Best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. It honestly felt like checking into a 5 star hotel. The office manager, Mary, was so nice and cheerful on top of being incredibly helpful. The owner even came to greet me and made sure I was being helped (pictured). Wish I could’ve stayed longer to hang out, however, I was in and out of there ~lickety-split~. Will never go anywhere else for future auto glass incidents.

My windshield had been hit with a rock from a passing dump truck causing a crack in my windshield. On the day they were scheduled to replace my windshield I fell ill at work and needed to leave. We actually had TruFit come and replace our shattered Volvo side window after it was shattered by a group that shot BB guns down our street, and they came back a few days later to replace a crack in our Prius’ windshield. Brad was excellent in repairing the Prius. He accommodated my changing schedule that day and was efficient and nice. I cannot remember name of who replaced our Volvo window (maybe ‘Matt?) but he was equally great. He was on time, fast and cleaned up the glass wed missed on booster seats etc. They made an annoying vandalism situation much less stressful. We’ve used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future (although hopefully no more shot out windows any time soon!)

They came to me and were able to replace my windshield and re-calibrate the camera sensor in the parking lot without me having to drive my car to a shop (unlike some competitors). He helped square everything away with my insurance company too when he arrived. I would definitely recommend.
