charged....$125!!!!! I recommend them for any of your auto glass needs and they are truly a diamond in the rough in the auto repair world. Thanks Rick and Tracy!!!!

The weather seal for my front windshield came about 3/4 of the way off while driving and was slapping all over the roof of my van putting large tar marks from the sealant on the roof. I called MTD and they had me take it in the next day to have a look to see what could be done. The owner met me in the office and looked at my van. He said he thinks he could seal it up right there if I could wait a few minutes so I said sure. Within about 20 min it was fixed and he also went ahead and removed all the tar/glue marks from my roof and sunroof. It was awesome. I was so happy, I thought it was gonna be a mess to get done and get that stuff off but he did it super quick and gave me an amazing rate. I really recommend checking this place out.

I do not even know where to begin on what a wonderful service I had with this company.If i could give it 10 stars i would. After a bizzare incident happened to my fairly new Hyundai, I was desperate to get it fixed. I knew that it was going to be one of those emergency expenses that you must take care of. I got MTD Auto Glasss number from a friend and I am so glad I did. I immedietly called and got the pleasure of talking with Tracy. Being a young adult, who had just been tossed into the crazy world of being on my own it was a blessing from God that she answered. She could tell how stressed and worried I was and she was so caring and understnading. After talking to her she reassured me it would be okay, and as soon as i hung up i felt a weight lift off of my shoulders. They kept me informed with every move they made regarding the parts arrvial time, and the the appointment schedule. Rick Eisenback had me fixed with a few days of my phone call for a very reasonable price. I am so glad that I got to encounter a service with MTD Auto Glass and I know who I will refer to anyone needing assistance. Thank you guys again! You rock!!
