This was such a stress-free process. I called, and the customer service rep was so sweet and helpful! She scheduled me for a windshield replacement in the same week. My repair man’s name was Justin and he was also fantastic. He was prompt, friendly, and got straight to work. It didn’t take long to do and he made sure to give me all the warnings to ensure the adhesive gets to do its job...I also loved that they came to my home to do all this so I didn’t have to miss a beat for work! I wish everything car related was that easy. I’d definitely recommend their services.

Arrow was a pleasure to work with; prompt reply for windshield repair. The scheduler was great and even setup follow on visit with dealer for calibration of lane departure safety feature. Installer called the morning of service and just before arriving. Did a great job. Would highly recommend using Arrow Auto Glass.

Charlie did a good job on my back glass. He was professional and responded to texts quickly. HOWEVER.....The tech left broken glass all over my driveway. Had to wait until the next day for him to come back. He came to my driveway at 7am before the sun is out and barely cleans it up. In the sun, the glass glitters and you can see it all. Called Insurance agent, She called Aarow, Now the new agents says it will be another day before someone will come out. I hung up. This is terrible service to leave a customer with broken bits of glass on driveway for 3 days. My small child and pet now have to watch stepping in broken glass now. Will not use them ever again.

I couldnt have ask for better service. My window was backordered from the dealer. They called me every week to give me an update. When it arrived, they came out to the house and replaced the windshield. They even paid the dealer for the safety recalibration so I didnt have to get reimbursed from my insurance. I would use them again without hesitation!

George Watson is a wonderful human...he is amazing! I have personally used this glass company 2x over the years and have been blown away at the level of customer service they deliver. A few weeks ago we had a rock chip in the windshield, I called George and Aaron Glass was all over it…with a smile and positive energy!! In a day or so they had someone at my home changing the windshield…plus, because of the technology on the car, the dealer had to adjust a few things also…they set the appointment for me and just won me over from stat to finished. An exceptional customer experience!

I work at a car dealer and got a quote from the company the service department uses on a regular basis. On my BMW it was almost 280.00. Shopped around online and called Arrow Glass and got it done for less than 200.00. The communication was great and was done very professionally.

They had little to no customer service. Got my appointment pushed back multiple times. When they finally came to do the installation they took the old window off and notified me that they where unable to install the new glass and left. Worst part is they stole my rearview mirror (this all on a car from 84 I bought to restore). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Very quick to respond. Professional and friendly employees that enjoy what they do and that is reflected in their quality of work. They will be getting all of my business in the future.

Not sure I would recommend... they finally got it right the second time.Their scheduling is not the best. AM or PM blocks. Not conducive to your schedule. And, when they do schedule, it is for the wrong location (3x).Dont always come with all the right parts (trim and retainers)... i.e. they schedule, then postpone for no parts.My windshield had to be redone (complete second replacement) as it leaked like a sieve (vehicle is garaged, and limited weather exposure). First heavy rain, leaked severely. Luckily, no damage.They are very friendly. Dispatched from a corporate location in PA, then the local installers contact you. Good communication, but, wrong locations as were initially set up (i.e. at home or at work, what time span).Takes about 1-1.5 hr for a complete removal and reinstall. Car stays clean, no debris.Installer techs/manager very friendly and courteous (Jason Suggs).

I do not enjoy giving businesses low reviews, but there just has to be some accountability. Having lived in the city and driving fairly nice cars I get a window broken out every 2-3 years it seems, so I have some frame of reference for how this should go and in my experience, this was the MOST unprofessional and slow service I have ever received. It feels like this company does this day and and day out so much they forget about the needs of the client.I did a little footwork and called the same supplier my representative told me they were using, who said it could be here 3 days before she said....I was then put on hold for 15 minutes, mocked and told inconsistent time frames of when my glass would arrive and she even suggested me just installing it myself. To say my representative was rude, incendiary and disrespectful would be an understatement.Then, after the weekend, they dropped me with my insurance company to another company... on a tuesday.Ill have gone 9 days without a passenger side window when this is all said and done due their arrogance and incompetence.I would not recommend their services.

The work seems to be done well but the communication was decidedly lacking. The manager was doing the install was to call me in the morning to tell me when the windshield was going to be installed. I got a call and he told me that the rubber that is suppose to be with the glass did not show up and he was going to try and find another one and he would call me back to let me know when he was coming over. That was fine but by 5 pm I still had not heard from him I called the number I used to book the appointment and was told that he scheduled me till the next day. Since I sat at home waiting for him to call back from 10 am I was rather annoyed not to have been informed. They assured me he would be by the next day and would call me first thing in the morning to give me a window of when he would be here. No call came in the AM and I got a call in the afternoon saying he would be by in 15 minutes to do the repair. He did show up at that time and replaced the window but I notice there seems to be a gap that I can feel where the windshield meets the roof. Not sure its suppose to feel like that but so far it seems to be sealed right. I guess time will tell.
